CAPITAL CAR RENTAL at Tirana Airport

Pros: Friendly and straightforward rental process. Everything was very well documented and explained.

Pros: Fast, correct and reliable. Everything went very smoothly, we had no issues and they made sure to make sure to give the best service.

Pros: Clear instructions, friendly attitude, good cars.

Cons: Not easy to find when attiving in Tirana airport. You have to go 300 meters around 2 fences along the busy road. Not the safest place. Office in Tirana does not work very late - customer support couldn't help me return the car earlier cause office in the city was closed around 20:00 (in airport it's open until 23:00).

Pros: The employer was helpful and explain everything very nicely, he also issues the letter for travel towards different countries without a problem.

Cons: In front of the airport there are big barriers, which makes it very difficult to cross and walk to the Car rental, as it is in front of the airport on the other side of the street. Local authorities needs to solve this issue, actually its dangerous just to walk all around in the middle of the cars.

Pros: Het was een goed bedrijf, en een fijne auto meegregen. Wel slim om volledig verzekerd te zijn in albanie.

Cons: We konden eerst het bedrijf niet vinden bij aankomst. Maar werden geholpen door de lokalen mensen. Ook moesten we extra betalen bij aankomt omdat de ene de creditcard had en de andere het rijbewijs. Dit moest de zelfde persoon zijn, anders moesten we bij betalen.

Pros: Excellent service, fast pick up, clean car and even faster drop off. The whole team has great communication skills and were very clear on paperwork that needed to be signed and kept in the car for the rental period.

Cons: Even though The guy at pick up was nice and smart, he made me pay much more than prevented arguing that the full risk insurance was not effecitve in Albania because Albania "seems Europe, but is not Europe"

Pros: Agent friendliness and helpfulness, clear rental conditions, information of which roads were not allowed to drive on (presumably due to their poor conditions).

Cons: The car had several dents and would not drive perfectly straight when not holding the steering wheel firmly, potentially indicating a previous major damage or accident.

Cons: Charged me 80 euros for a scratch and wouldst let me go without paying it. Said I would get my depo back. Insurance was with Discoverycars so its a long process.

Pros: I recently rented a Volkswagen T-Cross from Capital at Tirana Airport, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team at Capital was welcoming, professional, and made the pickup process quick and hassle-free.The VW T-Cross was in perfect condition—spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable to drive. It was ideal for exploring the beautiful Albania. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, with no delays or hidden fees. I highly recommend Capital to anyone.

Pros: Orgis was our agent, he is kind and speaks English well. We got different car than we had booked, but everything went fine.

Pros: Service was good. But car dash board was showing different sings on. Something was wrong and dint feel confident 100% we send pictures to company and they said its OK to drive.

Cons: De ontvangst bij het ophalen van de wagen was rampzalig. De man probeerde ons 20 euro extra te doen betalen in cach omdat we te laat zouden zijn geweest. Het was 23:50 als we toekwamen en er was vermeld dat we tot 23:59 terecht konden bij het kantoor. Hij stuurde zogezegd een bericht naar zijn baas om te zien als we de auto mee kregen als we de 20 euro niet betaalden. Ik wilde niet toegeven en heb er nog 15 moeten zitten wachten tot hij toegaf omdat zijn baas zogezegd niet antwoorde.

Pros: Overall service was good for us. They sent us a WhatsApp message with exact location where to find them. Our point of contact was Orgis, was friendly and gave us some nice recommendations for our trip to the south of Albania.

Pros: I reviewed a lot rental companies before booking with Capital and I can wholeheartedly say that they might be the best company in Tirana!! The entire staff, the company was not only very helpful, they were very clear with their communication. They adapted themselves to our delayed flight, (we arrived 11H later!!!), we had to change meeting points for the car 3-4 times, they never made an issue out of it. The car was super clean. Would definitely recommend!
