Ho dovuto pagare un 'assicurazione aggiuntiva (avevo già fatto il noleggio tutto compresa) per poter ritirare l'auto in quanto la caparra era maggiore di quella scritta sul contratto (€ 500,00 ACE ha preteso una caparra di € 1.100,00 e la mia carta di credito, essendo pure fine mese, non aveva capienza. Ho dovuto pagare ulteriori €175,00 per avere l'auto. Esperienza negativissima

Pros: On the website it said it would fit 2 suitcases. The car we got only fited 1. we were then forced to upgrade the car from 91 euro to 135 euro. No help from ace cars. Felt like a reallt shitty unprofessional company.

Cons: Service was really bad. I signed a contract for the deposit of 500 euros and for my surprise, they charged me 1100 when picking up the car. When I complained about the amount the women behing the counter said and i quote "You can cancel the car". Very unprofessional. Wouldnt recomment this company not even to people that I dont like.

Pros: I rented a car for 13 days. I didn't get the car because my card was bad. I rented it from another company that accepted my card. I asked for a refund, they refused. Instead, you've already sent me a question twice asking if I liked your company. So I answer - the money is gone and I didn't like it. And don't write to me anymore.

Pros: The car was clean and low mileage. The office is close to the airport which is grate from a pick-up and drop-off perspective.

Cons: At arrival it was a bit harder to locate the agent because he was not in front of KFC as advertised. He answered the phone really fast and it was very polite.

Cons: Summer tyres in winter, no duty of care towards their clients. Communication is terrible no one responds to emails, calls, whatsapp messages. Areas like this which really penalise the car rental agency as they could potentially do very well but crazy how they are unable to provide the correct level of service and safety towards their clients

Cons: The car needs to be clean and ready in advance. The following comment is not related to the agents of Ren a Car. The road leading to the rental company is in very bad shape and with potholes. This is a municipal road but if sth can be done to encourage the city to fix that road it will be great and give the right image to clients.

Cons: -The condition of the car was very bad, we definitely not get the car we payed for (a new Renault 308) -Our Citroen Elysee had several safety related defects (f.ex. the windscreen whipers dont function like they should, tires and brake were also really bad) -We were not informed before booking (probably deliberately) that the deposit can only be made with a credit card! -In order to earn more money, the customer is forced to take out their additional insurance for 20 euro per day -never again...

And I paid €48 for the out of country option but they didn't include or inform me about the green card rule at the border. This was particularly frustrating as it set back my trip over an hour and costed me +€15 that I feel I shouldn't have paid for.

Cons: The local car agency had extra rules that applied to their cars. None of those rules were in my initial rental agreement with DiscoverCars. Those rules made me totally having to change my travel plans. Also I lost money since I had to cancel hotel bookings in places I couldnt reach with my rental car due to these "local" rules!
