Pros: New car
Cons: Nobody give me the car and make me checking tell me I did damage and I didn’t air condition. Doesn’t work well in the car.
Pros: Not enough agents at desk
Cons: Too slow to pick up car
Pros: We hired a car. That was it
Cons: Advertised as in airport pickup but you only do the paperwork in the airport before wandering around trying to find the poorly sign posted shuttle bus. Waited just over an hour in a hot and dirty rental desk area. Staff at the desk were impatient rude and dismisive and were more interested in talking to each other and their phones whilst ignoring customers. Booked a Fiat 500 got some damaged and dirty inside Mitsubishi Would not use again.
Pros: Car not ready to collect at time booked. Had to wait around an hour. The desk for Europcar is not at the terminal as was advertised either. It is a short shuttle bus ride away from the terminal. Chaotic office. Did not like attitude of staff. Had a flat tyre 5 minutes away from airport. Their breakdown assist was a shocking experience! Had to ring them 7 times and each time they asked me the same questions. 5 hours it took them to come change a wheel. Appalling!!!
Cons: Never ever again will I hire a car in Naples. When I presented at Bari airport the staff there were so lovely and acknowledged how badly I had been treated by Europcars breakdown assist. They were supposed to take me to a garage and have the flat tyre fixed but they didn't. I had to go and get it sorted by myself in the next few days. They don't answer their phones either. Up to 3 hours spent ringing their number in Naples. Thats why we had to physically go to Bari airport. Horrible experience.
Pros: The people on desk very helpful and the staff collecting car back was good reassuring us not to worry about damage on car. ( we will pay off course. Waiting for the bill) . The car was hit on a metal rod in a parking place and we didn’t know what to do. Discover cars did help us and sent us a reassuring email.
Cons: Europe car was good. The only negative , we couldn’t get through to them when we had a problem. We called and no answer. Website no email to contact. And when we finally found a number it was an auto call in Italian!!
