Pros: Pathetic service, was charged for a prior damage on the car and even had video evidence but the company charged without reaching out. Had declined the charges when dropping off the car but nobody contacted and straight 250 chargeback on card for their claimed scratch on alloy

Cons: The car was clean from outside, already had a lot of mud and flies stick to the body. The parking area was dark enough to disguise anyone. Had torch with me which was used to carry out a careful inspection and recorded a video. No staff in parking lot to report damages not on contract document and while dropping off, showed the video to the staff and still got a charge

Cons: Don't use this car rental if you don't want to ruin your vacation. We waited for about an hour in the parking lot for our car, which was supposed to be in the car wash. At least that's what they said. The attitude is also terrible!!! Do not use this rental! In the end, we didn't get our reserved car with an automatic transmission, they gave us another car that was of terrible quality.

Pros: We had a very hard time finding the car dealership. It was not clear where to take the bus to the agency. Each sent us to a different place. No one called us to find out what was going on with us. You need a representative of the company to wait near the bus stops as there are in other companies in the world. Pros: Return of the car was slick

Cons: Service on collection of the car was Beyond appalling. Left waiting for over 2 hours with no explanation. It would appear they did not have enough cars. When collected the car had most certainly not been cleaned and sanitised and was full of scratches and dents to the exterior. No one checked the car with us and we had to take pictures of the damage to protect ourselves

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–27 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 4500 km per rental.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, Maggiore Charge Card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, Discover, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, Maggiore Charge Card.

Visa Electron, Maestro, Cheques, JCB, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
