Drivalia at Naples Airport

Pros: Fairly quick and easy

Cons: No instructions for out of hours drop off

Pros: Good price and overall process. Staff is very responsive even via phone call.

Cons: Car was not in best condition.

Pros: The pickup and car cost

Cons: The pickup assistant and attitude.

Cons: Electric car was provided without charging cable, nobody checked except myself at pickup, had to go back from parking to airport desk, rushing just before the evening close time.

Pros: Good value

Cons: The car was not clean, in or out my first stop had it valet

Pros: Car okay Customer Service

Cons: To specific to rules if I want to return a vehicle a day early it should be so.

Pros: Great price. Great car. Great customer service.

Pros: The speed of pickup and drop off

Cons: The car wasn't the best one very expensive to run plus had some issues and I had to spend 1/2 day of my holiday taking the car at their affiliated garage to get it sorted I didn't get anything for loosing half day of my holiday

Pros: They were fairly friendly, but didn’t want to ackowledge that the car seemed low on oil.

Cons: They make you nervous that any tiny damage will be a huge charge even though the car already has a multitude of dings and scratches.

Pros: nothing

Cons: the entire experience was not good. will never use them again

Pros: Easy, price efficient, friendly. All you wish for when renting. Thanks

Pros: Bad maintenance of the car, tiers need air, engine motor oil needed to fill up. It’s really bad to rent out a car with no oil in the engine, and yes I checked the oil and there were none.

Cons: I tried to reach out to the rental company but no one answered, not by phone and not through email.

Pros: Price.

Cons: Terrible experience. The car was delivered in bad condition (scratches, dents, missing luggage cover, faulty fuel gauge). On return, they charged me €135 for an existing scratch, €29 “refueling service” and €10.47 for fuel, even though I had just filled the tank 600m from their office and showed the receipt. DiscoveryCars refunded only the damage fee, but Drivalia completely ignored my complaint. Dishonest company – stay away!

Pros: I received an excellent vehicle, a Jeep Compass, better than I expected.

Cons: I waited a long time to get the car. The car key was not in the parking lot.

Pros: Staff members at the desk and at the parking were really kind and professional

Cons: Unfortunately the car had a very strong smell of smoke

Pros: I saw many bad reviews but I have to say I was lucky, no queues whatsoever, no waiting times, all super smooth!

Cons: Nothing, all very good

Pros: friendly staff

Pros: great value for money

Pros: All above is truthful. Value for money tho

Cons: Fab

Pros: cheaper

Cons: hidden extra charge. unable to communicate with customer service

Pros: Excellent accessibility and service

Cons: SUV back tailgate kept closing too quckly

Pros: They offered a car upgrade (unfortunately the car was in a bad condition).

Cons: They offered a car upgrade but increased the deposit amount without telling upfront. I had to ask why is the deposit 100 euro more.

Pros: Car smelt of smoke and the car was very damaged all over making the checking over of te car very hard. Car key was broken also...

Cons: Was average at best.

Pros: Some damage when allocated the car but all clearly documented

Cons: Nothing all good

Cons: Each time I rent a car i always get pushed to pay for the insurance with the provider even though I have already purchased it. I find this very frustrating

Pros: Agent at drop off in Reggio named Andrea Colonnetta was great! He made us coffee and then took the time and trouble to drop us off at the ferry terminal…. He should be congratulated for his pleasant demeanour and professionalism.

Cons: N/A

Cons: Wrong car not automatic like I booked way bigger spoiled my trip

Pros: Nothing. Very disappointing experience. Will never or recommend this company again. Will be writing a negative revue on their site

Cons: this company had an issue with a deposit payment with one of my credit card. didn't try to help me any way. The only option they gave us was to redo the contract at more than double the price you originally quoted or we had no car for our 21 days in Italy. We wrote you an email for your help but still waiting for an answer. i would really appreciate someone to email me back to get reimbursed the over payment.

Pros: I always book with Drivalia because the ease of picking up a car is normally very straight forward. Because I have used them so many times all my details are stored so it's normally less than 5 minutes to grab my keys and go.

Cons: Service was really slow at the desk. The car I had booked wasn't available. The car they gave me was covered in damage, bald tyres and overall a little grubby.

Pros: when I arrived at pick up point desk was a bit of a queue but you would expect this any rental desk as its summer most busy time of year Mary & Federica were very professional world class service I got a really nice car ford Puma 157 km on the clock literally brand New.

Cons: The service was excellent thanks to Mary&Federica they customer standards &service was outstanding also let's not forget about I think it was Bruno if not the gentleman outside handing over the vehicle.

Pros: Staff

Cons: I was basically forced to pay for insurance when I actually had my own car hire insurance.

Pros: Very quick in handing over the car keys; no hassle concerning extra options and costs etc.

Cons: At car return (7:45 am) the desk appeared closed and also other clients therefore decided to drop the keys in the key-delivery box. Don't know how this proceeds. Unclear.

Pros: Nothing they stole me

Cons: They stole me

Pros: Nothing, they stole me

Cons: They stole me

Pros: DR car was new but lacked power for Italian roads

Cons: unhelpful attitude Underhand tactics - no check of car exterior or interior at collection was dirty inside with multiple scratches, but at return claiming preexisting scratched to be new to retain the deposit of 252 euros never had a car rental this bad before

Pros: Counter was very helpful until I got my car and I seen how small it was. The “DR- 5.0” is definitely not a standard SUV, nothing near the size of a Jeep Compass. The other cars my family rented the next day were much bigger with plenty of cargo space. (DR 7.0, NISSAN QASHQAI )

Cons: When I expressed my concern to the staff at the counter of not getting the correct car, the reply I got was a shrug of the shoulders and “I don’t have a bigger car to give you.”

Cons: we received the car with no gasoline and pay 68 euro at pickup. no agent were there to see that and in the contract it says the car is full. when we returned the car we told them that and showed the a pictures, they said theyll fix the invoice. we just got the invoice with an extra charge of gas altough we returend it full.

Pros: I have had a very bad experience since Drivalia didn’t accept my credit card although my first payment was accepted Also I had to wait long enough with the ticket machine being broken hence I had to wait indefinitely with 2 persons passing me

Cons: The whole thing I don’t like

Pros: Reasonable price

Cons: Non existent customer service. They did not reply to any queries. Car was filthy on pick up. Damage stated on return did not exist. We took out fully comprehensive cover so should not be charged for any damage, especially so as we did not cause any damage.

Pros: Good value for money and a good quality car.

Cons: We never got any paperwork and they are impossible to contact. Need more people in Naples. Don’t like that roadside assistance is not included.

Pros: Friendly but not very efficient at Naples airport

Cons: Very long wait time at Naples airport desk and I never get the car I originally rented I changed my drop off destination from Naples to Rome Send many emails and calls but never got any answers either way

Pros: Nothing We can't find an email to communicate with Drivalia

Cons: Hello. I returned the car as normal at checkout time 1:30 today at Corso Meridionale, 60/62, 80143 Napoli NA at the Drivalia parking lot. , Unfortunately there was no representative of yours as your office was closed and no one answered the phones. As we mentioned, we left the car in the parking lot, with the keys on top, and we took pictures in the parking lot, the car as we left it. They sent an invoice with a strike without it being valid and without informing me

Pros: Nothing . All the reviews in the google maps call them thieves and you booked for me car with this company when I chose discovers cars choice

Cons: You need an hour in the rush to take the car and all the reviews say that they are thieves . A lot of hours after the return of the car I haven’t take back my deposit

Pros: The car was just what I ordered and the shuttle was efficient.

Cons: I had a hard time conversing with the agent (which is partly my fault as my Italian is minimal).

Pros: Tutto perfetto

Pros: Fare manutenzione alle automobili

Cons: I didn’t get back my deposit

Pros: Time spent with office representative upon pickup and drop off

Cons: When querying the state of the tyres and concerned about my safety, the representative made out I was not at risk. I still doubt this was the situation as I didn't feel the car was handling the wet all that well. On top of that, I didn't realise until later that only one wiper was working. Luckily I only had to wet days. Regardless, the car would never have passed a road worthy in my country.

Pros: Price was ok

Cons: Too slow check in. No options for cars. Car with mechanical problem (too noisy). Call for replacement but no cars available. No call back.

Pros: Professional service at the office desk during checking in.

Cons: The car wasnt of the requested category. Very unprofessional approach at picking up the car. Impossible to reach by phone in case of necessity. Problematic cars ( technical condition)

Cons: Stood in queue for over one hour, and bad attitude with one of the staff 🤬

Pros: There was not much to like.

Cons: The check in rep was slow, confused and maybe a new employee. She had to get help from the next agent. The car attendant was not able to explain the GPS and during the rental the car had many alerts that we could not figure out and were unable to get a reply from Drivalia by phone or email we finally drove to an airport in Bari for help. The car was terrible to drive because of the Citroen design of side mirrors&back window. It was larger than we like but comfortable.

Pros: Efficient. Scratch not recorded on rental agreement. Was picked up at 23.00hours , too dark to see

Cons: As above

Pros: Service was very quick and nice.

Pros: Efficient service at both pickup and drop off. At drop off they weren't excessively rigorous about assessing minor damages to the car which made the process very quick.

Cons: Agents at the pickup and drop off points barely spoke english.

Pros: car was upgrade

Cons: we wait 2 hours almost to take the car; it was the most busy agent

Pros: Nothing absolutely awful and dishonest company with rude staff

Cons: We pointed out obvious large damage on the car doors (huge long scratch withbpaintwork affected) at pickup which was not documented on the rental agreement as we were told the car assigned to us had “no damages”. When we pointed this out to staff they told us “why does it matter you have jnsurance anyway”. We jnsisted this is documented in our rental agreement. Staff then scribbled something on the paperwork. Unfortunately upon return of the car the company tried to make us liable to these

Pros: Not much.

Cons: There were 4 agents in the office, only 1 of whom seemed to know what they were doing. Paperwork took far too long. Then when picking up the car, it was not ready, when it was we were just given a key. No indication of what car it was for, or where it was park, the registration number, nothing. Also when dropping off, their desk doesn't open until 8am, and there were no parking spaces available.

Pros: Nothing, They didnt accept the credit card on my Apple wallet and charged £78 (over 50%) more on rental. Scammers. They also had a mileage reading wrong and showed 10,000 km in a 5 day trip when i only would have travelled approx. 300

Cons: Nothing, They didnt accept the credit card on my Apple wallet and charged £78 (over 50%) more on rental. Scammers. They also had a mileage reading wrong and showed 10,000 km in a 5 day trip when i only would have travelled approx. 300

Pros: Rate. Nothing else.

Cons: No service. Two hour wait for pick-up. Car alarm went off due to lack of LPG, no one told us the car could run on LPG. Understaffed company, people working there did their best.

Pros: Full of small crashes

Pros: Not much

Cons: Very long waiting time to pick up the car (nearly 3 hours), inefficient process (filling out info I already gave online), got a different car type (ordered a small suv hybrid and got a larger suv diesel), car didn’t have parking sensors, drivalia didn’t answer the phone when I tried to reach them

Cons: Service of agents

Pros: Best people I have dealt with so far. Didn't try to sell me junk, friendly and quick. Great after a long day of travel.

Cons: Stickers on the car.

Cons: I waited more than an hour for the desk to handle two clients in front of me. Either the computers are obscenely slow, or the agent paused to use her phone for an extended period.

Pros: Value for money

Cons: They didn't accept my full inssurance I bought from Discovercars

Pros: Everything was easy

Pros: Drop off was quick

Cons: Customer service at pickup. They basically chatted to themselves with no eye contact and few words to me. It took ages for them to process the reservation. The car itself was awful. It was a brand of car called Dr. It was an SUV. I was expecting a smaller Fiat but thought this larger vehicle was a bonus. However it had absolutely no power at all. It made for a very stressful hire as it would hardly move up hills and had no power on any hills.

Pros: Check in was easy, drop off was smooth.

Pros: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: Everything. Especially your refusal to refund me the $150 I put down, when I never actually got the car.

Cons: Till today I did’t get the money back for the deposit!

Pros: The car was really good. Also upon request they exchanged me the same model car with the one with a back camera.

Cons: It was difficult to locate the rental agent to pick up the car in their parking lot.

Pros: Got a brand new car - only dirty on the outside.

Cons: The full coverage of the car, was really expensive- costed much more than renting the car.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The agents at the Napoli terminal were abysmal. They were utterly rude, completely disorganized, inefficient, and showed no sign of caring for customers time or questions. The agent who served us rolled her eyes, very clearly annoyed, whenever I asked a simple, completely relevant question. She was impatient and unwilling to help in the slightest fashion. She, and her two colleges, acted in the same way. The service delay was completely unacceptable as well. Disrespectful, disgusting service

Cons: poor maintenance, tire pressure air low an not equally, oil change alert light on

Pros: Good car, all bumps were already correctly listed in the form we got when picking it up. Representatives spoke goood English.

Cons: to confusing to pickup the car, they could provide with a map and specific gps links to pick it up directly from the airport instead of asking customers to take the shuttle bus.

Pros: The car was very good and in good condition (jeep renegade)

Cons: Very slow service at the desk. With only 2 people before me I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my turn. When I came to take my car, nobody showed it to me or explained anything althoufh it's a hibrid/plugin car. The battery was completely uncharged and there was nowhere to charge it.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: payment policy, no refund ! Really very customer unfriendly. The lady at the office told me I could get a refund and it was refused.

Cons: Angry staff inside office at airport.

Pros: Awful would not recommend to anyone

Cons: Terrible service

Pros: Free upgrades

Cons: Long queue at discussion over de tank

Pros: very easy and uncomplicated with very friendly staff.

Cons: on returning the car there was nobody to sign off condition with.??

Pros: Flawless from start to finish.

Cons: N/a.

Pros: Very easy pick up

Cons: Didn’t get the car we booked (Fiat 500) given a much bigger car as an ‘upgrade’ which I didn’t want as a smaller car is a must in Amalfi Coast are! Billing / invoice not clear.

Pros: No fuss car return - even though I returned to a different location (due to travel issues).

Cons: Wait time at pick up in the Naples heat.

Pros: Good reliable little car

Cons: They never answer the phone.

Pros: Easy checkout initially

Cons: Unclear after hours return instructions

Pros: Easy pick up and drop off.

Cons: Not car specified, and ridiculous form to sign saying insurance not valid if you park on road not in a specific car park. Have to ever tried finding a car park in an Italian city, Would never use Drivalia again. Never had problem with discover cars though!

Pros: The facility to book the car through the website.

Cons: Service with very inpatient tourists at the napoli airport unit

Pros: They were able to change to a larger car and gave me a great deal.

Pros: The worse I had in my life . Not honest not professional

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Received what Drivlia deemed an upgrade to Jeep Renegade.

Cons: Car stunk of smoke, had not been cleaned and needed a vacuum. Offered inferior alternative (Fiat) so accepted offer to have car cleaned and rep advised colleague would come outside to meet me but did not in 30 mins we waited after which we decided to set off in dirty car. No satnav which should be fitted as standard and not extra in 2023

Pros: Great service and value for the money.

Pros: The counter orders toon well over an hour. They have to reinput all the data I supplied in my booking. The lady stopped to do a load of osier work before she served me. Clearly leasys need to digitize their operations. They could streamline the collection process and deliver a better service. The oil light was on for the whole rental. I Checked the oil and the level was fine. It just needed a service.

Cons: The car worked.

Cons: In fact we not get the car, I wrongly book the car for pickup at 10pm, but my wife with our babby only went out of all immigration process around 22h20 and so arrived at the desk 22h35 when nobody was there, not answers over the phones. In this particular case we had to spend 3x more to get a car in other company.

Pros: Price and efficiency.

Cons: Crowded location at pick up

Cons: The car was brocken at one of the days and we spent 5 hours of waiting for someone to collect it, and than no one contact us or explain something. We went to office they took a cope of all documents but did not speak any english! Than they all start to contact us in order to ask where is the car! In a week? IS IT A JOKE?

Pros: Nothing noteworthy

Cons: slow check-in

Pros: There was no wait at check in. The process went relatively smoothly. The vehicle was satisfactory. Drop off fee was not too excessive.

Cons: The representatives were not very friendly, a smile never hurts:-)

Pros: quick and great service at desk free upgrade drop off super easy just gave keys to attendant

Cons: We never got the car we booked. We arrived there was no one at reception. We ended up booking from another company.

Pros: The car ran well mechanically and the return process was quick and well organized. I was able to pick up the car in Naples and drop off in Rome for a reasonable upcharge.

Cons: The pickup in Naples was chaotic and not obvious you had to pull a number to assure your place in line. The agents were multi tasking during the pickup process which made me extra careful to ensure I was getting the right car. Overall it worked out but was chaotic.

Pros: None

Cons: I was supplied a car 75%full and returned 85% and was charged 50 Euro to refill!!!! I have tried to contact but never answer

Pros: Car cleanliness condition of the car value for money

Cons: Time spent picking up the car - 1h 45min

Pros: The location

Cons: To much time list while picking up the car

Cons: The agent was not welcoming at all. , I booked a lancia Y witch was not available that day, so I was offered a fiat panda, at that point I wanted switch with a bigger car, but the agent ensured me it was big enough. When i reached the car was trapped between 2 more cars and I was not able to leave straight away I had to look for another outside agent in order to get out. The overall experience was miserable, and I wouldn’t choose this company anymore

Pros: Quick and easy

Pros: Speed if pick up and drop off

Cons: Couldn’t find the desk, no signs.

Pros: The agents were polite

Cons: The cars were unusable as they didnt even have oil or screenwash in

Pros: The agents were polite

Cons: The state of the cars, we hired 2 cars and neither had oil in. One day of rental the low oil light went on in the car and we found neither car had enough oil

Pros: PERFFECT

Cons: 100ֵ%

Pros: WAS PERFECTO

Cons: 100ֵ%

Pros: There is nothing to like about Leasys. Literally the most unhelpful, exploitative cheat of organisation that I have ever dealt with. They STILL haven't refunded my 600€ deposit despite the car being given back in absolutely perfect condition weeks ago and they hang up on me every time I try to call!!

Cons: I hated everything about this company. Rude staff who refuse to even speak a single word to their customers and stare at you like you spat in their tea when you ask a question. They are scammers. Stay WELL away!

Pros: The agents were extremely rude and not familiar with our reservation through Discovery cars. The agent was rolling her eyes all the time and couldn't explain the details of the rental agreement. And yes, we were speaking native Italian (my wife is from there), because none of them could understand a word in English. Never again with Discovery and/or Leasys.

Cons: The car was smelling, the tank wasnt full (even thou it was stated as full). We had to pay extra and the full cover insurance, as was explained to us, wasn't really 100% cover (we didn't need it). What a ripoff!

Pros: close to the airport

Cons: being asked to pay for cleaning

Pros: Quick pick up.and drop off, no hanging around, efficient, friendly staff.

Cons: I had no issues with my rental

Pros: Very efficient

Cons: Picked up a very minor scratch to the front bumper which was so small it may have well been there when we picked up the car. check your car thoroughly on pick up and ensure that every minor blemish is noted.

Pros: Nothing !!!!

Cons: They closed before we arrived, with two children, to pick up the car. Arrived at 22.10 to find they closed at 22.00 !!!

Pros: The car was clean and ran well. There were no issues with the vehicle.

Cons: Their service was terrible. Because the price is good there are many customers. Due to this the staff are overwhelmed, combined with the process being so slow and inefficient, the whole thing takes 90 minutes or more. Once things were settled I was told I must park in a parking lot or the contract was void. I told them 'no, there's no way I can guarantee this, ' I wrote on the disclaimer "when possible." (Not my fault their cars have been stolen recently. This did not give me comfort!

Cons: Hi, It is a pity that after 5 km we already had to refuel Ad Bleu, it was not refilled. We refueled €25 ad bleu but did not get it back. regrettably.

Pros: νοτηινγ

Cons: ωερυ ποορ ανδ σλος σερωιψε

Pros: Everything

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Personel were very helpful

Cons: car dirty

Pros: the car was clean and good.

Pros: Nice car but had a lot of external damage when picked up

Pros: hard working female employees

Cons: very slow, complicated process. There was plenty of electronic information given in advance that could have been utilized to speed up the process of picking up the car

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The car was stolen after 1 day. They did not give any car replacement neither any information on what to do next. Even now after the period of leasing it is unclear if they will charge something or not (even if I have full theft insurance, this will not cover in full in Napoli). The personal was also not nice while explaining what to do. I strongly discourage to use this leasing company.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Leasys did not provide a car that was booked (we had a contract), did not answer phone calls (our flight was delayed), representatives at desk in Naples were extremelly rude and unproffessional. They ruined our holiday plans.

Pros: Cheap cars

Cons: Very poor customer support, they just ignore any trouble asistance.

Pros: The shuttle bus is useful for getting to the car rental place. Staff were polite, we didn’t have any issues. I lost my contract, but they happily re-printed it and signed it off, no problems

Cons: No one came to greet us as we parked the car for return, we had to go ask for help in the office. Not a big deal, just a minor fault, but I’m struggling to find anything negative about the experience

Pros: No queuing on arrival at the car rental desk.

Cons: Customer service, stern but efficient.

Pros: provide what they promiss

Cons: no agent on the drop off

Pros: was very good

Cons: they dont have replamet cars if you need it on sunday thats a real problem.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Rude agents. Unable too verify car status due to intense rain and then put the blame on my for some scratches

Pros: Quick drop off.Perfect car.

Cons: During pick up long waiting bexause there was only one behind desk.

Pros: Auto molto bella, prezzi convenienti

Cons: Non ho nessun documento che attesti l'avvenuto drop-off dell'auto.

Pros: Easy drop off

Cons: Took too long to pick up the car as there was only one agent
