Pros: The drop-off was super easy and quick. The car was clean and in good condition. There was a low tire pressure alert, but it didn’t cause us any issues during the trip.

Cons: We didn’t realize until we landed that the rental car company was not in the airport but rather about a half-mile walk in the hot summer sun. I would make this clear when renting for those who want to make that sacrifice for the value. I also waited about 15 minutes for someone to help me at the pick up counter, while my kids and husband waited for me exhausted in the airport lobby.

Pros: Easy contact by phone previously, I got a geolocation for the shuttle point and it was easy and quick to communicate via WhatsApp.

Cons: 1. We have waited a lot for the shuttle (even if they knew it is "hot" time - they could hire additional driver for doing shuttles). 2. The car wasn't equipped with reverse sensors: it is crucial for people who usually drive this current car for the first time. 3. Two warning lights turned on during the drive — it made me feel very uncomfortable driving in a foreign country with a car that looked like it had a problem, even though the agency said it’s not serious.

Cons: Finding the place was a nightmare and the car was quite damaged. The body of the car was banged up with scratches all over. The windshield wiper didn’t work properly and made a terrible sound. The rear view mirror was also broken. The car wasn’t super clean when it came to small areas. There was stuck on dirt from other renters.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
