Pros: Fast pick up and handling the contracts

Cons: Booked full - full for petrol but received an practically empty tank.

Pros: The tires were a bit deflated when we picked up the car but they inflated them before we went. Then we had the tire pressure light on for the whole trip, and it took a couple of days to figure out there was no problem with the tires, they just had to be reset. Otherwise, no issues.

Pros: Did not have automatic booked and gave a manual xar in poor condition one level below booked version that had to travel over 100 miles to change at another location

Cons: Failed to notify me ir Discovercar they did not have booked car until arrival and did not provide a discount on car provided that was lower grade and manual. Had to push to get replaced to be provided at alternative location if ordered booking

Pros: Being yelled at by staff and dealing with staff trying to scam you.

Pros: I ordered a compact car something like a ford focus but got a SUV Ford Kuga which was too big for the road in Sicily especially the old towns. It stressed my husband driving such a large car.

Cons: Returning the car in Catania it was really difficult finding the Rental plus office. Eventually found a small box shed which I so happened to find someone in it. However he was good and we had no issues with the return.

Pros: We got a free upgrade to Nissan Qashqai

Cons: Double charged, no response from customer care whatsoever, horrible customer interface and service.

Cons: Overall OK, Dint explain that the car came back with the amount of petrol in the tank, one of the two cars was not based up, really pushed to sell insurance, was uncomfortable. [ick up from the airport, two many in the minibus so could not put our seat belts on, on the way back was driving at 150 kilometres, way to fast

Pros: The staff spoke very good English (as well as French); they were clear about the specifications in the contract; worked very efficiently to get us into our car quickly.

Cons: The small car we had booked was not available, and we had to settle for a larger car, not ideal for small hill top towns.

Pros: It didn't take much time to hand over the car and to drop it off, even if I had external insurance and car had to been checked.

Cons: The car tires had poor quality as car slipping on the uphill when there were some small stones or in car of leaving underground parking. Automatic hand break in Ford Kuga didn't work as expected.

Pros: They were patient with all our inquiries, our last minute change in the planning (we eliminated 2 days of rental and had a different drop off). They also didn't push for us to get the more expensive insurance -I was worried about the stealing of the car- but they said it really never happened and reassured us. Opting for the extra insurance on dammage -whatever happened we would not be charged- facilitated the returnal of the car since we were just in time at the airport to catch the flight.

Pros: The vehicle was value for money rental. The vehicle, a Peugeot 308, was suitable for our purpose and economical, The service was very good and Danielle (male) at Catania was very good at the hand over.

Cons: Only that the fuel tank was not full as we were told.

Pros: Checkin was quick and easy and the contract was clear on what the cost was.

Cons: RentalPlus was a little hard to find at the Catania Airport.

Cons: Didn’t get shown how to operate a lot of the features of the car. Drop off location wrong address so very stressful finding it

Pros: The shuttle service from the airport to pick up the car was quick. The driver found us waiting outside and welcomed us to board. Their service was super friendly but it took 45 min. to get the car due to multiple customers and few employees. Drop off took some time as well due to one staff person working.

Cons: The only potential problem was the lack of the owners manual in the glove box. In my opinion, this should be required by all car rental agencies.

Cons: The car had a problem and the agent didn’t know how to manage the situation. Wheel pressure low. The car was without reflective jacket (mandatory for law) and with no window detergent.

Cons: Opening hours should be earlier and should have a better system for returning cars in the early AM before office hours open. Like a self check out which is done at Avis and Budget at Punta Raisi (Palermo airport).

Pros: I liked the car that they rent us. It was new and clean.

Cons: The company adviced us to buy another car insurance with them at a high cost (more than 300 €) and said that if we didn't buy it and had a problem, we will have to pay them 1000 or more plus the credit card deposit because the insurance was with the web and not them, and then get in contact with the webpage to get the money back. We didn't book it and didn't have any problem, but it has never happened to me before and I didn't liked it.

Cons: They made us pay full insurance because we didnt have credit card but it was not written in their site It took 3 hours to get the car We waited more than 30 minutes to be picked up. Firstly they gave us a bad car with broken lights,full of visible damages, bad tyres with not much air and it also needed an oil change!!! After complaining they gave us an ok car

Pros: Unfortunately wasted over 2 hours when picking up car as Rental Plus didn’t have right cars and was trying to upsell. Wasted another 2 hours to change car after 2 days and be provided with the right car.

Cons: Representative was blaming Discover Cars for not providing the right category, until he admitted that he didn’t have cars of that category (after 2+ hours) - very frustrating and when we picked up the right car, he asked for a good review - what a joke Francesco at Palermo.

Cons: over charged us and when we questioned it they failed to provide accurate invoices that reflected the original quote. the numbers they gave us also didn’t reflect the amount of money they took out and we have been in contact with them and they told us it was all correct but when we asked for the paper work they refused to provide it.

Cons: rude staff painful getting to the office, flight was delayed so they didnt wait for me and i had to wait for another shuttle, told i could drop off at departures by one staff memeber then another said no we couldnt do this on the morning of drop off. terrible experience

Cons: Understanding that they were impacted by the closure of Catania airport and the diversion of flight to Palermo, nevertheless they failed to put on more staff. I was given an unwashed car, clean inside but intact filthy on the outside. When I dropped the car off were kept waiting a long time in the extreme heat for the airport dropoff where the driver left without us whilst we were getting our luggage out of the car. Had to wait a long time for him to return!

Pros: The car itself was great. We had no problems with It.

Cons: It just seemed as though the company was very disorganized. When we arrive to pick up the car there was only one woman working and It took about 45 minutes to even get our car. We had something planned for that evening and we’re late for It. everyone working was nice I just wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a fast and seamless rental car experience

Pros: The car was a Fiat 500 as expected. It was an almost new car (even though there was a sticker and some things written on the window which is weird to leave it like this when the car is supposed to be brand new).

Cons: The rental office is a 10 min drive from the airport. We waited for 30 minutes for someone to pick us up. Then it was the slowest car pick-up ever. They had a problem with each customer apparently making us wait for more than 1 hour and a half. To let us know in the end that we needed to add a 150€ insurance to the rental because our credit card wasn’t accepted by their system to run the pre-authorization. At this point I didn’t even ask too many questions, we were already losing half a day…

Cons: When I took the car, gas was empty. They wanted me to drop it same. I told it would be dangerous to drive like that. They told me if I would have more gas, they would pay back however they did not. Obviously lied to me.

Pros: The lady was nice and gave us a very nice car.

Cons: We had to wait a lot to pick it up and then almost could not find the return location.
