Cons: 1)J'ai fais une réservation avec assurance auprès de DiscoverCars mais en arrivant pour retirer la voiture à Tirana on m'a dit que la garantie que j'avais souscrite n'était pas applicable. EuropeCars m'a proposé 2 couvertures, l'une à 17€/j et une tout risque complète à 24€/j . Ces propositions équivalaient à doubler le budget auto, je n'ai rien souscrit. Non seulement il n'a pas été tenu compte de la couverture souscrite à la réservation mais son montant ne m'a pas été restitué. Votre réponse?

Cons: When I arrived at the Eurocar office they did not even accept the car rental order. Luckily they happened to have the car I ordered. Second thing in the order it is explicitly written that the Eurocar counter is in the terminal but that is a lie, the counter is far from the other rental companies and it took me half an hour to find it. Third thing I received a dirty car and with a half full fuel tank and not full as stated in the policy

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Albania.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
