When car was inspected at beginning, it was dirty due to rain, we were not advised to look VERY CAREFULLY for any minor scratches on hubcaps. We checked for big ones, but when we returned car we were charged for minor ones that could have been there before - a cash grab

Cons: Computer dictates - fuel cap system faulty with staff struggling open yet I was made to travel 3 times to local petrol station and refill as return of car could not otherwise be processed without penalty. Abysmal. Spent 70-80 minutes late at night and in total over 3 hours on the process.

Upon return, we waited 28 minutes for the only shuttle to the airport, only for 8 people. I had to take photos by myself, looking for any damages without the presence of and when.I returned, they claimed the car was half full of fuel. Fortunately, it was stated in the contract. Terrible experience."

Pros: I did not like anything about this experience. I arrived at the rental office and waited for over an hour in the extreme heAt of Sicily only to be told that I could not rent a car. I did not have an international license according to staff . A document of this importance to rent a car should have been clearly disclosed on the first page of our rental confirmation. We have rented cars in other parts of Italy and with other rental companies and we have never needed an international license.

Cons: The car was much older than other rental cars before. Had 3 different brands of tires on, so not safe. It was bashed from outside - multiple damages - and dirty (especially seats) inside. And the cherry on top - they charged me for a damage I have not done. Never again.
