Pros: Discover cars help center is very bad. We called for help atleast 5 times, no one was answering, and no one called back. I bought insurance and it was not workin in felirent, so we had to buy theyr insurance. Spend Double money. Pros: Cheap, we got a brand new (8000km) beautiful red fiat 500. Perfect car for the Amalfi coast. Easy transfer from and to the airport. Very quick.

Cons: The washing is an extra 10 euros if you pay at pick up. 25 if you pay after. Recommend you to take it before, because car washes in the area are hard to find or expensive. They don’t have every scratch or dent marked on paper before. We showed them 3 more on pickup. And after drop off we also had to show a video of two more scratches. Always make detailed videos (this is for every rental company)

Cons: I didn't like the following: - The pick up process, once you exist the airport it will take you a long walk until you reach the pick-up location. - The pick up van had a broken window - The delivery of the car was made in the dark on the street - The car wasn't fully clean outside and inside - I got charged 531 EUR for a surface scratch that would be hard to identify as the car was collected in the dark and it wasn't clean.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1800.00 - € 4200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver's license printed in a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be supplemented by an official translation issued by an embassy or other authority. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Only plastic, credit-card style driver’s licenses are accepted; paper licenses are not accepted.
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy


The excess/deductible will double if the theft or fire occurred in the following location(s): Campania, Puglia.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
After one rental period ends, 1 week must pass before the customer can start another rental period.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
