Cons: Terrible experience with Cargini and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them. They refused to accept my credit card at check-in and forced me to pay double the original price. Because I was in a rush and had no time to find another agency, I had to agree. They initially handed over an old, half-broken car that I immediately demanded to change after driving it for just one round. The second car they gave me was similarly bad, but it was already late in the evening and I had to

Pros: Price, they had whatsapp for contacting- thats a bug benefit for foreign travelers

Cons: The 10 euro charge for not going to a car wash. Thats an add on that you don’t find out u til you get there. Also, the gas should be full when you get the car, the. You can just fill it before returning. Having it part way, then you have to guess how much fuel is needed or you end up filling it and paying for a half tank that you didnt use.

Cons: We had to pay a 1200euro deposit which was not explained prior luckily I had the money spare. Paid extra for a certain car which never got. Ended up with 3 different vehicles as first 2 was in a very poor state. The one we eventually got was empty of petrol lots of warning lights on.

Cons: Old cars. The first one - very damaged, broken. 400 thousand km mileage. Exploded airbag, damaged steering wheel, no mirror. The second one - old damaged, dirty with errors. The last car was very dirty. I am counting on a fresh new car in the rental company. I am very dissatisfied. This is the first time such a situation

Cons: They didnt provide the car we rented. They gave us a 2009 volvo xc90, barely working, full of trash, no gas, headlights tweaking and sometimes not even working. All the engine failure lights were on during our trip. Anti skid was off. The condition of the car was not up for being a rental. And the company had no shame about it either. They even had the audacity to charge us extra for border crossings even though they had downgraded our car.

Cons: We waited about 45 minutes for the car to be brought to us, which was dirty, had many scratches and dents, and did not even have a full tank. Although I had specified in the search that I could pay by debit card, I was asked to put down a credit card deposit which I did not have. I therefore had to pay €10 for each day of the car rental as "insurance"... :-(

Cons: The car we get, and what seemed to be the case with most their cars, is that they are incredibly old and beat up. Exterior was in bad shape as was the interior. Additionally, check engine light was on, tire tread was almost completely worn out and to add insult to injury there were 5 outstanding parking tickets that nearly caused the police to impound the car. They were supposed to provide a replacement vehicle but never actually followed through. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Pros: We where taken to the parking and we picked the car and return it without any problems, downside was some traffic

Cons: The staff weren’t nice at all. They didn’t care about me and my family, to answer us or to help us with our questions. None of the phonenumber we got worked. The car was dirty inside and outside! And they wanted us to pay 10 extra euro when we returned the car for a carwash! The whole feeling about our carrent is uncomfortable.

Pros: These guys are unprofessional. They gave the car at almost zero fuel. And when I returned the car, it was almost half tank. And they didn't give any refunds for that. Please note that the policy was full to full and they didn't adhere to that

Cons: The key FOB they gave of the vehicle went dead when we were at the parking. We had to wait almost 3 hours for the backup key to be delivered to us. The car was mercedez Benz for which the service was also due for more than 200 days. Sometimes cruise control didn't work

Pros: The representatives where very helpful, they also advised me to visit some citys in Albania.

Pros: Definitely recommend this company! Car was brand new and clean 10/10 The guys in the office are very polite, especially the guys named Ardit and Besmir. They gave me a bigger car then the category that i booked.

Cons: The car condition was awful, windows firmy work, car was shaking while driving, engine light was flashing the while time, radio didnt work, rear camera was hinging off the car... IT was a complete mess and we were scared to driver IT...

Cons: Car different class to what was requested, car filthy inside and out, car older than expected, no designated pick up/drop off area unlike other operators at Tirana airport, very rude staff, tried to blame scratches on me until I said I had taken a video of the car's condition. Ended up returning car early and using a reputable company. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid these Muppets at all cost. I will also be putting in an official complaint.

Cons: Very limited English. Dirty car, with cans and rotten juices inside. Were unable to cancel the deposit (apparently due to their bank)
