Pros: speed of the return

Cons: poor customer service at the pick up. condition of the car - menu in German with with some lights flashing on the dashboard. no spear tyre in the car. Location of the office for car pickup was changed but not communicated to us.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Got payment from me, the company doesn’t provide the car Surprise due I do not have permission, however for 350 euro they can do it. As wel the car what I booked and what they offer completely different !

Pros: Unprofessional, unfriendly, impossible to find. Horrible sales assistant at Olbia office. Can not recommend under any circumstances. Want my money / booking fee back.

Cons: There was nothing to like. Kindly train your sales representatives about proper customer service.

Cons: Inefficient service. Personal unqualified. The vehicle has been delivered in a very awful conditions. Very dirty. Engine issues. Have been charged for any reason after having complete de checkin and all was OK.

Pros: Kind staff, we picked up the car at 1 am (the plane got very late), still open with 4 people working!! Incredible!!

Cons: they cancelled the reservation after 2h! they were rude not willing to help just told me to call the broker I have been waiting over 40min in the sun (40 degrees) to enter their kiosk which was oveheated inside as well

Cons: They didn't provide any video when I picked up the car but when I returned they look everything small scratches to take our money.

Cons: We had paid for an automatic car, just to be dealt a manual car. Ver problematic for people who pay more as they do not drive manual. Had a pickup time at 5pm, waited 3hours and a half until 7:30pm. It is unnecessarily long and unacceptable for a customer service to be that long with an appointment especially for the wrong car. We waited in the sun with several other people that waited as much. The car was functional and overall « clean », it could be better, but for the price it’s okay.

Cons: The car was dirty. I’ve booked and paid a car with automatic transmission and I’ve received a car with manual transmission. It was that car or no car at all.

Pros: Surprisingly, we didn't need more than 10 minutes to return the car.

Cons: Waiting to get the car (more than two hours), we refused 3 times to take aditional full coverage of the car, but they secretly put the amount for another full coverage and adittonal driver (we had it in the Voucher for free) in the contract you do not even see before you sign in the screen and also they gave us a damaged car, although they rightly pointed out that it was scratch-free.

Cons: Too long to receive the car. Disvovercars provide insurance but Surprice make you pay another with them and they say it is easier to solve any problem. The place to pick up the car is barely visible and it is not mentioned in te signs

Pros: Easy process, no scam with scratches or else. All great. Will rent again.

Pros: Nic mi ni bilo vsec... neprijazni nestrokovni, govorijo samo svoj jezik nihce ni govoril anglesko, cena 300% visja kot na oglasu.... vzeli so kavcijo ceprav nismo vzeli avta tam in je niso vrnili, .. komplicirali ni se dalo zmenit nic. Vzeli so nam veliko casa in pokvarili dan. Varscine do danes niso vrnili ceprav na koncu nismo vzeli avta pri njih. Katastrofa od podjetja in zaposlenih

Cons: Nic mi ni bilo vsec... avta nisem vzela pri njih ker so nesposobni in totalno nekorektni.

Cons: The facilities where poor, and understaffed, but the employee was very kind and skilled.

Cons: Surprice sta per sorpresa, quella che ti fanno quando, dopo che hai pagato un anticipo di un preventivo, trovi la Surprice!!! Invece di 60 euro ti chiedono 250 euro, altrimenti, con aria minacciosa, rischi di dover vendere casa per pagare un graffio o qualsiasi cosa possa succedere al mondo... Addio...grazie invece a b-rent ci siamo salvati.

Cons: Le service épouvantable, voiture fournie n’a rien avoir avec ce que j’ai réservé. Message de problème de moteur allumé, mais l’agent a dit que c’était correct. Message de tableau de bord de niveau d’huile bas – aucune réaction. Voiture fournie sans la roue de secours ni un kit de réparation. Quand j’ai demandé de changer la voiture, car il est illégal de conduire une voiture comme celle-ci, la seule autre option était un VUS gigantesque que m’a couté 50EUR pour 150km roulés (la consommation n’av

Cons: My overall experience with the car was fine, normally would give a good review based on this, however I was unable to get an agent on the line at anytime when I needed them. For this reason and this alone I cannot recommend this service recommend.

Cons: The rental company said they would not charge us for slightly low petrol and then when we had checked out, they did! They also tried to charge us for “damage” which was actually mud splatter.

Pros: All perfect at olbia airport. Sent a video through whatsapp explaining their facilities location. Friendly personal all english speaking. Easy pickup and drop off procedure. We can deliver the car washed and cleaned or pay about 20€ for them to do that - explained at the pickup. It was a nice little car, properly cleaned and maintained. Até the end, all smooth.

Cons: Perhaps the facilities should be improved, as for the employees as for customers.

Cons: Rude staff, rubbish process - including not being allowed to use my husbands credit card (or any other card for that matter) as the deposit insurance bond Staff were rude. Asked for a Hyundai and was given a fiat. Place was difficult to find. Didn't answer phones when called.
