Pros: The service was horrible. The car was dirty. We didn’t get the car we reserved. There were candy wrappers and a loaf of French bread in the car.

Cons: We paid for platinum protection and they fabricated a charge saying we took the roadside emergency kit. Trying to charge us 250 euros for “damage” despite the platinum protection. Such a scam agency

Pros: They had available car in a short period. Pick up was fast and transfer from the airport is easy to find because of their pink color and separate pick up spot.

Cons: We took electric car and it had only 45% charge, which caused some issues as on amalfi coast not that easy to find working charging station the same day. The list of car damages didnt have all the scratches so the company didnt want to check that with us and fully made it our responsibility by asking to make pictures. When we were leaving it the old scratches were found and we had to prove it with our video. That made us nervous

Pros: We´ve got the "better" car than booked/paid. They have provided the car with an automatic gear instead of manual. OK for me.

Cons: We´ve waited incredible 75 minutes until the desk representative has started with us. The reason was a couple who refused to pay an insurance offered by Noleggiare. The couple has left without the car. Susequently, I´ve spent another 45 minutes rejecting Noleggiare arguments concerning Full Coverage by DiscoverCars: the car is too expensive to let you drive with only 800€ deposit, the assistance in Italy is expensive, streets are narrow, ... We´ve got the car finaly without paying anything extra

Cons: Tried to "give me a car of similar character"... An SUV for a Ford Focus Hatchback.

Cons: We originally booked an automatic compact car. On arrival they only had a 7 seater automatic car available which was not an option for us. The only alternative available was a manual Toyota Aygo for which they charged the same price as our originally booked compact automatic. This car had a faulty warning light for the tyre pressures. Also on our return they tried to charge us for damage. Luckily we had taken a video and were able to show it was already damaged on pick up.

Cons: Took way too long to get me on my way. Offered an electric van that had been in a significant accident such that passenger door noise when opening turned heads for a good distance. And no local charging available - 4/5 were closed. And one was underground with an not fitting. Returned it for gas vehicle within an hour.

Cons: They gave us electric cars instead of diesel car. It wasn't charged and then the supercharger of Tesla wasn't functioning even when they said it would. When coming back, they provided us with the normal diesel car but for the price 4x higher!!!

Pros: The car was clean and in good conditions, the office was close to airport.

Cons: The desk-agent (woman with black long hair and glasses) was very rude, was shouting with us and laught that we had to hurry to get our plane. She told us after the drop off, that we dont have any shuttle, and if we want to hurry and be close to the terminal, we should choose next time another car rental company.

Cons: No spare tyres where given. He had a puntirec tyre. We seemed help from you guys and it took over 3 hours and still no help arrived. It was late at night. We managed to get a lift. We had to return to vehicle the next morning to sort it out. All I all it wasted 7 hours of time plus the 3 collecting the car.

Cons: I ordered cabrio/convertible and paid more for convertible, but got standard version of the car. The Rental Company said that they don't have cabrio/convertible. They provided car bad technical condition.

Then that said we should do a complete insurance and that one we did in your web was not good. We paid twice inshurence!!! A lot of money! Wham we got the car it was empty total empty of fuel and empty of urinalysis. And then when we had to bring the car back at 4 am, there was not a place to return. We look for the place and we almost mid the flight.

Cons: There was no service. I filled their car with fuel on return to the point it was overflowing and the gauge went to three quarters. As a result they're trying to charge me €85 for fuel service, when I know the tank was full. The car had low tire pressure warnings when I got it, one brake light was out, and fallen off interior parts were laying in the back. The staff who checked me in was so harried he didn't bother to listen when I told him about the fuel gauge problem.

Cons: Shuttle did come come, automatic vehicle was not available even though we had called to change arrival time. Were left without a vehicle stranded at their office after walking there and waiting for a shuttle forever.

I took extensive photos of the damage to the car before leaving your facility on 12th September. The sheet listing existing damage - part of the rental agreement - was over two pages long. I returned the vehicle with absolutely no damage whatsoever and have photos confirming same. There was no damage to this vehicle upon its return othe
