Cons: Rude, unhelpful, and we saw them doing the same thing to a German customer who had just arrived. (Saying he'd missed his slot).

Pros: Online it said the total rental would be $100, ended up being $250 when it was all said and done

Cons: The rental agency is difficult to find, renting conditions are unreasonable and poorly advertised (they require a credit card, physical only, and do not take Amex). Above all, they mocked me and started being aggressive, in the style of street criminals. Horrible.

Cons: Mandatory insurance purchase because the plane was delayed so I was late. All Discover Cars fault, allegedly. Doubled the price to hire. Cleaning charges for miniscule dirt on return. Bandits.

Cons: I want to use toilet just to change my clothes, they didnt alowed to use it, but i saw the empty toilet. The car was not clean, there was many spots on the seats, all with scrachers, all bumped, wifh a mising details on it, the car belt was not working and on the back they was bited by dog!!!To drop the car we spend 50 minutes, they was looking new scraches and awerything new on that old scrached car!!!! They took 800 eur from us and after 30 min took more 250 e for new scrach, what we dont do

Cons: Car was ok but they didn’t accept Amex and charged me an extra premium. Also they asked for 10 euros to clean the car. Just cos there was some sand in the footwell.

Cons: My trip was nice. The big problem was delivering the car back. Chaotic in the counter. Big problem parking the car. And they charge me for 30 euros extra for some Ritz crackers in the back seat from children my children. The car was dirty when starting up the rental. In my opinion a shit company!

Cons: Was informed that if we purchased the additional insurance that it would cover all damages. Unfortunately we scraped a small section of the door and the rental agency is telling us that it is not covered by insurance. We are very upset at how this is being handled.

Pros: We cancelled our rental in Naples Italy bc we could not find the rental agency and the driver never came to pick us up. We will be disputing this charge.

Pros: car was clean and ready to be picked up even after we were late for almost an hour they have informed us that purchased waiver from discovery cars was worthless and so decided to buy extended-extended cover

Cons: Pick up service from terminal was slow and instructions for pick-up site were garbled. Was sold insurance top-up despite having bought top up cover through Discover cars but was advised that this was ‘insufficient’.

Cons: Distance from terminal. 1.5 hrs spent waiting for the cars. Mouldy children's car seat. Having to pay £45 for insurance which we paid an upgrade for when making the booking through discover cars. The reserve fuel light was on when we set off even though it was meant to have a full tank on collection.

Cons: this company is a complete fraud. They make the price affordable, find a small scratch on the vehicle delivery (or make it themselves) and issue an abnormal invoice.I had to pay 180 euros for a small scratch. maybe it was a scratch that could have been removed with the right cleaner the vehicle I received had scratches in many places. Since I had money in the block, they deducted 180 euros without showing any documents or lists.Can there be such nonsense? It's completely at their discretion ...

Cons: The position of the car rental office was hard to find. No shuttle bus provided from airport. Pick up and drop off was just at the side of a busy road junction. Wait time for car to be made ready nearly an hour.

They said it was not possible and then simply did not answer us. Terrible service do not order from them.

They then tried to charge an extra fee on drop off! I feel completely let down by C-Rent! I am going to write a formal letter of complaint to the head office! Cons: I paid for car insurance, but they did not listen to me. They charged my credit card $300 because of a scratch….how do I get a refund and benefit from having the insurance? If I stayed any longer to fight with them, I was going to miss my train, I was crying, they didn’t car :(

Cons: Rental agent at the desk doesn´t speak English, even a little. So we didn´t have much information about the rent. Plus agent made a mistake with return time and we had to solve it with an assistant on helpline. All the time spent picking the car was very long. Uncertainty with all the process.

Pros: Brand new car. Plus they offered to take us right outside the airport's entrance without any cost, althought it wasn't within their responsibilities.

Cons: Moderate communication in English (to be fair this is a general condition for Italians). Also picking up the car should be quicker. Process took about 40 minutes.

Pros: It was an easy car rental service in terms of pickup and quality of the car provided.

Cons: When we returned the car after a very difficult time in hospital (rushed straight to airport from hospital to catch flight home) we were told we had to pay extra to have the car cleaned. There was a debate going on between two staff members whether this was acceptable or not and after we refused to pay the suggested figure, a lower figure was agreed. This felt like a great lack of understanding. The car was returned with road dirt from the bad weather we’d experienced.
