Pros: Nothing they are absolute con artists
Cons: There is not enough room here to write about our full experience but I think it is clear that when you arrive with 2 other couples to the rental car agency and all 3 end up arguing with the company, there is something seriously wrong!
Cons: Chauvinistic, I seemed to be invisible when I walked in but when my husband stepped in 3 minutes later they couldn’t do enough for him ! And the additional expense, no way Inwould recommend this agency!

Cons: Almost everything. I am very dissatisfied with the service and theft. Although I took the vehicle through the agency and paid everything in advance, Optimo rent charged me €150 extra and charged me a €200 deposit which they said would be returned but never returned. The car was somewhat clean. There was no windshield washer fluid in the car, no spare tire, and no tools to change the tire. The service was nervous and unfriendly, they spoke bad English. We are very dissatisfied.
Pros: Efficient check-in and return of car. Fairly quick pickup on arrival at airport and prompt shuttle back.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Italy, EU.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted. For the Luxury, Premium car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
