Cons: Ivi customer service assistant was verbally rude and aggressive when I rejected a hand held Tom Tom with no suitable having paid for a car with a installed Sat Nav. Brent cars are very poorly maintained with low tyre pressures, no screen wash, dirty windscreens and overdue oil changes

Cons: the car broke and we had to pay for the taxi to get a replacement car. B-rent promised a reimbursement for the taxi because we had the full cover from them. B-rent then lied that we needed a road assistance because we ran out of fuel and we won't get any money back for the taxi. Still trying to recover €160 back.

Cons: I have a brazilian driving license but I don’t have an international one. B-rent didn’t allow me to rent a car with them and I lost my deposit (not much, but still £35). They said it was on the contract, which I didn’t read, my bad, BUT I then went to all other car rentals and ALL of them would allow me to use only my brazilian license. ALL OF THEM. So I rented a car with another agency. The end.

Cons: 2. Didn't honour the contract agreement of full to full fuel policy - the fuel tank was a 1/4 full 3. The car was upgraded so we didn't receive the car we requested i.e. a mini ...this meant that the car we had was larger and more expensive for fuel 4. On the car check, there were 3 issues (dents/scratches) identified by the B-Rent staff - on our check, we found 10 !!

Cons: We had an issue during the check in process where the clerk overcharged us 125 EUROS for not having an International Drivers License, even though your company's rental terms do not require it if the customer possesses a valid permit in Latin letters. Another issue was that car engine was stalling during rental period, and the rental agency is trying to get us fill out accident report even though we didn't have any accidents

Cons: The car was not cleaned at all inside. They just quick cleaned the outside, but in the inside was totally dirty, spots everywhere. In these times with covid issues, giving a car like this to a customer is totally unacceptable. We had to clean all the surfaces with our sanitized wipes.

A young driver fee of 60.02 EUR per rental applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 90 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): non-EU will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Credit card must be valid during rental period for at least 90 days.
For the Luxury, Fullsize car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
Cash, Cheques, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
