Pros: Easy peasy...

Cons: We tried to ring the phone numbers provided to us but it was disconnected number. We called 10 from the rentals phone in the airport. This was the only discomfort we had due to the time it took for them to answer our phone call as we were put on hold for a few minutes.

Cons: Car dirty and stained High mileageEngine light came on and to replace Car had to return it to the airport and wait for another car- losing half a day— no compensation! Replacement car was not what was ordered and a down grade

Cons: Having to go to another pickup point for the car. Pick-up times closing at 5pm in today’s times at an international airport, maybe have a 7pm close time. Only other bad point was the smell in the car (nicotine smell).

Pros: The service person and shuttle driver were good.

Cons: The showed check engine light and stalled, no back up camera. No confidence in car. Pick up at airport...phone numbers did not connect us. Dialing 10 as the form indicated did not work. Information desk helped us along with Easy Car Rental.

Cons: I should have been told it would not be a new or current model car, I travelled 5000 kilometres in New Zealand and wanted the peace of mind that I would have reliable car. And the front tyres had minimal tread on them.

Cons: When wr drop off the van about 7.30pm, their staff didn't check the van probably then next day afternoon, the company call me and said the van got scratches, made me feel unfair, how can i know while the van stay there whole night, nothing happen, they supposed to check since i drop off at the first time, also i don't think that damage, it's happen when the van with us.

Pros: Guys were really friendly and helpful when arriving and dropping off.

Cons: The car itself was in bad nick, I had booked one with AC and there wasn't any in this car. However Etrip refunded a day due to this. As well as this the horn didn't work and there was no screen wash in the car. Something that could have been mentioned at pick up.
