Pros: I had asked for airport pick up and drop off only options, and next thing you know, Skyscanner proposes Discover Cars deal with "Infinity Rent a Car". However, Infinity is OUTSIDE of the airport and one has to get there ON FOOT through the construction site which is currently the airport in Tirana, Albania. I get there, the makeshift office is closed and I had to wait for someone. When he comes (a nice guy but couldn't do much), the credit card POS doesnt work and I had to wait almost an hour...

Cons: ...until his friend brought another credit card machine. In the meantime, he asked me if I could pay them CASH. The car wasn't very clean. At drop off, again, I had to wait 30 minutes until someone came to the office, which was closed, to meet me. Same guy, who was very nice and friendly, but I wasn't looking for a new friend, I was looking for professionalism... won't repeat the same mistake and won't trust Discover Cars recommendations ever again. Pros: I booked through DiscoveryCars because I got 5 eur less comparing to direct reservation on their website. Top service … i recommend it from my heart, very nice and sweet staff. Picked up the car at 04:30 am. I requested through whatsapp to pick me up at the airport arrivals if it was possible in order to avoid the walking distance to the Infinity Car Rental Office (around 300 m) and picked me up free of charge. WOW. gave me fiat panda (was doubting that it will fit Albania roads. ❤️❤️

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Albania.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
