Pros: Quick pickup, nice cars. Clean. I read a lot of bad reviews, so was a bit sceptic, but the service was value for money. they are one of the cheapest, but that does not reflect their cars.

Cons: They needed to look all around the car park for the booster seats, and eventually they found some. They did not look clean or value for money. Other than that, the same for same fuel policy is more customer friendly if the cars are Full at pick up, now we had to guess how much to put in to get to the same amount.

Pros: The car was alright - though very very dirty inside.

Cons: When we dropped off the 2 cars we’d rented they told us that we’d illigally driven on gravel roads and fined us €500 per car plus possible extras later, but the contract only says not to drive on “inappropriate roads”. And Albania is basically 50% gravel roads. But then the agent said that if we paid him in cash we’d only have to pay 300 per car which sounded very sketchy. I’m worried that this is a technique they use intentionally to make money on tourists.

Pros: El servicio pésimo. No encontrábamos la agencia, y cuando finalmente encontramos , el agente os atendió pésimo y nos quería volver a cobrar el seguro cuando ya estaba incluido en el precio que contratamos.

Cons: EUROCAR no lo recomiendo. No alquilamos. Por favor necesito que me reembolsen lo que pagué

Pros: The agent sent us the office location. Unfortunately, it was our fault that we forgot to turn off airplane mode on our phone, so we had to search for it a bit. The agent waited for us and handed over the car. The car had minor external damage, but was mechanically in perfect working order. We drove 1,300 kilometers and had no complaints.

Cons: The car wasn't clean when I pick it up, no water for windows washer. And the baby seat i rented was with missing parts and i need to buy a new one, paid 120 euro in Jumbo store

Cons: SCAMMER. We had a very unpleasant experience with this rental company. They tried to charge us a fine without explaining why (parking ticket? traffic violation?) and could not provide any clear evidence. The incident was supposed to have happened in Kakome (Vlore), but we never went there. The staff member was extremely unfriendly and pushy. First, he demanded 1,000 Lek in cash. When I asked for proof, he became even more insistent, and in the end he claimed he would keep 25 euros from our depos

Cons: Literal scam - beware! When we arrived, they pressured us into getting an additional insurance (even though we already had one with DiscoveryCars), with the reasoning that our debit card can’t be used for the deposit, and the only way to get the car is to get the insurance. After we got the insurance (only cash because they want to avoid taxes), we had to still (!) put a deposit, and it worked with the card. Absolute, absolute scam. Also, the car was in a super shitty condition.

Cons: Nie rozumiem jaką jest różnica czy płacę credit card czy debet card. Na miejscu okazało się że jeżeli chcę płacić debet kartą to muszę wykupić inne ubezpieczenie które kosztowało 100eur jeżeli zapłacę gotówką. A jak kartą to 120eur. Także wypożyczenie kosztowało mnie dodatkowe 100eur

Cons: Bilen var inte så ren och fräsch vid hämtning. Sedan står det i bokningen via Discover Cars att bilen hämtas fulltankad och lämnas fulltankad. När jag hämtade bilen står den på reserv och de säger att den ska lämnas likadant. Detta är inte OK. Jag lämnade bilen halvtankad och de menar på att jag man ska slanga ut bränslet själv istället. Detta är mycket dåligt, det är svårt att räkna ut bränsleförbrukningen och att lämna bilen tillbaka på reserv. Detta bryter mot den allmänna policyn.

Pros: The agent on collection was nice.

Cons: The car was smelling of cigarettes, it had nearly empty fuel tank we were travelling in the early hours of the morning in a foreign country and this was not helpful. It made us anxious and worried about running out of fuel. We filled up the fuel and did not use all of it. On returning the car we were asked for €10 to wash the car but no refund was given for the fuel we had put in the car

Cons: Review: Disappointing Car Rental very frustrating experience. Avoid if u are travelling with children.We landed at 12:00 and arrived at their office by 12:30, but the car was not on the premises and did not arrive until two hours later. Lots of visible wear and tear but ok. Additional issues included an engine light on the dashboard. business hours are listed as 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., a representative did not show up until 9:30 p.m.

Pros: Price was good. Service was fast.

Cons: I asked to buy full insurance from them. Upfront I was offered to pay 150 euros by credit card or 120 euros cash (for avoiding cc operators fees). I paid by cash. But the full insurance wasn't stated anywhere in the contract. I had no receipt of the full insurance and the employee even refused to write by pen in the contract anything about any insurance. It made me feel the whole trip that I maybe had no insurance at all. He gave me his PERSONAL NUMBER tough "Just call me trust me"

Cons: We betaalden extra voor de drop-off buiten de uren, maar er was niemand en er was geen parkeerplaats.

Pros: The guy was very helpful in getting everything sorted, but we should have had issues in the first place.

Cons: The fact there was no car seat installed in the car ready for us, the car was dirty inside and outside. Cars should be fully cleaned ready for the new people.

Cons: Car park was a disaster. Had to wait for other companies to move their cars so i could park. When approached the car park area a guy just stopped me and said give me the keys im from euro cars. Had no identification what so ever , could have been a little bit more formal. The car was very very dirty inside and outside. Seats with marks , empty bottles left on back seat and in the arm rest. Petrol was half empty. Inconvenience as we had to stop in the middle of the night to refil the car due.

Pros: Very friendly staff, both pick-up and drop-off process were relatively quick and painless.

Pros: The people were friendly and efficient. We were able to secure the necessary approvals to travel across country boards and had a wonderful time.

Cons: It took 1 hour 40 to pick up the car as only one member of staff on duty. Cars are parked a long walk on the other side of the terminal so back and forward to check car and complete paperwork. Didn't have any child booster seats that we'd booked so had to waste time the following day picking them up from another office.

Cons: I signed up for extra insurance on discover cars, however was told that if that was damage i would need to pay EUROCAR and claim back from discover cars. I therefore had to pay an extra 20€ a day for extra insurance

Cons: The car I ordered had an air-condition problem, and I had to take a smaller car instead, with no refund for the cost difference.

Cons: *I received the car uncleaned, and delivered it to them very clean. * mistake was in writing the contract until 07/20, and the correct thing is that my reservation is until 07/21, and accordingly they took an Audi from me and gave me a Kia Sonnet.

Cons: We had to wait for around 1hour in the sun to pick up the car, as the place was closed and there was nobody around. The telephone number provided was just ringing and nobody answer. The car was very dirt and there was no petrol in the car.

Pros: Ok in the end, but waited 20mins for someone at the rental desk. We went away and came back thinking we’d got the wrong place. On return, luckily they were already dealing with another customer, otherwise would have been waiting even longer as they don’t answer the phone.

Cons: Took a long time to pick up, not even offered a drink 1hour to sort including time waiting for a representative. Car was ok, could be cleaner internally and it came dented.

Cons: Navigating maps were not that updated versions and old models. It was waste of money as it was not that helpful as we used our phones and Google maps

Pros: the front desk employee and the car cleanness.

Cons: Booster seats that I had booked weren't immediately available and they had to take apart a child seat to replace a missing booster. They also didn't have a satnav which I had also pre booked.

Pros: the service provided by the EUROCAR manager at Tirana airport is the best that I have received among carrentals. the manager is great. he was waiting for me despite the fact that the plane was delayed by 2.5 hours. I am very grateful to him

Pros: the experience was efficient, straightforward and there was no stress and the one way rental was just what I wanted

Cons: The car was old (millage more than 160000 km), there was a lot of scratches and dents all over the car. At the last two days, the engine started to stall. The worst of all was the engine stalling several times during the crossing of LLgora. And in the end, Eurocar fined us 25 euro because they've found a new scratch on the bumper that already has a big crack!
