Pros: Speed of email response to settling the contract after I had dropped keys in the drop off box at the airport.
Cons: The phone numbers attached to my contract were not accessible and were out of use according to recorded message. I was informed the desk for return would open at 07:00 and when I arrived at Palermo airport it said it didn’t open till 08:00.

For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 117 km per day.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
