Cargini at Tirana Airport

Pros: This was particularly disappointing because I am 6'3" tall and have a bad knee, so the size, seating position and ease of getting in and out of the vehicle were important considerations for me. I had made this clear, yet no reasonable effort was made to accommodate my requirements. Furthermore, the vehicle provided was in a very dirty, worn and generally poor condition, as demonstrated by the photographs I have attached for reference.

Cons: The condition of the vehicle was well below what I would reasonably expect from a rental vehicle. The whole experience left me extremely dissatisfied and unfortunately affected my holiday. I was unable to enjoy my travel as I had expected because of the unsuitable vehicle and the lack of support from your office. I would therefore like you to review this matter and provide a satisfactory resolution/compensation for the inconvenience, disappointment and poor service I experienced.

Pros: Easy and fair price

Cons: It's not in the terminal. You have to drag luggage across a busy road

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They didn't provide the car, we got a very old car (15 yr) and it got stuck in the middle. Also the alternative car we got was old and with smoking smell, and with an engine light indication on.

Pros: Helpful staff

Cons: There card machine didnt work and they couldn't honour my original reservation

Pros: the pick up and drop off went really fast

Cons: The cleanness of the car, could have been a bit better

Pros: The only thing I can say is it was very quick to drop off. The agent was not interested in the state of the car. Probably because we didn't buy their insurance as we had our own, and because they gave us a very tatty car. The wheel rims were connected by zip ties and fell off twice. On pick up when I asked why the car was so tatty with lots of bumps he just laughed and shrugged. By the way we waited one hour for the car!

Cons: Everything above..

Pros: The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The car worked well and I had no problems with it during the rental period.

Cons: The car was old (around 2015ish) and, more importantly, it was not clean when we received it. Although the car itself worked well and caused no problems, the interior and overall cleanliness could have been much better.

Pros: Didn’t really like anything

Cons: They couldn’t resolve the issue with the car they couldn’t find the car that I’ve booked for they just gave whatever car they had available not safe child seat

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Terrible experience with Cargini and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them. They refused to accept my credit card at check-in and forced me to pay double the original price. Because I was in a rush and had no time to find another agency, I had to agree. They initially handed over an old, half-broken car that I immediately demanded to change after driving it for just one round. The second car they gave me was similarly bad, but it was already late in the evening and I had to

Pros: Fast pickup

Cons: Wipers were brokwn

Pros: The staff was friendly, the pick up and drop off was fast.

Pros: The agent was very Helpful and car the car was in very good condition.

Pros: Nice people good car

Pros: good costumer service

Pros: The staff was very kind and they help me a lot

Pros: The communication was excellent, and they demonstrated a high degree of cooperation.

Pros: The service was prompt, friendly, and absolutely professional. The staff were very helpful, answering all my questions.

Pros: Car gini were great with us. We had a problem with the car battery. They changed the car with a heart beat. Such great people work there. So nice a friendly

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Price, they had whatsapp for contacting- thats a bug benefit for foreign travelers

Cons: The 10 euro charge for not going to a car wash. Thats an add on that you don’t find out u til you get there. Also, the gas should be full when you get the car, the. You can just fill it before returning. Having it part way, then you have to guess how much fuel is needed or you end up filling it and paying for a half tank that you didnt use.

Pros: Nice staff

Cons: We had to pay a 1200euro deposit which was not explained prior luckily I had the money spare. Paid extra for a certain car which never got. Ended up with 3 different vehicles as first 2 was in a very poor state. The one we eventually got was empty of petrol lots of warning lights on.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything was bad. It's a scam company

Pros: -

Cons: Old cars. The first one - very damaged, broken. 400 thousand km mileage. Exploded airbag, damaged steering wheel, no mirror. The second one - old damaged, dirty with errors. The last car was very dirty. I am counting on a fresh new car in the rental company. I am very dissatisfied. This is the first time such a situation

Pros: Nothing. I would not recommend

Cons: Unfriendly, lies about cars and literally gave us a machine that could of killed us

Cons: They didnt provide the car we rented. They gave us a 2009 volvo xc90, barely working, full of trash, no gas, headlights tweaking and sometimes not even working. All the engine failure lights were on during our trip. Anti skid was off. The condition of the car was not up for being a rental. And the company had no shame about it either. They even had the audacity to charge us extra for border crossings even though they had downgraded our car.

Pros: Almost nothing...

Cons: We waited about 45 minutes for the car to be brought to us, which was dirty, had many scratches and dents, and did not even have a full tank. Although I had specified in the search that I could pay by debit card, I was asked to put down a credit card deposit which I did not have. I therefore had to pay €10 for each day of the car rental as "insurance"... :-(

Pros: Nothing in partuclar

Cons: The car we get, and what seemed to be the case with most their cars, is that they are incredibly old and beat up. Exterior was in bad shape as was the interior. Additionally, check engine light was on, tire tread was almost completely worn out and to add insult to injury there were 5 outstanding parking tickets that nearly caused the police to impound the car. They were supposed to provide a replacement vehicle but never actually followed through. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Pros: Everything went smooth

Pros: We where taken to the parking and we picked the car and return it without any problems, downside was some traffic

Cons: The staff weren’t nice at all. They didn’t care about me and my family, to answer us or to help us with our questions. None of the phonenumber we got worked. The car was dirty inside and outside! And they wanted us to pay 10 extra euro when we returned the car for a carwash! The whole feeling about our carrent is uncomfortable.

Pros: These guys are unprofessional. They gave the car at almost zero fuel. And when I returned the car, it was almost half tank. And they didn't give any refunds for that. Please note that the policy was full to full and they didn't adhere to that

Cons: The key FOB they gave of the vehicle went dead when we were at the parking. We had to wait almost 3 hours for the backup key to be delivered to us. The car was mercedez Benz for which the service was also due for more than 200 days. Sometimes cruise control didn't work

Pros: Fast assistence, facilitties, frendly staff.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The representatives where very helpful, they also advised me to visit some citys in Albania.

Pros: Definitely recommend this company! Car was brand new and clean 10/10 The guys in the office are very polite, especially the guys named Ardit and Besmir. They gave me a bigger car then the category that i booked.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The car condition was awful, windows firmy work, car was shaking while driving, engine light was flashing the while time, radio didnt work, rear camera was hinging off the car... IT was a complete mess and we were scared to driver IT...

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Car different class to what was requested, car filthy inside and out, car older than expected, no designated pick up/drop off area unlike other operators at Tirana airport, very rude staff, tried to blame scratches on me until I said I had taken a video of the car's condition. Ended up returning car early and using a reputable company. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid these Muppets at all cost. I will also be putting in an official complaint.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Very limited English. Dirty car, with cans and rotten juices inside. Were unable to cancel the deposit (apparently due to their bank)

Pros: Very kind agent and good price
