Cons: The car was really dirty, both inside and outside. When we picked up the car, the curly-haired lady tried to sell me their insurance, claiming that the one I had purchased was unreliable. Upon return, we waited 28 minutes for the only shuttle to the airport, only for 8 people. I had to take photos by myself, looking for any damages without the presence of and when.I returned, they claimed the car was half full of fuel. Fortunately, it was stated in the contract. Terrible experience."

Pros: I did not like anything about this experience. I arrived at the rental office and waited for over an hour in the extreme heAt of Sicily only to be told that I could not rent a car. I did not have an international license according to staff . A document of this importance to rent a car should have been clearly disclosed on the first page of our rental confirmation. We have rented cars in other parts of Italy and with other rental companies and we have never needed an international license.

Cons: Information beforehand that a credit card is mandatory to have to rent a car here. My card is a debet card, which forced me to pay the full insurance doubleing the price to rent the car. I would have liled to know this beforehand.

Cons: The attendence to pick up and drop the car wasn't good, looks like they are doing a fovor to talk with you. To drop the car they don't have drop off box, so I needed to drop the car 1 day before because my flight was earlier to the office opened.

Cons: The car was much older than other rental cars before. Had 3 different brands of tires on, so not safe. It was bashed from outside - multiple damages - and dirty (especially seats) inside. And the cherry on top - they charged me for a damage I have not done. Never again.
