Pros: Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, sobre todo de los empleados que nos entregaron y recepcionaron el vehículo. Mencionar en especial a “Mateo” quien nos ayudó muchísimo en ambos casos. No puntúo con más de un 8 a los agentes porque en la retirada casi nos sentimos coaccionados por no hacer el SCDW con ellos ya que lo teníamos a través de Discoverycars.

Cons: Que me dieran un Dacia cuando habíamos alquilado un KIA Stonic aunque el vehículo respondió muy bien. Además de los comentado sobre casi amedrentarnos con el tema del seguro. De resto, muy bien, lo recomiendo!

Pros: The pickup and drop off was fast and the agents explained everything well.

Cons: This is not something we did not like but something we want to let the other drivers know. We made the mistake to drive off road, despite the agents specifically telling us not to and so we had to pay 300€ fine. Please, be aware the cars are tracked by gps so do not drive where you are not supposed to. Learn from our mistake.

Cons: Pay attention, drive365 sets huge limitations regarding the car usage (for ex. you cannot drive off-roads making half of Albanian roads, including those leading to tourist attractions) and charges 300 EUR for breaking this rule. Rental of cars with them makes no sense if you want to travel across Albania. In addition, the pick up point is extremely far from the airport and to get there you need to follow car roads instead of pavement for walking people, verydangerous if you travel with children

Cons: It was a fraudulent company. After returning the vehicle they charged over $1,000 to my credit card without authorization, for normal wear and tear. I’ve disputed the unauthorized charges and my credit card company is pursuing them for these funds. Do not rent from these people.

Pros: We did not like the service it was a real scam. Hopefully we took the insurance to avoid a deposit of 900euros, indeed the car was very old (185000 km) the front light did not work, the automatic gear box was crashing (don t pass the gear automatically) and make us in dangerous situations.Moreover there was a loud noise in the front left wheel that was very strange and appear around 60km/h. A engine failure symbols appear 5 days after we took the car.

Cons: For sure the hirers would have taken us the deposit of the vehicle at the time of depositing it and would have made us responsible for this state of the vehicle whereas it was already in this state at the time of the catch of the vehicle. Indeed we saw other customers who they had a deposit and the rental agency charge them for invisible damage whereas there was no damage on the vehicle and wanted to charge the customers of 2000e fees. This rental agency is a real scam!

Cons: Hard to contact. Not at the airport and not there to meet us as advertised. Had to eventually find via a wifi connection at a restaurant as we did not have local cellphone network set up yet.

Pros: Just wanted to say thanks to the team OtoQ. I received a detailed description with pictures of how to find the location a day before I arrived to Albania and made it very easy to find. The team was very friendly when I arrived and even charged my phone. We received a brand new car and the team took time to explain everything to me. On return they were fair inspecting the car and dropped me to the airport terminal. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

Cons: They tried to sell an additional insurance to me, however I have already had done one through the website. As it wasn't through them directly, I still had to pay a deposit, which is fair. I recommend to pay the insurance with the car rental company and not through the website while booking with the agent.

Pros: Minden rendben volt, onnantól kezdve, hogy felvettem velük a kapcsolatot. Elvettek a reptérrôl (az irodájuk a reptéren kívül van), az ügyintézés gyors, új állapotú autót kaptunk.

Cons: There was some kind of misunderstanding about the meet-and-greet service. But they did there best solving the problem.

Cons: - The discovercars allrisk insurance wasn’t good enough so we had to take out theirs aswell for 225eu. Otherwise we wouldn’t be insured for our trips to the neighbouring countries and we still had to make a 1200eu deposit - They literally said that we would get a brand new car. It was a Skoda Kamiq with 70000km. - Car was also fitted with extreme wintertires so it had a lot of understeer during our trip with mean temperatures of 32 degrees. The cruise control module didn’t work half the time.

Pros: Booking and picking up the car was seamless. The process took only about 8 minutes . Office is nearby the Airport of Tirana and easy to find.. The car was in excellent condition, almost new (2000 km mileage) perfectly clean inside and out, and ran smoothly. It matched+ the description provided during booking, which was a relief. Returning the car was as easy as picThe drop-off process was quick. 2 minutes. :)

Cons: Upon check in arrival felt pressured to buy the extra insurance. I appreciate the agent explaining it, but after I declined he continued. Declined again and he continued. Maybe there is a company policy to keep asking a certain number of times? Not the company’s issue, but there needs to be an easier way to get across the busy street, instead of going all the way around. I was offered a ride to the terminal, but declined the offer. Wanted to walk.
