Pros: The car was in the required class, new, with good equipment. Picking up and returning the vehicle was quick, there was no rush, the security deposit was returned after two days. Renta car is a 6-7 minute walk from the airport, in a straight line, easy to find.

Pros: There was no water in the windshield washer reservoir, and it’s necessary in order to clean the windshield and have better visibility. Also, already on the day after the rental started, a warning light came on indicating that the oil needed to be refilled. It lasted until the end of the rental period (9 days).

We were told there was no damage to our car but we found some scratches and a dent (in the bumper) which was only apparent with a good inspection. Also the fuel was not full when we took the car. Cons: The pick up is a long walk from the airport with heavy luggage. The wait was 2 hours for the despite there only being 4 people in the queue for the vehicle. Drop off was equally lengthy.

Cons: We could not find the adress on google maps. It shows a complete different direction. Its better to give directions and to tell to not follow google maps.

I have travelled all over the world and have never ever ever in my life received such disgusting service or been met with such vile people. I was shocked and couldn’t believe when we had already paid 110 euros we did not receive the car

Cons: It was a nightmare from trying to locate the office (provided incorrect address) to get the money back from the rental agent (we had to Pay for adblue and they promised to reimburse us… never happened. I am still chasing them to get our money back.

Cons: Impossible to find by provided address. By the info sent by GaldieriRent I was redirected to the military zone. Then by the address which I found in discover cars I was redirected nowhere, so I had to google the address. Pick up rules are not very clear. It is mentioned that the car will be reserved for "some time", that time period is not clear, apparently it is one hour. We were late for more than one hour so it was difficult to get another car and the lady working there was very impolite.

Pros: Plane was late. No way to contact agency. They did not pick up phone. so missed the 1 hour window. Had to go to other company.

Cons: 1 hour window is impossible if your plane is late.

Pros: Good value. Good small new car. Pleasant knowledgeable staff. Too few staff for number of customers which meant long wait.

Cons: The hire car itself was in a tiny car park further away which was quite difficult to drive in and out. Maybethe team could deliver the car next time.

Cons: There were not enough staff to run the car pick up efficiently. It took an hour for us to collect the car with only 3 other people in front of us also collecting cars so our onward journey was delayed. Also we had paid for insurance through Discover Cars but on collection we were told that further insurance should be taken out (369,euros extra)as we would have to pay upfront fir damage and claim it back later. Did not do so but some people may have been taken in by this.

Pros: The staff at Galdieri were excellent, efficient and friendly, particularly the girl who took the car back from us on April 17th. It was my second rental with this company and I will certainly rent from this company, also the office is close to the motorway.

Pros: The car drop off was made easy thanks to Dario, who went above and beyond to come out of office to check the car quickly and sign off papers. He also dropped us off at the airport and parked the car himself back to parking area( which is distant from office). Car was clean and the model expected.

Cons: They only have 2 desks, meaning if one is busy you have to wait for ages, they don’t have a person at the parking to check/help finding the car. One downside: the parking is not near the office but on another road which makes it difficult to find the car.

Cons: We were running 50 mins late for our pickup as the airline had lost our luggage and galdieri used it as an excuse to rip us off. They said they had to cancel our original reservation as we were late then quoted me a new price for the same car that was 2.5x higher. They included full daily insurance and refused to take it out even though I already had insurance. They showed zero sympathy despite the fact that our luggage was lost and we're just looking to exploit the situation.

Cons: Noone present in office at expected time. Had to phone and wait. Tank was not full on pick up. On return noone answered the phone, so wasted more time going to the office and waiting.

Pros: They’re a slightly longer walk from airport terminal but worthwhile. Have used at other locations, Naples was the easiest to get to.

Cons: they provided me a broken car (gear box problems). The car was not able to go backward while on a ramp. I discovered the problem only on the Amalfy Coast the hard way. As I had an insurance bought through DiscoverCars, they refused any Road Assistance. Somehow, I returned the car and they changed it with a decent one, but it cost me the a day of my vacation. The cars were all dirty (windshield). They rent the cars as "perfect, no scratches", in their version on the contract !!!

Cons: We had an early flight. Unfortunately the office was closed for me a ride and no way to leave the car.. however the lady working behind reception arrived early and very kindly took the keys, even though she was not due to open for another half hour.

Cons: The customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. I had to walk 500m from the office to a compound only to return back to the office because id been given the wrong keys. There was very little empathy from Galdieri Rent even though id walked 1.5 km because of their mistake. To top this and because of the stress and confusion trying to get the correct keys I also ended up loosing my wallet.

Pros: Once again pressure to buy every insurance under the sun and large deposits taken to cover every eventually which makes the first day of your holiday more stressful.
