Pros: In fact, Hertz provided all support.
Cons: At 11:45 PM, there was no one to physically hand over the car to me and explain the basic control functions. I was only given the car keys (Ford Focus 1.0) in the airport lobby. On arrival, I discovered that the car only had a large touchscreen display and that there was no handbrake at all. I was a little worried about how I would get to my first accommodation in the middle of the night with such a car. Fortunately, everything went well.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
