Pick-up instructions
Stir Rental staff will be at the main exit with a sign with the name of the customer. Office is inside the airport premises, just 10 meters from the main exit door. After been in touch with the client, there will go at the parking place in the main parking lot at Tirana International Airport. In case the meeting failed, the client should go directly to our office located in "Airport" street, just 10 minutes walk.

1. Refuel the car 2. Remove personal items 3. Inspect the vehicle 4.Return to the correct location 5. The car must be clean as in the pick up process.

Cons: The baby seat cost almost as much as the daily rate for the car. You are ripping off families. Clean tax is €10. I am not talking about being so dirt that they ask you to pay an additional tax to get it clean. It's that you need to get back the car in the condition that another customer would get it… Shouldn't that be the work of the car's rental service? Like hotels and such? It's not a lot, but that should be included in the general price of the rental, not as an add-on.

Pros: Relatively new car & in good condition. Prompt response to texts after delivery

Cons: No pick up as scheduled (they tried to reach through emails, Instagram and calls when I was in flight). If they needed more information or get in tuch it would have been nice immediately after booking or atleast 24 hrs before scheduled time. I had to search for about 2 hours (3 am to 5 am) near airport & later booked a cab and hotel (this was my additional investment)

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Albania.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
