Cons: The service of airport staff due to our 8hr flight delay and was made to pay extra for a hire car

Pros: Nothing. Hopefully, we’ll never use them again.

Cons: We were forced to buy the full insurance. The counter opened at 8 AM and we had to wait from 7:30 AM until they got there.

Cons: They did not recognize the full insurance coverage that I paid to you, and charged me an additional 38 euros for full insurance.

Cons: I booked a car through DiscoverCars.com. The car provided did not match the one I had selected during booking. Ecovia refused to accept the full insurance purchased through DiscoverCars.com. I was told I had to purchase their own full insurance or risk being fully liable for any damages. As a result, I was forced to pay for full insurance twice—once through DiscoverCars.com and again directly to Ecovia. This feels deceptive and unfair, especially since there was no clear warnin

Cons: No damage shown on form. Took video of damage. On return dispute about scrape. Explained that I had video evidence. This was excepted by employee.

Cons: Not informative, at delivery they tried to take more money than the amount agreed (because there was a raise in between!!) they wanted to charge for a preexisting minor scratch in the mirror at drop off

Pros: Nothing good to say about this reservation. Will not use this company again or recommend to anyone.

Cons: I disliked that even after calling an associate in the helpline, it takes 30 minutes to get no assistance

Pros: The guy at the desk in Naples was very pleasant and capable.

Cons: Everything that followed was bad. The car was covered in my and bird poop on the outside and the inside was filthy. The TPMS started malfunctioning an hour after we picked up the car. Dropping the car off in Rome was horrible. It took two hours to locate a human after reaching the drop off location and we were then charged for another day because we ran over the time limit.

Pros: The car was nice and in a good state except the low cooling fluid causing the overheating

Cons: I thought i had good insurance coverage booked, but they gave me the impression i didn’t at the desk. More transparency on insurance would be good.

Cons: Nobody told us, that office isn't open until 8am on Saturday. We had to rush for our flight and drop the keys in a key box, hoping that everything will be OK. Nobody was answering the phone to confirm we are doing the right thing. We had to ask few other companies to make sure it is OK.

Pros: Didn’t like We hired two cars for two 4 week periods: VW Up, Fiat Panda. Long queues and therefore wait time (I hr) picking the car up. Address and phone numbers on DiscoverCars website inaccurate. Existing damages diagram inaccurate at pick up. Thankfully we took comprehensive photos. Fiat Panda hybrid has poor safety ratings, no reversing cameras, no cruise control, no near object detection.

Cons: Liked: great fuel economy, adjustable headrests (Fiat Panda), nice friendly man checking the car on return, the second time we returned..and polite. Office staff efficient, polite and friendly, (when we eventually reached them) and working well in the heat and under pressure.

Pros: Good enough car for a reasonable price.

Cons: Undocumented scratches/damage to the car which we would have been charged for if we hadn’t taken very careful photos and videos.

Pros: The drop-off was easy and the Ecovia agent was nice and efficient.

Cons: There was not sufficient guidance on the pick-up location when we exited the airport, and we had to call the Ecovia desk several times before the shuttle bus arrived. This could have been organized a lot better! Further, when we picked up our rental car, the Ecovia agent was arrogant and rude and kept commenting to his colleague and the next screen while sending us side-glances. We had booked a “Golf or similar”, but that was not the car we received. Let me know if you need further.

Cons: Despite having a filter in my search this is not in the airport concourse, the mini bus took over half an hour to arrive and then it took 45 minutes to get the car because there was 1 person on the desk and several people waiting and returning cars. This was exactly what we didn’t want.

Cons: A bit too far from the airport and the shuttle drops you off 300m from the main airport entrance.

Cons: Finding the rental desk in Naples airport was quite confusing, but the dealer called me because he was afraid about my lateness and sent a driver to pick us up. Great customer service!!!!

Cons: The price of the complete insurance coverage at the desk was 5 times higher than the online option.

Cons: I had a pickup time of 10pm. Luckily I managed to get to the office around 9.40pm. However I was told that the office closed at 10pm - had my flight landed even slightly late, I would have missed the pickup - with no apparent back-up solution.

Cons: The staff was unprofessional, car condition at the time of collection was already very bad and on the top I was made liable to a scratch which I believe already existing before I rented.
