Pros: everything except for providing the car that was not fully fueled

Cons: In the car reservation, a full-full term for the fuel was stated. Instead I had to take care to return the car with the same qantity of fuel as received

Pros: Discover cars help center is very bad. We called for help atleast 5 times, no one was answering, and no one called back. I bought insurance and it was not workin in felirent, so we had to buy theyr insurance. Spend Double money. Im very pissed for your commpany, i will tell to everyone only bad words about you cheaters!!!

Cons: The pickup location is a bit far, and their shuttle does not come to the airport. So customers have to walk with luggage about 250 metres to their shuttle pickup point.

Pros: Cheap, we got a brand new (8000km) beautiful red fiat 500. Perfect car for the Amalfi coast. Easy transfer from and to the airport. Very quick.

Cons: The washing is an extra 10 euros if you pay at pick up. 25 if you pay after. Recommend you to take it before, because car washes in the area are hard to find or expensive. They don’t have every scratch or dent marked on paper before. We showed them 3 more on pickup. And after drop off we also had to show a video of two more scratches. Always make detailed videos (this is for every rental company)

Pros: I have booked my car end of May 24 and it was a best deal in town at the time. Fiat panda was almost brand new traveled from Naples to Ostuni and back no problem at all.

Cons: office was away from airport and very hard to find location for shuttle pick up - not obvious. car was supposed to be supplied with full tank of fuel, but only had 1/3 on collection, which wasn't enough to get to our destination. car handover was very cursory, and no instructions for controls (lights etc) even though it was dark

Cons: I didn't like the following: - The pick up process, once you exist the airport it will take you a long walk until you reach the pick-up location. - The pick up van had a broken window - The delivery of the car was made in the dark on the street - The car wasn't fully clean outside and inside - I got charged 531 EUR for a surface scratch that would be hard to identify as the car was collected in the dark and it wasn't clean.

Cons: The deposit of £300 paid on my debit card wasn't actioned as a refund and I was told it would take 7 days. I think it should have been done when I dropped the car off. It should be easy to make a refund back onto a debit card.
