Cons: Pick up from the airport was over 2 hours wait. Location of car lot very inconvenient.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. It’s a scam

Cons: Everything about that broker is terrible, would never recommend or use again. Will go out of my way to tell people how horrible they were.

Cons: The inability to return the car. During pickup the stuff was very kind until the moment I rejected to pay for Kasko. After that they became absolutely unfriendly and rude!!

Cons: First of all they har no idea that I booked and should be picked up. It took 2 hours to get the car. I felt forced to buy extra insurance

Pros: Bardzo sprawna obsługa. Szybki transfer z lotniska oraz na lotnisko. Samochód bardzo czysty i prawny.

Pros: The lady called Laura blonde lady with glasses was rude and not helpful she did not want to use any of my cards because my whole name wasn’t on them I have a very long name , no card companies has ever put my whole name in them Very disappointed way to start my trip also she made us feel like it was our fault and did not provide any solution We end up renting a car in a different company Further more I saw 3 more couples having the same problem.. what a stupid way to loose customers/revenue

Cons: They want another 150 EUR for fuel deposit, so at all the deposit blocked on credit card was 1350 EUR, not 1200 EUR as stated in booking confirmation

Cons: Agent refused me the car as my credit card has a commonly used abbreviation of my full name yet was very happy to use same credit card as payment for the extra insurance he required me to purchase to release the car to me.

Pros: First of all I was crashed into from behind by another driver . I had to get the driver to come to my hotel to complete a form from inside the car . I was not advised this had to be done when collecting the car . I sent all forms and driver details with WhatsApp as advised. I was not contacted after to advise what to do from there . I have now been over charged on my credit card £244.25 without no explanation. I have called the WhatsApp number and have been given no help . This is unacceptable

Cons: Farci pagare il fuori orario per essere arrivati due minuti dopo l’orario di chiusura dell’ufficio perché la navetta ci ha messo mezz’ora per venirci a ritirare in aeroporto è stata una vera truffa.

Pros: I didn’t like the attitude that Records tried to fond damage that was not damage and tried to take 100€ plus tax from the deposit!

Cons: I claim the Records for sheeting costumers. I have taken photos before and after taking alcohol to remove a 10cm green color on the backmirror. Be aware no visuel scratch, only color which was easy to remove!

Cons: Waited more than 45 minutes for shuttle. They would not rent the car to ud without paying an insurance of about 200 euros (4 times the rektal cost). We didnt rent the car, found a diffenent rental agency. Still had to pay for the whole period

Cons: Second time they rip me off. They say DiscoverCar sold me a lower category of rental car. Then they said the car Jeep Renegade was not available - but a higher priced Diesel version is available, 50% higher price. A joke.

Pros: Sad to say none. Unfortunately very poor service, filthy car and it takes for ever to pick up and drop off the car. The transporation service to and from Airport very slow, Their only interest is to charge you for extras.

Cons: Discovery car needs to post whether or not an international driver's license is needed instead of referring into other websites to do search for that information. You may want to consider hiring new programmers for your website. It's not rocket science.

Cons: The transfer from airport to car pick up was very difficult and they wouldn't take the whole family, so I had to drive back to the airport after pick them up.

Cons: I didn't like that I had to take the car to a car wash in order to avoid being charged extra.

Pros: The car was factory new ! The price was competitive. And the agency was super friendly, I’d recommend it !

Cons: I didn’t get the car I was looking for… They gave me a fiat panda instead of a fiat 500. They offered me to pay extra for the 500, even though when I booked it said fiat 500. But otherwise, the fiat panda was very good too.
