Cons: They would not give us our pre paid rental because he we had only our us license and had forgotten our international one. Other car companies were not requiring it and neither Guardieri nor Discover cars are responding to our requests for our refund.

Pros: We had no problems with them accepting the condition of the car on our return.

Cons: The car had a small scratch, about 4 inches, that I believe was there when I picked up the car. They charged 410 euros for the scratch (almost double what I paid for the rental) and told me that they would not be fixing it... that was just the fee. I guess this is how they make their money on inexpensive rentals. Super frustrated and feel like I got scammed.

It’s a scam. We have had accidents and never had a trouble getting paid back! argh!!!
