Pros: Drop-off was fast

Cons: It was not possible to find them, because they were covered by Europcas company and nobody knew them (google, staff of other companies, etc). The address was specified as in terminal, but they were out of the terminal. I have to call them to find out that they are another company and are placed out of the terminal.

Pros: We had a very good experience. The agent was incredibly helpful, we received a superior car, and the drop-off was effortless.

Cons: We struggled to locate the pickup point due to vague instructions, requiring us to seek help from several passersby. Adding to our frustration, the provided phone number was invalid, leaving us unable to contact the supplier.

Pros: Fast efficient checkin/checkout service. Location was just outside the airport entrance (walkable), so very easy to pickup after/before flights.

Cons: Car had no rear windshield wiper and the front left tire was low and had to be repeatedly inflated. Some dings/scratches as well.

Pros: Quick service by friendly staff.

Cons: Booked a Renault megane but got a basic Fiat Tipo. Very basic model, no cruise control, no carplay. The car was kind of new (glue residue from plastic removal all over the outside, plastics on some inside trim) but pretty beat up already. Also, The car wasn’t really clean when I got it. For the price paid, I feel I should have got at least a clean car.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners.
Cash is accepted as a form of payment.

Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Albania.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
