Ecorent at Tirana Airport

Pros: Staff very kind and helpful. .

Cons: The car didnt have water for window cleaning, bold tires and not very powerful car. On pick up was very slow one person working only could use some improvement in this area.

Pros: Personnel were polite and ready to cooperate.

Cons: Old cars in poor condition.

Cons: Very old car, lots of damages and had 2 warning lights, one for the engine and one for the airbags.

Cons: The place to drop off is well placed but once we did not know the street was hard to find. And the regular pick up card credit system as in every single car rent company.

Cons: After waiting for more than an hour.. no car available, I ordered and payed a mid size SUV. In the end they got an old car VW 2011, slow, poorly working airco, was not clean at pickup, with personal stuff of the owner. As a discount I didn't have to pay a higher warranty deposit ??? for that old car? They tried to sell an extra insurance because that from Discovercars was not sufficient. If I wanted to go to Kosovo it would cost 50eur extra etc.. The cars engine led was on from the start..

Cons: The fluid tank to clean the windshield was empty 🙁. Drop-off : office didn’t open until 9.00 am, nobody told us. Info about this would have been useful. A guy from another rental said we could leave the car and put the key in a mailbox at the drop -off spot.

Pros: Ecorent is a great company, the men who gave us the car were really helpful. Fully recommend. The car was in great condition and after we returned it (which was very efficient) they dropped us at the airport to save us walking.

Cons: They tried to sell aditional insurance, though we have already booked the full package. No drop Off protocoll received, they just said that everything is okay.

Cons: They tried to scammed me by overpricing a damage on the car (made by other cars when mine was parked) when the scratches were so little, but luckily I had the full insurance, and when I debated about it they didn’t even esitate to reduce the price of it. Also I was expecting to receive a Dacia Sandero or something similar, but we receive an older car

Pros: The staff was friendly and the pickup and delivery went smoothly. The cars are older than usual rental cars, but in very good condition.

Pros: Everything was good. Booking procedure. Picking up and returning the car. Staff was very friendly and efficient. To note: There were roads that were forbidden for us to drive on. (Unpaved roads). But that was no problem for us.

Cons: I was charged for additional insurance despite paying for it in advance as I was told it was not covered. I was also not told I had to pay for green card at the border of Macedonia and this cost an additional €50 despite me paying for cross border costs. Nobody responded to me about a satnav and also about where to drop the car off at Sarande

Cons: only credit card (I prefere VISA debit) I have not given any confirmation about dropping the car. Car deposit 600 E - 30 days to return is very long time

Pros: The office is outside of the airport and only operates between 9am and 10 pm. When we picked up the car, we need to get out of the airport which is not optimal since we have a baby and lot of luggage.

The booking process was incredibly straightforward, and I appreciated the variety of vehicles available to suit different needs and budgets. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, ensuring that I was on the road in no time. The car itself was immaculate, both inside and out, and performed flawlessly throughout my trip.

Cons: It was disappointing that there was no info when renting this car that there are some restricted areas that you cannot pass. We’ve selected 4x4 to be able to enter even difficult roads. The map provided by the service was not detailed and we accident crossed such an area which resulted with a fee.

Pros: Good customer service. Clear and honest communication both during pick up and drop off. Despite being given a different vehicle than what we expected, the fuel economy of the vehicle was excellent, so we could not complain. Overall, very satisfied.

Cons: The car was brand new and already many things did not work - coolant temperature, the car could not be locked with remote key most of the time. Additional rent terms were added in person - places we could not visit.

Cons: Tek sıkıntım aracın bekledıgımden bıraz daha yıpranmıs olmasıydı. Onuda çok oroblem etmedım .

Cons: There is no information about forbidden places to get by car before reservation. Car wasn't ready when we arrived 20 minutes later than reservation time
