Pros: Quick and efficient.

Cons: Before I start, note that my last experience with Aerodrive was fantastic. So on arrival, paperwork was quick and efficient, until... (I had booked a Hyundai Tucson or similar) the vehicle report showed damage on the nissan qashqai. I viewed damage with rep and asked for a replacement. For the Tucson I was then told it would cost an extra $5 per day??? On principle I declined... and took the qashqai. Next day a family member pointed out both front tyres were bald. Car had only done 34,000k's...

Cons: Took time to get someone to talk to one the phone from the airport in Auckland, then time for someone to come and pick us up. Hard to find the drop off location in Queenstown - address isn't clear.
