Pros: NOTHING at all. All clients should be warned for this rental company!

Cons: *We had to wait a very long time before we got a car. Returning the car also took a long time. *We were pressured into taking out additional insurance at €18/day, with the full amount payable immediately, or alternatively a €1,250 deposit, also payable in cash. Otherwise, we would not get the car. *We were required to pay an additional €10 immediately for cleaning the car. *We were told that we had not arrived on time and that this could result in a “fine” of €50… MORE TO COME…

Pros: We had an amazing experience with City Rent A Car in Albania. The car we received was similar to the one we had originally booked, and it was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. They even offered us water, coffee, and soft drinks, which was a really nice touch and made us feel very well taken care of. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the car was perfect for our trip.

Cons: The pickup process could be a little faster and more organized. However, this was only a minor point and did not affect our overall experience, which was excellent.

Cons: From the beginning they were very disrespectful and threatened not to return my deposit because I didn't take out a second insurance policy with them, even though I had already taken It out directly with Discovercars. And we came back the car, I had to pay a supossed traffic fine, which they couldn't tell me when It was or why, otherwise they wouldn't return my deposit.

Cons: First of all i was lucky to be there because they were giving my car to somebody else. Then i chose full cover online but they told me that that insurance doesn’t cover in albania and montenegro. If something happen to the car i have to pay the whole amount i hade to leave as a deposit of 1500€. Then the car was so rough shape mecanically in Ulcinj roads so it was tough to climb. I didn’t feel right when climbing because or hotel was in the top of Ulcinj.

Pros: I had a terrible experience with this car rental company. Before my pickup date, I informed them in advance that I would arrive one day late. I was clearly told that it would be “fine” and there would not be any issue with my booking. However, when I arrived to collect the car, the staff suddenly demanded extremely high extra fees that were never properly explained before. The additional cost was so unreasonable that it ended up being more expensive than the actual car rental itself.

Cons: Because of this, I had no choice but to leave without taking the car. I feel completely misled and disappointed by the poor communication and unprofessional handling of the situation. If they knew there would be such massive charges, they should have informed me honestly from the beginning instead of wasting my time and money. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Cons: The service was appalling. Elona Keta was aggressive and unpleasant throughout the process. The moment I refused the additional insurance and refused to pay for unnecessary extras, including the cleaning fee, the tone became hostile. The company appears to rely on pressure selling, intimidation and confusing paperwork. I was given a car with extremely high mileage, poor condition, incorrect fuel recording on the contract, and mismatched vehicle documentation. I would strongly warn others.

Pros: It was an extreme bar experience with City Car rental. They provided me old damage car. It was an accidental car none of the accessories in the Car Wash working condition.

Cons: At the time of the return, the agent did not provide me the clearance. and also accuse me of taking the car across the border which I did not. I only drove the car within Albania from north to south. The car was standing for four days still DHA accuse me of using high mileage.

Cons: Once we got there they tried getting either twice the amount for deposit or get us to pay 18€ per day in insurance. Once we delivered the car washed, they tried getting money by saying it wasnt clean because there was dust from our shoes on the floor mat.

Cons: Was a scam. Forced us to buy "mandatory" full coverage insurance and had us pay by cash. Then when we dropped off the car, said we had a parking ticket. Even though the ticket was earlier on the day we arrived in the country, before we picked up the car.

Cons: This is the worst car rental experience we’ve ever had. The agency blatantly scams customers without any shame. We booked a mid-size executive vehicle, but when we arrived, they handed us an old, low-tier car from 2007 that barely worked. When we asked for a replacement or refund, they refused. Eventually, we had no choice but to take a lower-class car just to continue our trip – yet they still charged us the full amount. The car had no spare tire at all

Cons: solicitamos un coche compacto y nos dieron un berlina, las condiciones del coche no eran buenas (luces rotas, limpia roto,...), y el trato del primer agente con el que tratamos tampoco fue bueno. El Agente del último día nos trato muy bien y era simpático. Pedimos cambiar de coche al de dos días de coger, no nos pusieron pegas, a sabiendas en que condiciones estaba el coche que nos dieron.

Cons: Car wasn’t what I expected. Radio didn’t work. No phone holder to use it as a GPS. Child-lock wouldn’t deactivate so I had to open and close the doors manually for everyone. The security deposit, which was supposed to be by credit card and the agency said the card wasn’t working although it’s a card I used in at least 3-4 other trips. I had to give deposit in cash which messed up my trip budget. Overall ok but many unnecessary stressful incidents.
