Pros: The staff here are simply excellent to work with. I had a minor problem with my reservation and they were extremely helpful in getting through it and getting me the car. I will definitely use them again (and already have another reserved.) Thanks again!
Pros: The service went smooth and quickly at pick up and drop off
Cons: I received the car with the statement, it was clean and had no scratches. I was asked to pay 10 € for cleaning afterwards, if I didn't want to clean myself. Turned out, the car was completely dirty from the outside and covered in scratches. Since I took a very detailed video at pick up, I wasn't charged anything at the drop off, but still paid 10 € extra for a dirty car. And I'm pretty sure, without the video, there would've been discussions afterwards. So I can only recommend to take the time

Cons: Felirent did a good job in getting our rental car
Pros: The only thing I liked was that the vehicle handover was quick.
Cons: The women at the Palermo branch were unhelpful and seemed more focused on selling us full insurance than assisting us. As a result, it took almost an hour to finally get the car.

Cons: Everything was great .. had a bit of difficulty finding the exact place where to drop off car. Other than that everything went super well.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver's license printed in a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be supplemented by an official translation issued by an embassy or other authority.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Only plastic, credit-card style driver’s licenses are accepted; paper licenses are not accepted.
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
In order to pick up the car the customer must present inbound and outbound flight tickets in their name matching the rental period; otherwise, they will be denied service.
The excess/deductible will double if the theft or fire occurred in the following location(s): Campania, Puglia.
