GaldieriRent at Naples Airport

Pros: Opening hours, service by friendly staff

Cons: Position, on a roundabout with very difficult legal parking

Pros: רכב איכותי ובמצב טוב.

Cons: מגרש החנייה היה קטן ולא היה מספיק מקום להחנות את הרכב במגרש.

Pros: Staff

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Straight forward pickup. Reasonable excess

Cons: Pickup could be quicker. Pickup car park is very small and congested. Could open earlier for returns

Pros: Easy to get to from the airport. Staff are great.

Cons: All was good

Cons: I ordered a small car, Citroen C4 was a bit large on some places.

Pros: Great service by staff

Cons: Short 400m walk from airport and very short 50m walk to car compound

Pros: The car was in the required class, new, with good equipment. Picking up and returning the vehicle was quick, there was no rush, the security deposit was returned after two days. Renta car is a 6-7 minute walk from the airport, in a straight line, easy to find.

Pros: There was no water in the windshield washer reservoir, and it’s necessary in order to clean the windshield and have better visibility. Also, already on the day after the rental started, a warning light came on indicating that the oil needed to be refilled. It lasted until the end of the rental period (9 days).

Pros: Scammers

Cons: Scammers. Do not trust

Pros: Very good service and the car worked well throughout the trip. Also, there should be a cover for the boot of the car - especially as renters have bags that are visible without.

Cons: We were told that the car was in perfect condition but, in reality, had a number of dents and scratches. We took video and there was no issue upon return, but it should have been noted before we picked the car up. A car in this condition is not was is expected from a reputable rental company.

Pros: So quick and easy. No sales pitch. Super helpful and pleasant staff.

Cons: A bit tricky to find at first, but actually very convenient location.

Pros: The staff and being close to the airport

Cons: The parking lot is tight and it may take some good skills to drop the car off

Pros: Close to airport.

Cons: Car needed a little more cleaning. Car had an electronic glitch

Pros: Good car, well equipped; quick pick up and drop off; good service.

Cons: Walk from the terminal. The car could be slightly cleaner and with proper liquid for sprinklers (not just water)

Pros: Quickness and easy.

Pros: We got a car that was in pretty good shape, was expecting something worse. Some small dents all around the car but nothing serious. Pick up and drop off went really smooth and quick. Definitely recommend GaldieriRent.

Cons: They never sent me a close of contract! They said - go to the airport, it’s all done for you. I called them, emailed them - I got a response that they had my message and that was it! Instead of refunding my €1000 deposit they took another €1000 after I left Italy. Their support is nightmare-you finally get a customer care email and you send your issue, they kindly reply that they will look at your case and that’s the end - never reply! Scam alert!!! Be aware!!! Avoid GaldieriRent on any cost

Pros: Easy to deal with they don’t try hard sale. Easy fast and quick.

Pros: nice car

Cons: pick up was over a 1 hour and drop off was meant to be at 8am staff turned up late then their pad wouldn't work so took the keys into the office as our flight was at 10.20 so didn't have time to wait for them book the car back in very unprofessional also it is not 400m from the airport entrance as advertised it is closer to a 1km which is a long way to walk with baggage also the car area was another 100m away from to office

Pros: Nothing tbh

Cons: Poor directions from discover. Galidieri do not answer phone 2nd driver not acknowledged by Galdieri Gave up trying to get it sorted Queue of people waiting Just generally useless. They do not answer phone

Pros: Car was full of scratches and dents. I took a video as instructed before and after the rental.

Cons: No paperwork to show all the dents and scratches on the car .

Pros: Friendly helpful no hassle service.

Cons: Service was excellent but the office is a bit of a long walk with luggage from the airport but easy to find.

Pros: Friendly agent(s)

Cons: As above, car had quite a bit of damage when we picked it up

Pros: The person in the office was as helpful and nice as he could have been. Made recommendations and helpful suggestions that went beyond just renting us a car. I was glad he was there.

Cons: Where they keep their cars is a short walk from the office, and some maneuvering was necessary to get out and back in. Probably not even a consideration for local drivers, and it turned out to be a minor annoyance rather than a real problem.

Pros: Nice cars, clean.

Cons: The spot is not at the terminal.

Pros: Every aspect of picking up dropping off .perfect

Cons: Good

Pros: A very nice service! Our car was perfect for the trip, personal was friendly and kind, thx folks for everything!

Cons: Oh guys, you need to put better explanation for people how to find you at list sign of direction, as from the description is not easy to find the right main crossroad, as there is minimum one, so not easy to orient yourself if you are not citizen…Other than that, you are the best nevertheless you have not high rates on google map

Pros: I have used this company before and they did stand up to there reputation.. Wil use them again ..

Cons: They were just fine

Pros: Best value for money

Cons: Parking a bit hard to find but they provide good guidance and it is a budget rental after all

Cons: N/A

Pros: No up-sales or pressure

Cons: They did not give a hybrid which was in my confirmation. They said it was “not guaranteed.” Could be true, need to check with Discover Cars contract.

Pros: Nice, clean car

Cons: Our flight was late, Galdieri refused to give car against original reservation. They claimed, that they are responsiple to give car only one hour after time we had given in reservation. We had to pay 3x the original price.

Pros: Wry easy transaction

Pros: I was very unhappy the fact that I was not told that k have to put a deposit of £1,200 this one is a dissatisfaction. And it will take a week or more to get back my deposit.

Pros: Friendly customer service both at pick up and drop off, pre-existing damage properly documented and acknowledged.

Cons: It's a bit of a hike from the airport and there really isn't signage to direct you.

Pros: Fast pickup time as well as drop off. Very friendly!!!

Pros: Good service and a new car. Was very clean

Pros: nothing

Cons: horrible

Cons: Bensin level when pick up was for 600 km. When we refill the car level was for 720 km. So it wasnt full at the beginning. But at start you cant recognize it because you dont know tank’s capacity

Cons: Slow pick up, only 5 customers in queue but still took 45 mins

Pros: Great value small clean economic car for just two of us

Cons: The checking in was nearly 2 hrs to get the car.!!? Ridiculous when booking was a month ahead

Pros: Very good price for the car and service provided by the company.

Cons: Only 10/10 for this company 👍

Cons: Very difficult to find the Galdieri rental place, a long long walk from the terminal

Pros: We never got this rental when we showed up we were told there were no cars for us. Terrible business.

Cons: Dear Staff, My name is Elton Muça and I made a reservation with your company for a car rental from the 26th to the 29th (pick-up on the 26th and return on the 29th). The booking was paid for in advance. On the 26th, I presented myself at your office near Naples Airport to collect the car, but it was not delivered to me as I was asked for a credit card, which I did not have. Consequently, the service I had booked was not provided. For this reason, I kindly request a refund of the amount paid

Cons: Waited 50 min to take the car, outside the car was dammagd pretty wel on each side… the front the back and te right side. The screen for airco gps etc did not work also the button on of for that screen did not work we did bring it back the same day

Pros: Very friendly, excellent value and no nonsense trying to sell me any extras. Quick drop off.

Cons: Slow collection and then had to wait for the car to arrive. No screen wash at all in the car.

Pros: Cheep and easy

Cons: Trying to find the office!

Pros: No high sales pressure for insurance. Car was what I anticipated.

Cons: The walk from the rental place to where you pick up the car is a little rough.

Pros: Agent helpfulness

Cons: Tie wasn’t realybei but they fixed things quite rast.

Pros: Good clear friendly service

Cons: Pick up and drop off location was a little difficult, not knowing the roads and traffic system. An airport pickup would have been useful.

Pros: Great burger rental agency.

Pros: Value for money, super nice people

Cons: It took us a while to find the location, update with better instructions!

Pros: Agentą are dopingo their best when problema occur. They changed my oredered car quite quickly when I saw the flat tire while picking up the car.

Pros: Clean, new car. Friendly staff

Cons: Long wait to pick up vehicle. Rental office based off-site despite showing presence in car rental centre at Terminal

Cons: They did not answer the phone.

Pros: check in and check out process

Cons: Address provided is for Navy base not GaldieriRent

Pros: Reasonable price, not trying to upsell anything on collection, clean car, no hassle drop off.

Cons: The distance to the GaldieriRent office - it's a good 15 minute walk from the airport with suitcases.

Pros: Very, very, very good service

Cons: From start to finish it was seamless

Pros: Had a Skoda Tamiq automatic was lovely to drive. Such a good price!! Would totally recommend!!

Pros: Great service. Helpful and caring agents.

Cons: Everything was fine. No problems.

Pros: Efficiency. Easy.

Cons: Access to car park with bags is slightly difficult

Pros: In this occasion I wasn’t Brillient but normally it is

Cons: Satisfied

Pros: Helped me out book a New car directly from them

Cons: Caotic info about where to deliver the car.

Pros: The staff were friendly and quick in completing the paperwork. On the return it was the same and the location is hoid about a 10 minute walk from the airport.

Pros: Courtesy, I did ask info about check in and checkout, late fly, without fly n. on the booking only 1h tolerance

Cons: Clarity, been told that late fly without mentioned on the booking only 1h tolerance, not all the booking asked for the fly number so any issues back to the booking company

Pros: Very supportive service agents, ready to help. No blocking points

Cons: Clearer indications to find offices, but this depends on Discover Cars

Pros: The worst experience with a rental car agency. Not only was it a nightmare finding the location once we got off the plane in Naples but we were met with the worst customer service employees. After 2 hours in the heat, we were told the car was no longer available and I would have to REBOOK! I did not receive any refund for my original booking & was left with no other choice. The rebooking price I was given was twice as much as my original booking. The car broke down. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

Cons: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, faulty cars, car broke down, awful location from the airport.

Pros: It was just what we expected. Staff very helpful

Cons: Brilliant car and spot on service

Pros: Service was great. We walked from the airport about 10 minutes and found it right away. The confirmation page gives you the name of the rental company

Pros: This is my 3 time and it is always very good Excellent customer service, got the deposit after few days

Cons: Our car had a flat tyre luckily we noticed that and we changed the car, probably they should checked their cars before new clients

Pros: The lady at the counter and the gentleman at the pickup lot were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than our original pickup time, but the car was available at the quoted rate. The car (Puegeot 3008) was incredible, a wonderful vehicle.

Cons: Getting to the office and the pickup/dropoff lot was a bit difficult. A lot of walking for two 70-year-old tourists, especially having to drag suitcases for the pickup. I would *strongly* suggest they move to the Naples Airport rental car center to make it easier for tired travelers.

Pros: Very nice staff. We ordered full coverage through Discover Cars, and since they have a collab with GaldieriRent, there were no questions asked.

Cons: It took a little while for us to find the office. I think it would help to add the coordinates to the description. The office is not located near the first roundabout, but the second.

Pros: New car (6k km) with good equipment (Apple CarPlay wireless) and best price. Location is very close to terminal.

Cons: Even though the car was almost new, it had already many large scratches and dents. Parking at pickup is tight.

Pros: Great staff, they are fluent in english thats a huge plus for rental.

Cons: Keybox would be perfect option to drop when office is closed but the office's location is not so safe in my opinion

Pros: We have got the exact car we ordered, the car was new

Pros: The guys behind the desk were so helpful

Pros: Very nice guys and free upgrade to Citroen C3 2025 with only 1100 miles on it/1800km. Keep it up!

Pros: Good service at a good price

Pros: The agent spoke English and he was helpful.

Cons: It was difficult to find the taxi driver didn't know where it was. We asked a few drivers we eventually gound it .

Pros: Ease and friendliness of employees

Cons: nothing

Pros: Quick pick up, nice people

Cons: Car was bit dirty a d A/C was not performing well

Pros: Professionale, quick service.

Pros: Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Snelle levering en teruggave van de auto. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Zeer gebruiksvriendelijke auto.

Cons: De auto had veel kleine schade en een grote deuk in het rechtervoorportier. Veel stof en geen decoratieve kofferklep.

Cons: When I rented from this site, I had comprehensive insurance, but the place I rented from told me that it was not valid and asked for an extra fee.

Pros: The car was nearly new, staff were very efficient as i was processed very wuickly

Cons: All good

Pros: Easy to find

Cons: Galdieri rent provided a damaged car. Then on return gave a signature pad and said that the document reflected signing for no damage during our rental. However, on later review of the documents they had misinformed about what was being signed and the signature was attached to a document admitting fault for the damage. There was zero to pay as the rental had zero excess, however it was misrepresented to me what I was signing.

Pros: It was quik and easy.

Pros: Fast, easy, friendly staff

Cons: A bit hard to find because google does not have exact location

Pros: Nothing really.

Cons: As above. I will be making a compliant to Discover cars.

Pros: Good car

Cons: Lack of information provided in The car or in The moment of pick up about The kind of petrol The car uses. Bad information about The place of The drop off. Not available to quick contact at the moment of drop off.

Pros: Brilliant customer service and professionalism by the agents at the desk. Grazie 👍🏼

Cons: The indications for the office weren't clear, so I had to do a little walking around. I have have done the contract through a third party broker and I guess this was perhaps the reason.

Pros: The car was clean, modern, and very good value. The staff we dealt with at the GaldieriRent office were friendly and helpful. The location is also very practical as it's a short 5-6 minute walk from the airport so doesn't require a shuttle like most of the other local companies.

Pros: Car was clean but damaged. They sent an email with the damage report on but it was in italian. Pleasant staff and quick service

Cons: They really pushed me to get their insurance and said discovery cars didnt cover everything and as I had no italian to speak off I ended up buying their insurance as well as discovery cars. Easy to find though no pick up/drop off service from the airport and it's a 10 minute walk.

Pros: Friendliness and speed of service

Cons: Office location and car lot location

Pros: The people were very friendly, easy to contact.

Cons: I purchased an extra care package with DiscoverCars. Because it was through an intermediary and not through them directly, they charged my credit card extra. Not a huge deal, but it adds bureaucracy.

Pros: Nice, helpful agents. Thank you Dario.

Cons: It was very hard to find the location.

Pros: Easy to find and friendly person at the desk at pick up and drop off.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Professional

Pros: Staff members very good english, courteous, helpful. No mechanical problems with the car. Full tank. No hidden charges

Cons: all the dents and damage is not recorded on the contract so this all has to be reviewed on pick up.

Pros: Rychlé a vstřícné jednání.

Pros: NOTHING

Cons: EVERYTHING

Pros: very fast pick up and drop off and very easy to access the airport 10 mins by walk

Cons: the area is very dirty where is the agency and also the parking where to pick up the car

Pros: The person at the desk when I started the rental was extremely nice and helpful.

Cons: The rental experience was alright overall, the only con was that I was unable to return the car before 8am. I did not expect this as There had always been a box where to leave the key before as far as early returns are concerned.

Pros: Simple and straightforward, no trying to sell extra insurance if you didn't want it. I liked the fact that you videoed the car and sent this to the company, no chance that there would be any discrepancies about scratches etc

Pros: very fast and very kind employee

Cons: -

Pros: Ease of rental and online bookings

Pros: Nice, friendly staff, and decent car

Cons: Parking lot away from the office which you have to go to. Office is quite far from the airport if you have baggage to carry, should provide some service for this

Pros: The staff at both pick-up and drop-off were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: There is no drop-off locker for the keys, so you have to wait until the office opens at 8:00 AM. Additionally, the rental location is not at the airport but a 10-minute walk away. This should be made clearer during the booking process.

Pros: Inadequate and dangerous experience.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Fast pick up

Cons: Discussion about nothing

Pros: Drop was easier once someone opened the office door, as I was parked on the roundabout as no one at compound.

Cons: Was charged €25 as flight delayed 1 hour. Given keys and had to walk down a derelict street to find the car in a compound, told to take pictures of the varied damage and whatsapp the video to them, would not note on any paperwork.

Pros: Nice new car

Pros: checkin and checkout was fast but unfortunately that is the only good thing i have to say about rental service

Cons: Car was dirty. Pickup information said 400m walk from airport however, it was almost a 1km walk. Office wasn't easy to find unless you have mobile GPS. Then you have to walk to another location to pick up your car without any assistance. Then at check-in , agent forgot to mention that we need to take picture of mileage and Fuel meter for check-out and other info. so, we had to walk back to parking lot again, take picture and check-out. Because of lack of info provided we had to pay extra 35 euro

Pros: Profesional sorted DiscoverCars stupid policy of 60mins and then cancelled

Cons: A que of 6 customers when picking up and only two agents. Took 30 mins to get to the agent

Pros: Nothing, would like to make legal complaint against them

Cons: Customer service, car, pickup, their additional charges, ignorance

Pros: Great service and very clear Leonardo, the desk agent was amazing

Pros: Car provided was in line with expectation. Fuel tank was not full at pick up (contrary to what was stated in the contract) but there was no problem to adjust, so we could drop off the car at 3/4 full tank (they have a strange preference to amend the contract via Whatsapp message rather than email or contract adjustment, but they respect their words).

Cons: It could have been a little bit faster to pick up the car. Service was good however, it is just that there was I guess some employees missing, so there was a queue.

Pros: Nothing at all. Only the price was good. You pay for what you get.

Cons: The staff were rude. Slow service. Didn’t care about the customers waiting in line and spent time joking with their workmates while people were missing flights. I would never use this company again.

Pros: Not very comfortable that pickup/dropoff location and office location are in diferent places.

Pros: Great staff, brand new vehicle and no issues upon return. Affordable and right near the airport.

Cons: We did have some difficulty finding the rental car office. The directions say on the left of the roundabout but fail to mention it is actually the left of the SECOND roundabout once you leave Naples airport.

Pros: Helpful

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Speedy as always. Great from the agents. Easy to find. Easy to contact them.

Cons: Great car. And great knowledge

Pros: Decent car

Cons: I've been charged for fuel yet filled up a few km's away (we had 2 cars and filled them together, one was ok the other wasn't?!)

Pros: The staff were very rude and unhelpful

Cons: The plane got delayed so we was late picking the car up.So we did not get the original car that we booked online for that price. They decided to rip us off

Pros: Nothing. Bad service. Bad system. Bad instructions on how to find location. Everything was BAD!

Cons: As above.

Pros: The price

Cons: Took too long to. Get car with no air conditioning waiting room in 37 degrees heat. No car drrop off before 8:00am, excet if prepared to pay 60 euros extrA

Pros: Very unprofessional and rude staff,I tried to call many times from USA,then when I arrived in Naples,I also tried to call many times because the instructions to find the office is not exist.I’m absolutely disappointed from this company😡😡😡

Cons: Very unprofessional and rude staff,I tried to call many times from USA,then when I arrived in Naples,I also tried to call many times because the instructions to find the office is not exist.I’m absolutely disappointed from this company😡😡😡

Cons: Car was badly damaged, the proximity sensor was faulty due to damage to the vehicle and the car windscreen was very dirty on the inside.

Pros: Efficient, pleasant and great value. The car was damaged before we got it but we took videos so it was all ok.

Pros: Price and returning of the car

Cons: Long queue at car delivery. There was only one person to lease cars in the office

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They are set up to catch you out and charge you more

Pros: Simpatia dos funcionários. Facilidade no processo de levantamento e a entrega do carro.

Cons: Falta de serviço de transfer. Com as malas grandes é complicado deslocar-se até o aeroporto.

Pros: Nothing - from the start of the transaction until the end!

Cons: Employee rude - not enough staff and having to wait outside the office because they had a max 2 ppl rule!

Pros: La gentilezza allo sportello

Cons: Al banco consegna c'è solo una persona l'attesa è un pò troppo lunga

Pros: Friendly and polite relatively efficient

Cons: Lack of signage from airport arrivals to Galdieri office

Pros: Provided with what’s app number for easy communication

Cons: Long waits if people are in front of you and office is small so you have to wait outside in the heat

Pros: The hire company was not based at the address provided by DiscoverCars - instead it sends you to a naval base.

Cons: The phone wasn’t answered on the day I was dropping off my car meaning that I had to revisit the office to arrange for the car to be viewed and my deposit returned

Pros: After reading all the horror stories. Drop off & collection was hassle free and straight forward

Pros: Bad experience 3 hours for pick up. No responce on whats up

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Staff were rude, spent 30 minutes trying to find the place as address isn’t correct, wouldn’t pick up the phone to help me find the place despite me trying the phone when it was in there and they just ignore it, unable to collect car and they gave car away because I was marginally late due to a global IT issues causing delays to airport. Didn’t have the cancellation policy explained to me when booking by the third party I booked through. Extremely disappointing having to then spend €170 on taxi

Pros: Was late for 2 hours, could not get the car I reserved, they offered smaler car for higher price. This is the only place where you reserve and pay for your car, and if you are 1 hour late the car is gone??? Fraud.

Pros: They gavee a new car with only 2000 miles on it.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Very slow collection and drop off

Pros: The car was a Peugeot Scenic but it had a lot of damage on it.

Cons: I am not sure whether I would use Galdieri again.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Zero assistance. Zero understanding. Zero help. Zero service.

Pros: The vehicle was very reasonable price. The car was new, clean and tidy. However, we would recommend that you photograph and video the car before driving away. We were told there was no damage to our car but we found some scratches and a dent (in the bumper) which was only apparent with a good inspection. Also the fuel was not full when we took the car. Just things to note but the overall the car was good, the service was very good and the price was very good.

Pros: The car was a great find for the money, if it wasn’t for being charged double at pick-up

Cons: Being forced to buy full coverage for the car to be able to rent it even though we already had full coverage at discovercars

Pros: 1. Friendly & quick in the office. 2. Allowed me to drop back just up the road

Cons: 1.You have to walk 800 metres to collect the car from an unattended lot. 2. You have to do the same upon return with no-one there to verify the car's condition .

Pros: The man who collected the car was friendly and quick

Cons: The woman who gave us the car was horrible, rude slow and very unhelpful and unprofessional. Also the international licence that was recommended by this employee was a scam and ended up compromising my banking info. Also it is absurd that it will take 7-15 days to get my 1,200$ deposit back. Will never use this service again.

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Distance of office and vehicle from the airport

Cons: The car had 5 documented damages and had service required warning. It was located another 500m from where the office was.

Pros: Friendly and fast

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Cheap car rental

Cons: Awful customer service

Pros: The car was good quality and clean

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They try to scam they didn’t recognize the insurance that I purchased from discovery cars staff where not helpful at all. They were repeating the same thing all again we have different policies than discovery cars.

Pros: Loved how cheap it was

Cons: Waiting in a hot office, with only 1 or 2 staff working the desk meant the wait times were very very long

Pros: As above

Cons: as above

Pros: Easy to find coming from the highway

Cons: Upon pick-up, other cars were parked in front of mine. The parking lot is too small and cars have almost no room to move. Upon drop-off, no parking assistant present.

Pros: Nothing to recommend this provider. Off airport location, cars crammed into pick up and drop off, car had multiple scratches and scrapes and the car key was held together with sellotape.

Cons: Waiting in line for an hour to pick the car in sweltering heat. One person checking people in, one taking cars back in. Nothing to recommend this provider. Off airport location, cars crammed into pick up and drop off, car had multiple scratches and scrapes and the car key was held together with sellotape.

Pros: Generally ok.

Cons: Dumb fees for everything, you don’t have an international driving license? Even if your driving license is in English, no worries 30euros is even better. Also we won’t make it clear at the time of booking that you need and international driving license (I’m sure it’s written somewhere in T&C but really who reads all of it)

Pros: Service agents were very nice, offered a lift to car lot to collect and back to airport. Car lot was very tight getting out and driver manoeuvred car out of tricky space to help us get going.

Cons: Deposit is expensive and must be on a credit card, and the company trys to force you into paying for excess reduction but again aslong as you are aware of t&cs should all go smoothly.

Pros: Good explanation of rental conditions by the representative, clean car in good condition

Cons: Took a lot of time waiting

Pros: Good price, quick service, very polite helpful guy at pick up desk

Cons: Nothing, all good

Cons: The pick up is a long walk from the airport with heavy luggage. The wait was 2 hours for the despite there only being 4 people in the queue for the vehicle. Drop off was equally lengthy.

Pros: Kind staff and very helpfull

Cons: We could not find the adress on google maps. It shows a complete different direction. Its better to give directions and to tell to not follow google maps.

Pros: Staff friendly enough but not very communicative.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything

Pros: Nothing it was absolutely disgusting and I would never, ever rent or recommend anyone to go here to Galdieri…the worst customer experience I’ve ever had through you guys, waited 1 hour 40 minutes for my car with one person ahead of me in the queue

Cons: Small and narrow parkingspace at car drop.

Pros: I would like to report them as a scam and if I could give 0 ratings I would ! I have travelled all over the world and have never ever ever in my life received such disgusting service or been met with such vile people. I was shocked and couldn’t believe when we had already paid 110 euros we did not receive the car

Cons: The company should be shut down immediately and had they been in uk I would go to the police for fraud

Pros: Машину приняли практически не осматривая на повреждения

Cons: Очень долгое обслуживание. Договорились сдать машину в 08.00. Человек появился на парковке только в 08.20. Дозвониться до Galdierirent за эти 20 минут было не возможно

Pros: Not expensive, very good value.

Cons: The car pound was very difficult to enter and exit

Pros: Norhing.

Cons: It was a nightmare from trying to locate the office (provided incorrect address) to get the money back from the rental agent (we had to Pay for adblue and they promised to reimburse us… never happened. I am still chasing them to get our money back.

Pros: No phone answer Usless

Cons: Nothing

Pros: New and clean car

Cons: Impossible to find by provided address. By the info sent by GaldieriRent I was redirected to the military zone. Then by the address which I found in discover cars I was redirected nowhere, so I had to google the address. Pick up rules are not very clear. It is mentioned that the car will be reserved for "some time", that time period is not clear, apparently it is one hour. We were late for more than one hour so it was difficult to get another car and the lady working there was very impolite.

Pros: Plane was late. No way to contact agency. They did not pick up phone. so missed the 1 hour window. Had to go to other company.

Cons: 1 hour window is impossible if your plane is late.

Pros: Good value. Good small new car. Pleasant knowledgeable staff. Too few staff for number of customers which meant long wait.

Cons: The hire car itself was in a tiny car park further away which was quite difficult to drive in and out. Maybethe team could deliver the car next time.

Cons: There were not enough staff to run the car pick up efficiently. It took an hour for us to collect the car with only 3 other people in front of us also collecting cars so our onward journey was delayed. Also we had paid for insurance through Discover Cars but on collection we were told that further insurance should be taken out (369,euros extra)as we would have to pay upfront fir damage and claim it back later. Did not do so but some people may have been taken in by this.

Pros: Flexibility, customer related

Pros: Very polite and easy to deal with

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Took ages, car filthy, pushy to get more money out of you and there was no oil in engine when I checked on second day so had to put 2.5 litres in at my own expense. They couldn't have cared less

Pros: nothing

Cons: introducing clients, they don't have the cars they present on the website and they didn't know about our order

Cons: Chýbala voda v ostrekovacoch

Pros: We didn’t get the car from you I believe its all scam

Pros: The staff at Galdieri were excellent, efficient and friendly, particularly the girl who took the car back from us on April 17th. It was my second rental with this company and I will certainly rent from this company, also the office is close to the motorway.

Pros: The car drop off was made easy thanks to Dario, who went above and beyond to come out of office to check the car quickly and sign off papers. He also dropped us off at the airport and parked the car himself back to parking area( which is distant from office). Car was clean and the model expected.

Cons: They only have 2 desks, meaning if one is busy you have to wait for ages, they don’t have a person at the parking to check/help finding the car. One downside: the parking is not near the office but on another road which makes it difficult to find the car.

Pros: The price they published on DC

Cons: ALL

Pros: The car was clean

Cons: They charged nearly 4 times the original amount I paid online so they take full advantage of my problem which was not very decent if them.

Pros: discover cars were very helpful when things went wrong at pick up

Cons: time to pick up car, distance from terminal, pressure to take extra insurance, their inability to accept my Visa card when it worked everywhere else in Italy

Pros: Good car - although hasd tried to book hybrid car this was not available.

Cons: Sign posting from the airport was poor

Pros: Nothing

Cons: We were running 50 mins late for our pickup as the airline had lost our luggage and galdieri used it as an excuse to rip us off. They said they had to cancel our original reservation as we were late then quoted me a new price for the same car that was 2.5x higher. They included full daily insurance and refused to take it out even though I already had insurance. They showed zero sympathy despite the fact that our luggage was lost and we're just looking to exploit the situation.

Pros: Not far from airport.

Cons: Noone present in office at expected time. Had to phone and wait. Tank was not full on pick up. On return noone answered the phone, so wasted more time going to the office and waiting.

Pros: They’re a slightly longer walk from airport terminal but worthwhile. Have used at other locations, Naples was the easiest to get to.

Pros: Good service ,explain everything very professional

Cons: I didn't like the 10€ a- day for extra driver that ripoff

Pros: not much

Cons: they provided me a broken car (gear box problems). The car was not able to go backward while on a ramp. I discovered the problem only on the Amalfy Coast the hard way. As I had an insurance bought through DiscoverCars, they refused any Road Assistance. Somehow, I returned the car and they changed it with a decent one, but it cost me the a day of my vacation. The cars were all dirty (windshield). They rent the cars as "perfect, no scratches", in their version on the contract !!!

Pros: Politeness, flexibility, car condition, helpfulness, price, easy to access near the airport

Cons: Nothing special.

Cons: the staff. return policy after 8am only

Pros: Excellent price - nice car.

Cons: V.difficult to find office at start of rental. Difficulty in returning vehicle when short of time for getting back to airport. Parking spaces full yet still expected to park car, take pictures of fuel and mileage and then wait for someone to inspect car. Very annoying

Pros: We were disappointed

Pros: price

Cons: wasn't aware that you only had 59 minutes to pick up the car so could not get a car rental. very disappointed.

Pros: The lady was very helpful in providing is the information that you needed just in case we should have a problem and was very knowledgeable

Cons: We had an early flight. Unfortunately the office was closed for me a ride and no way to leave the car.. however the lady working behind reception arrived early and very kindly took the keys, even though she was not due to open for another half hour.

Cons: L adresse de la location n était pas la bonne. Nous n avons pas pu récupéré car notre carte d identité était perimee de 3 ans alors qu elle était encore valable encore 2 ans.

Pros: Nothing the car was damaged and dirty car mats

Cons: No meet and greet which was paid for. Damaged car, false damage claim made against me.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They tried hard to sell us additional insurance that should be unnecessary!!

Pros: all good, a bit slow on the check in, but place is literally 200 ms from airport and all employees were very polite and nice.

Cons: not specifically of galdieri, the insurance, it surpised me to learn the insurance I paid for was from discover car, not the car agency's, which worried me a bit on how it would have worked out in case I had had an accident (in amalfitana the odds are pretty high, they should award us credits for not crushing!:))

Pros: Terrible Service wouldn’t rent to me because no international license, every excuse. I want my $$ back as I returned the car because of smell

Cons: Nothing, sent us to pick up car didn’t know where it was parked wasted so much time Terrible service

Pros: Very little to say

Cons: The customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. I had to walk 500m from the office to a compound only to return back to the office because id been given the wrong keys. There was very little empathy from Galdieri Rent even though id walked 1.5 km because of their mistake. To top this and because of the stress and confusion trying to get the correct keys I also ended up loosing my wallet.

Pros: Once again pressure to buy every insurance under the sun and large deposits taken to cover every eventually which makes the first day of your holiday more stressful.

Pros: service is good , but personal...

Cons: personal atitude

Pros: Muy buena atención. Clara y amable

Cons: El lugar de la entrega del vehículo

Pros: Employee service. Extremely nice

Pros: Fast administration

Cons: Parking. ( I would use different card for deposit, and for rental, and it was not possible)

Cons: No courtesy pick up at airport as recommended by discover cars find car pickup and drop off

Pros: The agents both on pick up and return Giulia was very kind understanding and patient.on pick up on return Marcella was also very kind efficient and understanding.

Cons: It was not very easy to find the retal office,

Pros: We received free upgrade of car, allowed us to pick up car earlier than ordered, staff was nice

Pros: very good

Cons: nothing

Cons: Misleading announce to make you book a car from them !!! So the better price become the worst.

Pros: The desk agents were very efficient and nice Definitely made a difference!

Cons: The location is far from the airport and they don’t offer a shuttle service. It was a little painful carrying my bags all the way there in the pouring rain. They need to sort out a shuttle and improve pick up and drop off procedures.
