Cons: I would never recommend anybody to use this company. This was my first time and my last time I feel sorry for other customers use this company.

Cons: Our flight was delayed. We had a paid apartment in Vlore, but unfortunately Carwizz, of all the rental services at the airport that work 24 hours, only works until 4 pm. So we had to find a room near the airport and pick up the car the next day. We paid for a Golf, but got a Fiat Tipo for the same price, without refund of the difference. The car was scratched and hit all around and dented. It's almost embarrassing to drive in such a car. Not to mention the attitude of the staff . . .

Pros: לא קיבלתי שום רכב , הייתי שם יותר מ3 שעות של תחנונים ואין עם מי לדבר..יחס גרוע ביותר לא ניסו לעזור , לא הסכימו להחליף שם נהג , איך אתם עובדים איתם?

Cons: למעשה לא קיבלתי שום שירות ושום רכב , תבררו איתם , כתבתי כבר למעלה

Pros: The car was new and the same car that I chose , which many times when I hire a car with other providers I don't get the same car that I chose

Pros: By the pick up and drop off the agent made lot of pictures over all the car. All small scratches documented and evaluated by the drop off. Agent recomended to make video and pictures before take of a car. Good approach.

Cons: The cleanliness of the interior was very poor. Chewing gum stuck to the floor in front of the driver. Small stomnes and dust in the back seat.

Cons: Even though I rented the vehicle on December 4th, it still had worn out summer tires, even though I paid extra for a trip outside of Albania, I still didn't get a green card and the rental location is 900 meters outside of airport.

Apart from that we had a delay for the flight and we were going to be a little late and they stayed waiting for us even if theybwere supposed to be closed. The process was very efficient and we had no trouble collecting and even dropping off the car, it took us only few minutes for both

Cons: Ho prenotato l'auto su discovercars a un prezzo che sembrava competitivo. Arrivato a tiranna la stessa carta che avevo usato per prenotare l'auto non andava bene per depositare una caparra di 1200€ non precedentemente comunicata. L'alternativa in assenza di altra carta era pagare 500€ in contanti per ritirare un auto già precedentemente pagata circa 200€. 700€ per 6 giorni in ALBANIA. Mi sono rivolto ad altro rivenditore. Ridicoli e truffatori.

Cons: Ik had een VW golf gereserveerd en kreeg een oude, grote Ford Focus mee die benzine slurpte. Was vies van binnen en er stond 168/k op de teller. De mannen van CarWiz snauwen ipv praten, totaal niet klantvriendelijk of meedenkend. Dit heeft z’n uitstraling op Discovercars.com. Caraïben krijgt een lage beoordeling en ik snap wel waarom. Huur hier géén auto!!

Cons: -Very difficult to find - not on Google maps and no signs -Service at station really poor -..and most importantly, the car provided in booking class "Luxury SUV" was an 13-year old Audi Q5, with engine warning lights on, low on oil and broken taillight.

Cons: behaviour of the sales representative, the parking area, rudeness, not giving the promised car, applying different prices for same car for same period, corrupted.

Pros: Vi fick inte ens bilen och stod och väntade väldigt länge! Vi försökte nå de via telefon men det var avstängd. Vi ringde er och inte ni heller fick tag på de. Vi vill både ha pengarna tillbaka för bilen vi betalat för som vi inte fick samt pengar för den andra bilen som vi va tvungna att hyra. Vi skulle ha bilen 02:30 den 17:e. Vi fick tag på en bil kl 05:00. Detta är helt oaceptabelt! Vi har en bokning till hos er då vi ska till Italien i september. Kan ni snälla svara på våra mail!?

Cons: We been waiting for our car for more than 2 hours, under the sun. It's not a joke, 2 hours under the sun. I can understand that they may were understaff but it's not an excuse to leave people outside with 30 degrees all the luggage and other stuff. Then last but not least I wasn't unable to leave the deposit with my mc credit card (I don't know why) they didn't accept any Amex.I asked to take the deposit from my debit card they said not and then they charge me100extra. I think this is illigal

Pros: 1. I was skeptical and careful because of the bad reviews about how CarWiz declines your credit card and then adds new fees for a cash deposit (that is never returned). Car Wiz did decline my first card (AA Mastercard) but they took my second card (Chase Visa) with no trouble. 2. I upgraded to a minivan with no issues. 3. The rear windshield wiper did not work. It actually fell off halfway through my trip. It was not a problem because it never rained and CarWiz did no charge me for it.

Cons: 1. It is not fully CarWiz's fault but the location is problematic. It is right across the street from the terminal, but you must walk several hundred meters to get around a fence that is placed down the middle of the street. There is not a good sidewalk and so it not easy to do with bags. 2. I had a good experience with payment, but my friend also got a car from CarWiz the same day and complained about the credit card deniable scam.

Cons: Everything, bunch of crooks even though my credit card was under my name they still refuse to refund my money where it came to I'm not taking the rental.

Pros: Great car experience, friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and easy check out. Highly recommend this company for getting around Albania. They also check WhatsApp so it’s easy to communicate while on the road.

Pros: Not very customer friendly just because I asked how come no one knows their name within the airport and one of the staff started having a go that I was late etc and now they have to charge agin from beginning etc…….

Cons: Furthermore when we contacted discover cars to explain our situation they said that they would not give us our deposit back. Needless to say that as we had paid with our credit card and actually had a transcript of the conversation with the back which they confirmed that the transaction was never requested we would get our money through the credit card.

Cons: I was charged a significant extra amount because I don’t have a credit card. That is not right. I offered to have a deposit taken from my debit card but that was refused. On the confirmation from Discover Cars, it said the rental desk was in the rental car area at the airport. It was not. It was across the street outside the airport - within walking distance but not visible from the airport. I would not have found it without googling it from the airport free wifi.
