Pros: Nothing

Cons: This provider is not exactly in the terminal. There are no sign posted so you need to ask other providers. There is 15 min walk on the broken pavements and on the road from the terminal building. Customer services was poor. Car had uncountable dents and scratches. They do not have full to full policy, so I had to return with maximum amount of petrol in case they object. Getting to them and walking back to the airport with 2 children and multiple luggage was on a broken pavement was hard.

Pros: + we were offered a ride from the city to the airport where the car parking is + we were also offered a ride back to the city after car return + everything was nice and run smoothly + stuff was polite and friendly + cars (we borrowed two) were clean and in good shape + we enjoyed the ride

Cons: - one car was in a need for a service. We were told about it when picking up the car and there was no problem with it. But still, it´s bothering. - we didn´t receive any confirmation that we returned the cars - automatic gear would suite better the albanian traffic

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 550.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Written permission from the rental company is required.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Albania.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 31 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
