Cons: Office closed when we arrived , waited 20 mins for rep to turn up. Then tried to give us a car much smaller the we had booked. Eventually given the correct car but empty of fuel and had not been cleaned since last rental. Rep was friendly and helpful but not a great service

Pros: - Price. - Easy finding in internet. - Ease of finding rental desk.
Cons: They didn't explain to us about the cleanliness. We paid 30€ they said the car was very dirty, but in the papers didn't appear clearly about that and the didn't tell us the day that we picked up the car. The disk brakes didn't work correctly. The tyres need air and we went to a mechanic in the middle of the trip to fill them and the AddCar agents said to us that is a normal problem but for us it wasn't normal.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00 - € 625.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia.
Crossing country borders is allowed by previous request and for an additional charge of 50 EUR per rental.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
