Cons: Too slow check in. No options for cars. Car with mechanical problem (too noisy). Call for replacement but no cars available. No call back.

Cons: The car wasnt of the requested category. Very unprofessional approach at picking up the car. Impossible to reach by phone in case of necessity. Problematic cars ( technical condition)

Cons: The check in rep was slow, confused and maybe a new employee. She had to get help from the next agent. The car attendant was not able to explain the GPS and during the rental the car had many alerts that we could not figure out and were unable to get a reply from Drivalia by phone or email we finally drove to an airport in Bari for help. The car was terrible to drive because of the Citroen design of side mirrors&back window. It was larger than we like but comfortable.

Cons: We pointed out obvious large damage on the car doors (huge long scratch withbpaintwork affected) at pickup which was not documented on the rental agreement as we were told the car assigned to us had “no damages”. When we pointed this out to staff they told us “why does it matter you have jnsurance anyway”. We jnsisted this is documented in our rental agreement. Staff then scribbled something on the paperwork. Unfortunately upon return of the car the company tried to make us liable to these

Cons: There were 4 agents in the office, only 1 of whom seemed to know what they were doing. Paperwork took far too long. Then when picking up the car, it was not ready, when it was we were just given a key. No indication of what car it was for, or where it was park, the registration number, nothing. Also when dropping off, their desk doesn't open until 8am, and there were no parking spaces available.

Cons: No service. Two hour wait for pick-up. Car alarm went off due to lack of LPG, no one told us the car could run on LPG. Understaffed company, people working there did their best.

Cons: Customer service at pickup. They basically chatted to themselves with no eye contact and few words to me. It took ages for them to process the reservation. The car itself was awful. It was a brand of car called Dr. It was an SUV. I was expecting a smaller Fiat but thought this larger vehicle was a bonus. However it had absolutely no power at all. It made for a very stressful hire as it would hardly move up hills and had no power on any hills.

Cons: The agents at the Napoli terminal were abysmal. They were utterly rude, completely disorganized, inefficient, and showed no sign of caring for customers time or questions. The agent who served us rolled her eyes, very clearly annoyed, whenever I asked a simple, completely relevant question. She was impatient and unwilling to help in the slightest fashion. She, and her two colleges, acted in the same way. The service delay was completely unacceptable as well. Disrespectful, disgusting service

Cons: to confusing to pickup the car, they could provide with a map and specific gps links to pick it up directly from the airport instead of asking customers to take the shuttle bus.

Cons: Very slow service at the desk. With only 2 people before me I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my turn. When I came to take my car, nobody showed it to me or explained anything althoufh it's a hibrid/plugin car. The battery was completely uncharged and there was nowhere to charge it.

Offered inferior alternative (Fiat) so accepted offer to have car cleaned and rep advised colleague would come outside to meet me but did not in 30 mins we waited after which we decided to set off in dirty car. No satnav which should be fitted as standard and not extra in 2023

Pros: The counter orders toon well over an hour. They have to reinput all the data I supplied in my booking. The lady stopped to do a load of osier work before she served me. Clearly leasys need to digitize their operations. They could streamline the collection process and deliver a better service. The oil light was on for the whole rental. I Checked the oil and the level was fine. It just needed a service.

Cons: In fact we not get the car, I wrongly book the car for pickup at 10pm, but my wife with our babby only went out of all immigration process around 22h20 and so arrived at the desk 22h35 when nobody was there, not answers over the phones. In this particular case we had to spend 3x more to get a car in other company.

We went to office they took a cope of all documents but did not speak any english! Than they all start to contact us in order to ask where is the car! In a week? IS IT A JOKE?

Pros: The car ran well mechanically and the return process was quick and well organized. I was able to pick up the car in Naples and drop off in Rome for a reasonable upcharge.

Cons: The pickup in Naples was chaotic and not obvious you had to pull a number to assure your place in line. The agents were multi tasking during the pickup process which made me extra careful to ensure I was getting the right car. Overall it worked out but was chaotic.

Pros: There is nothing to like about Leasys. Literally the most unhelpful, exploitative cheat of organisation that I have ever dealt with. They STILL haven't refunded my 600€ deposit despite the car being given back in absolutely perfect condition weeks ago and they hang up on me every time I try to call!!

Cons: I hated everything about this company. Rude staff who refuse to even speak a single word to their customers and stare at you like you spat in their tea when you ask a question. They are scammers. Stay WELL away!

Pros: The agents were extremely rude and not familiar with our reservation through Discovery cars. The agent was rolling her eyes all the time and couldn't explain the details of the rental agreement. And yes, we were speaking native Italian (my wife is from there), because none of them could understand a word in English. Never again with Discovery and/or Leasys.

Cons: The car was smelling, the tank wasnt full (even thou it was stated as full). We had to pay extra and the full cover insurance, as was explained to us, wasn't really 100% cover (we didn't need it). What a ripoff!

Due to this the staff are overwhelmed, combined with the process being so slow and inefficient, the whole thing takes 90 minutes or more. Once things were settled I was told I must park in a parking lot or the contract was void. I told them 'no, there's no way I can guarantee this, ' I wrote on the disclaimer "when possible." (Not my fault their cars have been stolen recently. This did not give me comfort!
