Pros: the car condition
Cons: optional fees charged without any reminding. One damage on the wheel was pointed and I just took the damage photo when I picked up the car and show the photo to the staff. Until that time the staff got speechless. I still cannot understand why optional services of 39.5 euro was charged.

Pros: We hired a car, your office was closed we had huge taxi expenses to get back to the hotel and back again in the morning and then found out you’d cancelled our car (after calling your company and they confirmed it would still be there) we then rebooked and the company charged us even more as the car I booked wasn’t available and we had to pay for an upgrade!!!!!🤬

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1952.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, Surcharges, State Tax.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Mandatory surcharges, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
