Cons: Insurances provided were not what had been agreed with Discover Car Rentals. DC clearly do not do thorough checks with their rental suppliers.

Pros: They had no car goe me, I had to Rent An other car, so it cost me again 399€ . I already payed 90€ in advance, so totally 489€. I'm very disappointed and I will never hire a car from your Company.

Did not provide pick up from the airport and were left waiting 2 hours at night on the side of a road, for a shuttle that was never coming. Also seems cheap but you get stung with higher insurance fees when you arrive.

The desk agent was so rude and tried scamming us into purchasing $400 insurance even though we already pre-purchased insurance. He also wouldn't list my friend as a secondary driver for free even though our contract stated that she could be added for free. We ended up leaving without a car because we refused to be scammed and verbally abused.

We had to walk 2 miles in the blistering sun with 3 suitcases and a 5 month old baby as no one picked up the phone. When we turned up with what exhaustion they showed no remorse or care. The reason we picked surprice is they offered the cheapest deal, in hindsight we should have questioned this. As my partner did not have a credit card in his name, apparently this is an extra change of £300. Appalling service.

Cons: Super long waiting times. I also saw people waiting for the airport shuttle for 45min. They try to force you to buy insurance and on pickup don’t check the car for scratches but then when you drop off the car they suddenly see every tiny scratch so make sure to take lots of pictures!

Cons: First and most important: it has been 8 days since I dropped off the car and my deposit still hasn't been returned. Additionally, on the day of the pickup there was a long line and no comfort for the people who were waiting. Also, the car that had been contracted was not available, there was only Fiat Panda (a category below), so I had to pay about 80% more to get a higher category car. Last but not least, the car was very dirty! Terrible service overall.

Cons: One hour late departure. The insurance story on site was different to the website. Terribly oversized vehicle despite a modest VW van being apparently available in the car park. Our booking was for a Mercedes Vito or similar - that should have been about 1.9 m high, 2.2 m wide and 4.9 m long. The vehicle they gave us was instead a gigantic Ford Transit, about 2.8 m high, 2.5 m wide and almost 7 m long, which was unnecessarily stressful driving along the winding Amalfi coast road.

We had trouble to set an internet package (if we new in advance that we can't have GPS, we would arrange it upfront. The result was a lot of time and gas spend in order to find our 1st night accommodation. We got a car with "insufficient air" alarm on. We had to spend time trying to figure out the problematic tire, and at the end we had to use the pump to fix it.
