Pros: The car was new and fuel efficient.
Cons: A lot of bureaucracy both in and out and especially a very "thorough" exit control that gave me the clear message that had there been any wear and tear on the car (without any accident) would have been treated as "damage" and my deposit would have been charged. It felt so bad, I think that Salvatore makes a profit center out of the tourists driving and parking in the tough streets of Sicily. In addition, I didn't like having to pay €50 for CarMotion to open at 7am vs. 8am (airport location).

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
