The booking was paid for in advance. On the 26th, I presented myself at your office near Naples Airport to collect the car, but it was not delivered to me as I was asked for a credit card, which I did not have. Consequently, the service I had booked was not provided. For this reason, I kindly request a refund of the amount paid

However, on later review of the documents they had misinformed about what was being signed and the signature was attached to a document admitting fault for the damage. We were told there was no damage to our car but we found some scratches and a dent (in the bumper) which was only apparent with a good inspection. Also the fuel was not full when we took the car. Just things to note but the overall the car was good, the service was very good and the price was very good.

Then by the address which I found in discover cars I was redirected nowhere, so I had to google the address. Pick up rules are not very clear. It is mentioned that the car will be reserved for "some time", that time period is not clear, apparently it is one hour. We were late for more than one hour so it was difficult to get another car and the lady working there was very impolite.

He also dropped us off at the airport and parked the car himself back to parking area( which is distant from office). Car was clean and the model expected.

They showed zero sympathy despite the fact that our luggage was lost and we're just looking to exploit the situation.

As I had an insurance bought through DiscoverCars, they refused any Road Assistance. Somehow, I returned the car and they changed it with a decent one, but it cost me the a day of my vacation. The cars were all dirty (windshield). They rent the cars as "perfect, no scratches", in their version on the contract !!!

Cons: We had an early flight. Unfortunately the office was closed for me a ride and no way to leave the car.. however the lady working behind reception arrived early and very kindly took the keys, even though she was not due to open for another half hour.

Cons: not specifically of galdieri, the insurance, it surpised me to learn the insurance I paid for was from discover car, not the car agency's, which worried me a bit on how it would have worked out in case I had had an accident (in amalfitana the odds are pretty high, they should award us credits for not crushing!:))

Cons: The customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. I had to walk 500m from the office to a compound only to return back to the office because id been given the wrong keys. There was very little empathy from Galdieri Rent even though id walked 1.5 km because of their mistake. To top this and because of the stress and confusion trying to get the correct keys I also ended up loosing my wallet.

Pros: Once again pressure to buy every insurance under the sun and large deposits taken to cover every eventually which makes the first day of your holiday more stressful.

Cons: I didn’t like the face that I didn’t get told I only had an hour to collect the car, also I called to let the office know that my flight had been delayed and got told my car was no longer available. I then had to pay over double the original price and when I picked the car up, my original car was parked up. This had a negative impact on my holiday and definitely will not be returning or recommending this service.

Cons: There was a strike at the airport which meant our flight was brought forward by hours. This meant the holiday was shortered and it was a massive rush to get the car back and then to the airport. Therefore i didnt have time to fill the tank, i had only done 100km in the car and i was charged £60 which is completely unreasonable. I was told i would recieve an email but i still haven't. Not good service in a situation like that, i would be grateful for some money returned.

Pros: When I picked the car the tank wasn't full. I took a picture and sent it to the agency. When I came back I filled the tank to full since the dial of the fuel did not move. So I got a half full tank and returned a full tank. The GaldieriRent agency say they will not refund the money. also when I picked the car I added 100 euros for full cover insurance, however when I had a flat tire I called the agency but they said it is not covered. I'm still waiting for them to check if I can get a refund
