Cons: they didnt give us the car we reserved. We got a small car that didnt fit my family. After arguing for 30 min and calling discovercar.com they gave us a bigger car. Also they over charged me for scratches caused by the valet parking.

Pros: Everything was very easy. They sent a WhatsApp ahead of my arrival asking me to complete some paperwork. Once I arrived to pick up the car, they didn't need me to do anything else. It was super easy.

Cons: Firstly, pickup locatin from Naples airport provided - wrong. Secondly Car was quite dirty inside Thirdly front wiper was "fixed" with sticky tape.

Pros: I liked the quick and automated check-in process, which allowed me to complete everything before picking up the car. The staff was friendly, and the service offered good value for money.

Cons: The shuttle pickup location in the email was outdated, requiring me to call for directions. Simply updating this information would perfect the service, especially for first-time visitors to Naples Airport.

Cons: The customer service is absolutely awful. The vehicles they provide are sub standard and in some cases not roadworthy.

Pros: Very fast and friendly drop-off with shuttle bus ready to take you to the airport.

Cons: Pick-up was a bit slow and was not greeted promptly upon arrival despite 3 agents present and just 3 people waiting. The rental rate was for a Fiat 500 or similar. We didn't get the Fiat 500 but instead got a Fiat Panda Hybrid. It was in good clean condition except for a bit of rear bumper cosmetic damage. Drives well but would have preferred the beautiful Cinquecento.

Cons: pick up at airport we supposed to be included. Bus did not show up at described location. We needed to take a taxi. We payed for child carriers, but the one delivered was broken and not safe. All in all, a company I will not vouch for nor use again.

Pros: The car was clean and ready on arrival. After completing check in online the process was smooth and quick.

Cons: In the email provided the pickup location was marked wrong. We’ve waited 30min at the wrong location which resulted in a late pick up fee of 75€. To be 100% honest as our flight was delayed we would’ve missed the pick up time anyway, but the instructions where to go for the shuttle were not clear at all!

Pros: Additionally, they asked for insurance, even though I had purchased it from you.

Pros: Cheap and cheerful operator close to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got a great deal on the hire. The cars aren't kept in the best condition - ours was dirty with upholstery stains and missing interior cover panels. This was all recorded on collection so that there were no problems on drop-off.

Cons: Sometimes during the drop off process, they gave you the sensation that they are looking for a way to charge for damages that there were on the car before the drop on. Anyway I recommend to all for a carefull video before the drop on.

Cons: They tried to rent us a car of a lower category. Only after insisting on wanting the correct car were we satisfied We had a problem with a tire (not repairable and no spare wheel) and basically they told us to make do on our own, making us just waste time. Never again with this renter.

Fuel meter for the car was 7/8 full when picking up the car and upon return, even if you pump full, the meter still reads 7/8 full. This they will charge you for additional fuel. 2. There is an additional charge “only accepted cash”. Should’ve been the first sign of the con for late drop-off. They will put this in the bill for additional charges even after you pay in cash and mention the cash was for drop off/ pick up from metro

Cons: -transport from airport took too long (over 30 min) - when I got the car the tire pressure warning light was on. Eventually I needed to put air myself. The car lacked of windshield washing liquid. The key remote control to the car didn’t work (change the battery should fix!) There was a bad damage to the passenger door… the gentleman told me that it was done by the previous renter… they could have retired the car though this didn’t affect the ride. Just some feedback to get a 10* next time

Meu voo atraso e o o agente me disse que eu tinha perdido a reserva e so liberaria o carro se eu pagasse o seguro com ele, sendo que eu ja havia pago previamente. Para não ficar sem carro paguei o dobro do seguro e perdi o seguro previamente pago.

Pros: Rent smart have been accommodating and took us back to the airport and advise to complain. Couldn’t accept a manual car as firstly because I haven’t drive manual since 11 years ago and secondly because I specifically paid for an automatic transmission car

Cons: Acted as thoughout as though they intended to commit fraud by refusing to give a condition report and then creating a false damage charge. On complaint to my UK bank they did not dispute that there was fradulent intent and they refunded damage charge in full.

Cons: Some confusion getting the courtesy shuttle bus at Naples airport. I had received two different sets of instructions of what to do at arrivals.

Pros: Efficient service on pickup and return at Naples. Good English spoken also which was of assistance personally. While a manual was ordered, I very much appreciated being allocated an automatic vehicle, being from NZ where driving is on the opposite side of the road. Automatic transmission meant one less concern.

Cons: I suggest clarifying the availability of transfer back to the airport after return of the vehicle. Currently, the wording simply repeats, word for word, the initial transfer from the airport to collect the vehicle. Concerning insurance, I think wording could be improved. I paid for "Full Coverage (Limit 5000 NZD)" but then was invited by RentSmart24 during online check-in to pay for the "Comfort Package". I took this, but was unclear about the meaning of "limit", and also what excess applied.

Cons: The name of the office we rented at the end was Vivarent, not RentSmart24, which was quite weird and I was a bit afraid. The agent didn’t let me read the agreement prior to signig it. Also the agent insisted on copying my credit card details incl. CVV into their computer, which aslo worried me and it felt very uncomfortable.

Cons: 1. There was great difficulty in finding the shuttle. 2. They stole a lot of money from me on credit. 3. They did not respond to the email I sent regarding the matter. They charged me for gasoline even though I returned it in the condition I took it. 4. The composition is really simple and basic.
