Cons: Čim ste sve platili i potisali mijenja se situacija,momci koji predaju automobil ponašaju se bahato i prepotentno. Morali bi biti malo ljubazniji.

Pros: Ech ha tentato insistentemente di farmi stipulare un’assicurazione extra al costo di 200€, cosa che non ho voluto fare nonostante le insistenze. Alla riconsegna hanno segnato un “danno” da polish inesistente, ho fatto notare che era polvere e fregando con la mano il segno non era più visibile, essendo polvere e non una riga. Non potendo segnare questo danno,hanno lamentato che l’auto fosse sporca quando ci era stata consegnata non lavata e con macchie sui sedili.

Cons: Avessi stipulato l’assicurazione extra tutto questo non sarebbe accaduto. Trovo. He questo sia molto disonesto e cercherò di farlo ulteriormente presente.

Cons: ECH misleadingly sold me an insurance for a very high price that would cover me for damages above €200. Only later, I found out that it excluded large parts of the car and the insurance was utterly useless. A £180 Dacia Sandero rental turned into a £1000 nightmare for a small amount of damage, despite having purchased insurance. Furthermore there was no information on how to find the shuttle to the airport.

Cons: Que nos infunden temor luego de ofreciendonos un seguro adicional de 350€ y que nosotros le dijeramos que ya habiamos contratado uno con Discover Cars, a lo que ellos insistian en que no daban garantias por ese seguro y que no sabian como funcionaba el mismo por lo que no lo recomendaban y que al tener tantos dias el auto (14 dias). Pero finalmente decidimos no hacerlo. Pero la cuestion es todos los nervios pasados en el momento por la duda de si tomar ese seguro o no.

Cons: ECH is scam company, lots of people get scammed - check Google reviews. They are trying to take almost 2000eur from me For a 100eur rental. They have a routine how to do it - i saw they doing it to next customer.

Cons: Even though I already had an ensurance made through the portal used to rent a car, I was asked additional 170€ to ensure the car directly with them otherwise they where going to reserve 1.500 € of credit card. That wasn't clear why and it was unpleasant.

Cons: ECH seems decided to charge clients on top of what DiscoverCars is charging. Items like: additional protection; they charge Eur 400 for a scratched mag etc, require International Driving License - the first time anyone was asking me about it, and I made 2 trips/year for the last 30 years.

Pros: It was raining very heavy when we returned the car and as there was 6 of us with very young children and a baby they took us down to the airport in another car as the shuttle wouldn’t of had enough room for us on the next trip as other people were ahead of us. It was greatly appreciated

Pros: I did not like their service at all. They almost doubled the price of the rent because I did not have my international drivers license even though I had it in digital.format. They did not take a copy of my regular license meaning that showing the international license was more than enough.

Cons: Their office is in a place 10 min from the airport by bus and they wanted to charge 180 € to add an additional driver, from which I had copy of her drivers license, that was arriving 90 minutes later to the airport. Additionally, they did not have a place to wait. The only place was in the parking lot under the sun. Because of lack of this additional driver I had to spend 4 hours in commute after returning the car.

Cons: At the car rental we were forced to pay the insurance again (the first time it was paid to the DiscoverCars). In the end, the rental company didn't even return us the refundable deposit, they thought we damaged the bumper and returned the dirty car.

Cons: I sent ECH two WhatsApp messages to tell them that I was going to be ~2.5h to pick the car then I called them with the same information. They did not ask me to spell my name or give them a reference number; they simply asked me to call again when I arrived at the airport, for instructions about the shuttle. When I arrived, they informed me that my contract had been cancelled for being late more than 2h, without communicating. Eventually they re-activated it for an additional 100€.

Cons: I feel that they want to robb me. I was calling the im advance, that we’re late. The were saying that it will cost 60more euros, not 600.

Cons: When we arrived we were told we had to get an extra insurance that would cost us 180 euros. This is although discovercard tells us wehad full coverage! We had to pay or they wouldn't give us the car.

Cons: Rude and unprofessional staff, they fuel policy is a scam, meaning that they give you the car with 2/8 of fuel, you should return it with the same fuel but when we returned with 4/8 of fuel they refused to reimburse us the difference. The car was in a deplorable state, a mirror was broken, one of the tires had a huge scratch that could potentially lead to rupture, on the main screen of the car an engine failure was always appearing. This has been my worst car rental experience.

It was too late to find another car rental and I was not about to spoil my vacation. Nowhere in my agreement it was clearly stated that I will be on the hook for additional EUR250. One of those misleading car rental agencies in hope travelers don't fight for their money. Just sad...

Cons: But not accepting Turkish driving licence is meaningless. Mutual agreement between Turkish and Italian states was signed last year. Both sides are supposed to use their licences in other state. You could check this. It is nonsense to charge extra 180€ (even it is more than my 9 day rental cost). My licence was in Latin alphabet and I’m a good and experienced driver.

Pros: Goede prijzen, performante kleine auto, shuttle. Auto was nog niet beschikbaar, ze hebben dit snel opgelost door een andere auto te voorzien. Het personeel doet zijn best om snel alles af te handelen, al zijn er natuurlijk de piekmomenten die ze niet kunnen opvangen met het personeel dat er is.

Cons: In Palermo bij aankomst: bellen voor de shuttle (kosten internationaal gesprek dus). Bij terugkeer: opening pas om 8u, nipt voor ochtendvluchten. Gevraagd of we niet beter al vroeger kwamen, maar geen reactie meer (WhatsApp). Daardoor konden we pas met de 2de shuttle mee (30 minuten wachten) en maar 1u20 op voorhand op de luchthaven. Gelukkig vlot op Palermo Airport. Je moet de auto ook terugbrengen met de hoeveelheid benzine er in zat, wat moeilijk te schatten is. Waarom niet starten met vol?

Cons: My advice is to look for another car rental agency. Be very careful when doing car check up and mark even the smallest scratches cos at the end they will try to blame you for them. I was waiting 30 minutes for driver to drop me off to the airport - he was busy with talking with agency staff. I do not recommend Easycarhire.

Pros: There is really nothing positive we can say about easycarhire. We even got the wrong car with a dirty interior (about which we were told it is within tolerance and subsequently had to prove said condition again with pictures when dropping off the car). A male agent made sexistic comments because me (as a female) and not my partner was driving the car.

Cons: Very unfriendly and arrogant staff, up to a point where it becomes insulting. We further got the wrong car and not the car we originally booked. We were yelled at and insulted, because easycare allowed us to bring the car back later via phone, however the agent on the phone (named Carlo) did not put down a remark. Easycar then told us that we were lying and didn't call them and were not allowed to bring back the car later. I even had to "proof" that I called the agency to ask to return the car.

Cons: They didn't check all the liquids of the car before it was rented out. Had an oil problem and was close to a different office. They added 1.5L of oil. There was no liquid in the window cleaner and the cooling liquid was also below the minimum level.

Cons: I think Easycarhire in Palermo run a ‘scam’. They have a Euro1000 excess on your card - double most other providers. If your card declines - surprisingly it did for us on 3 cards - they then offer a Euro40-50 per day insurance that reduces the excess. This made the insurance nearly as much as the hire. Beware! Also made me drive back to a fuel station to add Euro5 to the tank When I thought it was how I left it. Would they refund me if over full - haha!

Upon returning the car, they made up material damage that did not exist 3. I was treated disrespectfully by staff when I hesitated to sign (yelled, shouted, ridiculed in front of others) - I felt that I had to sign under threat. Overall terrible experience. Considering actions towards the police and media.

Cons: They pushed us to purchase more insurance, no gps found on car as requested. Took advantage of us with the international drivers license penalty they charged. Their washrooms were out of order. Not very friendly. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I would have cancelled on the spot if I could have. Next time going to book with a larger company. This ended costing us more than was quoted with their penalty fee!
