Pros: Velocità nel acquisire auto noleggiata

Cons: The woman at the pick-up counter told me she was giving me a larger vehicle – a Fiat 500 – instead of the Fiat Panda I had booked. However, the car was not larger; it simply had three doors. While it did fall within the same vehicle category, it did not match our expectations. Fiat Pandas always have five doors, and we struggled to fit our luggage – something that has never been an issue with a Panda.

Pros: The car was a good one. The drop-off went smoothly.

Cons: Although the Goldcar agent was sympathetic he failed to work out an adequate solution with DiscoverCars. I therefore paid for two rentals.

Cons: The insurance provided by the discover car wasn't helpful since we had to purchase another

Pros: They took our money and gave us no car. They did not alert us on that it was a problem that I had my birth name on my drivers license and married name on my passports. They would not cancel our booking even though they talked with gold car themselves. So they have received our money and we did not get a car. Can NOT recommend.

Pros: è andato tutto ok, anche se ogni vola devo fare foto e film in quanto i danni presenti sull'auto non corrispondono a quelli indicati sul contratto !

Cons: la differenza di regole in base all'impiegato , quello dello sportello mi ha detto per esempio che l'antenna se manca viene addebitata mentre alla riconsegna l'impiegato mi ha detto che non viene addebitata, credo che le idee tra di loro devono essere chiare.

Cons: The road assistance numbers provided did not work. I called six times to report the warning lights with no success. Either phone was cut off or I was put through to road assistance in Spain - when I was in Italy.

Cons: The admin at reception on Goldcar was very aggressive. She stated “your car will be stolen, people drive into cars here all of the time, do not trust Discover Car” She became very rude when I declined to buy Goldcar additional insurance. Thankfully Discover cars were very clear in their documentation that I had bought the full insurance package and highlighted in red that I did not need more. Avoid Goldcar.

Pros: Paid reservation for the car and when we went to pick up first they told us our first creditcard is not accepted (a combined visa and debit card) so we did another paid reservation on my name with my credit card and then they wouldn’t accept it either (master card) since the bank was private

If we knew that we wouldn’t have booked weeks in ahead by goldcar, lost 120€ and 2,5h of time spending in the airport to get in cue and rent a car at another company.

Cons: The staff tried to do it in a very intrusive way force us to buy another insurance for 116 euros, despite our statement that we had already purchased full insurance with discovercars

Cons: Representative at rental desk was very rude. Not only to us, but even to other clients as they approached while we were there to ask information. Probably just having a bad day but taking it on the clients

Cons: Nothing. However about Discovercars, the insurance was not a full one and the fees in case of damage were high (1400 euros). Thus Glodcar propose to take a full insurance with them, which make the final price of the rental double...

Pros: Car rental agent was from Goldcar and she was awful, rude, arrogant, aggressive. It’s not the fault of Discovercasrs, so i would still recommend you.

Cons: I have been charged for an extra full cover insurance which I didnt asked for neither have accepted. Goldcar did not marked all damage from former renters. So I had them to do it before leaving with the car. That could have costed me eleven more.

Cons: this habit you have to force people taking your full insurance while you racket many French customers with your cerdit / debit card swindle. its discusting; one day you'll go to court for that like many others intalien car rentals ;)

Cons: Time spent in Queue and filling in details at reception desk this had already been done on line and could be ALL done on line with just details to check ? and collect keys. Especially ref COVID awareness etc this should be easy to do.

Cons: Hard sell for Excess CDW insurance, even though we had already arranged equivalent cover at the time of booking.
