Alamo at Tirana Airport

Pros: Tem um nome que garante um serviço minimamente honesto.

Cons: A análise de danos não é totalmente justificada.

Pros: Friendly service

Cons: 4th floor

Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

Cons: N/A

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Fast replies on inquiries

Pros: no problem to extend drop off

Cons: android auto was not working

Cons: The car was not the SUB kind as requested especiffically at the rent request in Discover Cars.

Pros: I could fill in the application form in advance via internet.

Pros: good value

Cons: Tirana airport pick up very disorganised

Pros: We liked the car we got. We got similar to this what was advertised but it was ok. We like blue color car as easy to find everywhere.

Pros: The car was ready, and the service was fast. The first car had a malfunction in the multimedia system, and we immediately received another identical car.

Pros: I always hire vehicle when I travel, ive had some bad experiences in the past, this time I was very happy with everything, excellent vehicle.

Cons: Not sure if it's because the're expanding the airport, when picking up dropping off the vehicle, the entrance/exit is utter chaos with vehicles parked everywhere making it very difficult to manoeuver, very poorly designed layout. For a world wide firm/s I'm surprised this is aloud to happen.

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: nothing all good

Pros: Lots of scratches, minor dents and hail damage on the car at pickup.

Cons: Great service at car paperwork office and then pick up of car, aspects of the car were explained to me

Pros: Liked everything

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Readiness, helpfulness and behavior

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Stress free service! Everything as expected!

Pros: The ease of picking up the car

Cons: the conition of the car

Pros: Car better than anticipated

Cons: Time spent at pick up it would be good to have additional people at busy times

Pros: Car supplied/ staff at Tirana airport were polite

Cons: Not being able to have price for extra driver until we picked car up at airport

Pros: - we reserved a car, when pick-up, the selected car have a minor technical problem, Alamo Agent offers us another one, better than we have reserved

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They obliged us to do the full insurance with them even if we have already did it with DiscoverCars.com

Pros: Drop off was swift, although nothing to sign and confirm

Cons: Discover Cars fine but Alamo and hired car not: Android Auto/Apple Carplay was disabled and needed a licence from main dealer, leaving us without sat nav and having to buy our own phone cradle. Pick up process was chaotic with no one to speak to, mismanaged traffic jam and car hire staff driving dangerously. Selected car not available. Damage to all panels. No reversing camera.

Pros: Guys were polite, car was fine but was not the one we reserved.

Cons: When we arrived, our car was not there. An hour later, it was still not there. It was delayed "because there was a problem with the car wash". We waited an hour and three quarters, before being told our car would still be delayed for a long time. It was ridiculous. Eventually the guy took pity on us and gave us another car, just so we could leave. All this in 40 degree heat, surrounded by cars and concrete. Absolute nightmare.

Pros: Sprawne wypożyczenie samochodu.Odbiór i zdanie przebiegło bez problemu.

Cons: Niestety zbyt mało czasu na wyjaśnienie kwestii dotyczących dodatkowego ubezpieczenia.Zostałam wprowadzona w błąd.Na szczęście się zreflektowałam i udało mi się dokonać zmian.

Pros: The pick-up point was very close to the terminal and we spent only a short time picking up the car

Cons: Too expensive and not the exact car I reserved. Also the condition of the Alamo parking lot at Tirana airport is bad.

Cons: They scammed us with the cost of the reparation from a scratch

Pros: Solid good service, nice guys at the airport. Car could be in a little bit better condition. Waiting time on pick up too long. All other things really good.

Cons: we were 2nd in line and it took a lot of time to pickup the car. cant imagine how long it took for the other people after me also they had to stand in the brutal sun without shade

Cons: We booked for SUV car and got mini SUV which it isn't what we ordered. We asked for better SUV and they told us they doesn't have and then the clients after us get a real SUV at the same class we booked for...

Pros: Very prompt with the paperwork and providing the car as well as managed the handover at the airport as well quickly allowing us to get to our flight and check in on time. We were also lucky enough to be provided with a car that was quite new and had only run about 4000 kms

Pros: Todo perfecto, recomendado 100%

Pros: They were quick, easy to find, and overall great car.

Pros: good qualiy car, no major issues

Cons: Not accepting regular bank cards - had to pay extra since I don't have a credit card. I was lied by the person giving me the car about fuel. He said it's full although the fuel display didn't show full. I trusted him and didn't check it. After driving 280~km I filled up the car and calculated if the tank was full when we got the car. Turned out it really wasn't full at that moment. I was missing at least 10 liters. In the end when giving car away I didn't have much support.

Pros: Great representatives.

Cons: Holding deposit. Even if its stated in your T&C all other companies I have been using around the world have been releasing money on time of car return. Specially that you require credit card and those money don’t belong to me but I have to pay interest.

Pros: smooth service

Cons: we booked a Hyundai Tucson Diesel and we got a Duster petrol.

Cons: The car was old and battered and I paid extra for a better car

Cons: I didn’t like that the representative charged me the authorization form of 45€ to drive the car on top of the regular fee I paid for it

Cons: Long time picking up the car(more 1 hour)

Pros: New car,

Cons: cigaretess smell. agent , i have to pay extra for damage

Pros: first of all is honest, second -simpleness and speed of dealing

Cons: I haven’t Got my 290€ back since I left the car back.. it’s been over 2 weeks now
