Pros: Shuttlebus from airport to the shop in Naples.

Cons: Though the sales person could see that I got the full insurance package from discovercars she still tried to push an extra insurance on me which I refused and was able to get a car.

Cons: I was lucky that employee warned me that any kind of damage, will be charged at least for 500+ EUR. Any kind - does not matter what it is. This is how they convinced me to insure the car and spend extra 120 EUR for 3 days. However, due to Naples traffic, it was necessary. I also witnessed how they made some family pay that 500+ EUR for scratch that they simply did not photo/video on pick-up, an they did not scratch the car by themselves. I recommend getting car somewhere else or insure it fully.

Pros: An unpleasant experience, I received a dirty car, only I didn't think to take a picture before, when I handed the car over there were a few individual crumbs on the seat, the elder of the car rental company told me that for this he should charge me 100 euros, just a sting, I removed all the crumbs that were on the seat yet He had enough. Pros: This car was banged up. We took pictures of everything but the agent still found a tiny scratch on the plastic bumper my camera had missed and charged us 30 euro + a 40 euro “admin fee.” They were unhappy we rented via Discovercars.com instead of Noleggiare.

Cons: We call- noleggiare few times and, only one time we manage to talk with someone who after 1 minute closed the phone.we wrote a message at call center ...3 days ago.. no one answered.

Cons: Car was provided in dirty state. When asked the staff for cleaning, the representative refused. The representative tried ti persuade us ti take a smaller car, whereas we had booked the size appropriate for our needs and several suitcases. The screen wash in the car has finished and wasn’t replaced.

Pros: They had available car in a short period. Pick up was fast and transfer from the airport is easy to find because of their pink color and separate pick up spot.

Cons: We took electric car and it had only 45% charge, which caused some issues as on amalfi coast not that easy to find working charging station the same day. The list of car damages didnt have all the scratches so the company didnt want to check that with us and fully made it our responsibility by asking to make pictures. When we were leaving it the old scratches were found and we had to prove it with our video. That made us nervous

Susequently, I´ve spent another 45 minutes rejecting Noleggiare arguments concerning Full Coverage by DiscoverCars: the car is too expensive to let you drive with only 800€ deposit, the assistance in Italy is expensive, streets are narrow, ... We´ve got the car finaly without paying anything extra

Cons: Tried to "give me a car of similar character"... An SUV for a Ford Focus Hatchback.

Cons: We originally booked an automatic compact car. On arrival they only had a 7 seater automatic car available which was not an option for us. The only alternative available was a manual Toyota Aygo for which they charged the same price as our originally booked compact automatic. This car had a faulty warning light for the tyre pressures. Also on our return they tried to charge us for damage. Luckily we had taken a video and were able to show it was already damaged on pick up.

And no local charging available - 4/5 were closed. And one was underground with an not fitting. Returned it for gas vehicle within an hour.

Pros: The car was clean and in good conditions, the office was close to airport.

Cons: The desk-agent (woman with black long hair and glasses) was very rude, was shouting with us and laught that we had to hurry to get our plane. She told us after the drop off, that we dont have any shuttle, and if we want to hurry and be close to the terminal, we should choose next time another car rental company.

Cons: No spare tyres where given. He had a puntirec tyre. We seemed help from you guys and it took over 3 hours and still no help arrived. It was late at night. We managed to get a lift. We had to return to vehicle the next morning to sort it out. All I all it wasted 7 hours of time plus the 3 collecting the car.

Cons: There was no service. I filled their car with fuel on return to the point it was overflowing and the gauge went to three quarters. As a result they're trying to charge me €85 for fuel service, when I know the tank was full. The car had low tire pressure warnings when I got it, one brake light was out, and fallen off interior parts were laying in the back. The staff who checked me in was so harried he didn't bother to listen when I told him about the fuel gauge problem.
