Pros: Wszystko było tak , jak powinno być, zwłaszcza dla wynajmującego auto pierwszy raz,

Cons: Very difficult to find where to drop the car in Catania. There is not have good signage at the airport where to drop the car.

Cons: Was not informed at time of booking that dropping off in another location would incur extra fees. The agent at the desk was grumpy and not interested in discussing this

Cons: Website difficult change rental, to reach customer service. When I reached an agent about about their "no deposit" website guarantee, and that the company charged me when I booked, be said he couldn't help me -h "file a claim.". I'm out of the country and trying to handle this on a phone. The third-party agency was not helpful - "that's not or problem."

Cons: The children’s car seats could be of better condition. The staff did not know how to mount the seats which would have been rather helpful.

Cons: Después de hacer el checking en el aeropuerto, nos indicaron la recogida del vehículo en el parking. Sin embargo, la persona a la que recurrimos, y a pesar de explicarle en inglés que ya habíamos pasado por la oficina del aeropuerto, nos hizo volver a dicha oficina (calor, cargadas de maletas...) y allí nos insistieron en donde había que recoger el coche. Finalmente nos tuvieron que acompañar y constatar (discutiendo entre ellos) que lo habían hecho mal. Lo pasamos mal y perdimos mucho tiempo.

Cons: Despite the fully insurance, you still need to deponate the credit card number. In case of damage they will take money from you and you will get it back later refund. But that runs so everywhere in Italy. However, I don’t like that way.

Cons: Getting the car was a very long wait, even though there were people available in the booth at the parking. It would have been a bit easier if it was pointed out that Locauto is all the way to the righ when getting out the terminal... we didn't find it at first.

(A few scratches but you expect that with hire cars and they were all pointed out to me by the agent when picking it up.)

Pros: The pick up and drop off for quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The car was clean and had no mechanical problems. Overall, it was a great experience and I would rent from this location again.
