Cons: this company had an issue with a deposit payment with one of my credit card. didn't try to help me any way. The only option they gave us was to redo the contract at more than double the price you originally quoted or we had no car for our 21 days in Italy. We wrote you an email for your help but still waiting for an answer. i would really appreciate someone to email me back to get reimbursed the over payment.

Pros: I always book with Drivalia because the ease of picking up a car is normally very straight forward. Because I have used them so many times all my details are stored so it's normally less than 5 minutes to grab my keys and go.

Cons: Service was really slow at the desk. The car I had booked wasn't available. The car they gave me was covered in damage, bald tyres and overall a little grubby.

Pros: when I arrived at pick up point desk was a bit of a queue but you would expect this any rental desk as its summer most busy time of year Mary & Federica were very professional world class service I got a really nice car ford Puma 157 km on the clock literally brand New.

Pros: Counter was very helpful until I got my car and I seen how small it was. The “DR- 5.0” is definitely not a standard SUV, nothing near the size of a Jeep Compass. The other cars my family rented the next day were much bigger with plenty of cargo space. (DR 7.0, NISSAN QASHQAI )

Cons: When I expressed my concern to the staff at the counter of not getting the correct car, the reply I got was a shrug of the shoulders and “I don’t have a bigger car to give you.”

I returned the car as normal at checkout time 1:30 today at Corso Meridionale, 60/62, 80143 Napoli NA at the Drivalia parking lot. , Unfortunately there was no representative of yours as your office was closed and no one answered the phones. As we mentioned, we left the car in the parking lot, with the keys on top, and we took pictures in the parking lot, the car as we left it. They sent an invoice with a strike without it being valid and without informing me

Cons: When querying the state of the tyres and concerned about my safety, the representative made out I was not at risk. I still doubt this was the situation as I didn't feel the car was handling the wet all that well. On top of that, I didn't realise until later that only one wiper was working. Luckily I only had to wet days. Regardless, the car would never have passed a road worthy in my country.

The car attendant was not able to explain the GPS and during the rental the car had many alerts that we could not figure out and were unable to get a reply from Drivalia by phone or email we finally drove to an airport in Bari for help. The car was terrible to drive because of the Citroen design of side mirrors&back window. It was larger than we like but comfortable.

It was a brand of car called Dr. It was an SUV. I was expecting a smaller Fiat but thought this larger vehicle was a bonus. However it had absolutely no power at all. It made for a very stressful hire as it would hardly move up hills and had no power on any hills.

Clearly leasys need to digitize their operations. They could streamline the collection process and deliver a better service. The oil light was on for the whole rental. I Checked the oil and the level was fine. It just needed a service.

Cons: In fact we not get the car, I wrongly book the car for pickup at 10pm, but my wife with our babby only went out of all immigration process around 22h20 and so arrived at the desk 22h35 when nobody was there, not answers over the phones. In this particular case we had to spend 3x more to get a car in other company.

Pros: There is nothing to like about Leasys. Literally the most unhelpful, exploitative cheat of organisation that I have ever dealt with. They STILL haven't refunded my 600€ deposit despite the car being given back in absolutely perfect condition weeks ago and they hang up on me every time I try to call!!

Cons: I hated everything about this company. Rude staff who refuse to even speak a single word to their customers and stare at you like you spat in their tea when you ask a question. They are scammers. Stay WELL away!

Pros: The agents were extremely rude and not familiar with our reservation through Discovery cars. The agent was rolling her eyes all the time and couldn't explain the details of the rental agreement. And yes, we were speaking native Italian (my wife is from there), because none of them could understand a word in English. Never again with Discovery and/or Leasys.

Once things were settled I was told I must park in a parking lot or the contract was void. I told them 'no, there's no way I can guarantee this, ' I wrote on the disclaimer "when possible." (Not my fault their cars have been stolen recently. This did not give me comfort!
