Pros: Felt very honest and genuine from beginning to end

Pros: Engine brake oil light was on and needed a refill, however the attendants were nonchalant about it.

Cons: Upon pick-up report had no damages, I took pictures of multiple damages but wasn't provided instructions to immediately report and couldn't go back to reception to advise as they had multiple customers waiting, it took us an hr to get our car. During drop-off, all damages I recorded were on their record but attendant angrily told me I should've reported them. He then accused us of smoking in the car when he saw my partner having a cigarette some metres away. B-Rent are dodgy, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cons: They want to scam you to buy the extra insurance! I would pick a different car rental next time.

Pros: Exceptional service with the person we collected from, he could see we were tired and was very relaxed and gave us multiple options to make our life easier. Same with the other person we dropped off to. Quick scan of the car and away we went, so good when you’re travelling with kids. Car was pristine and a great size, especially for the price. Would highly recommend.

Pros: No issue to find the office from the airport terminal. Good and quick communication. The general condition of the car was good

Cons: The check out report and contact is only in Italian language and I had no chance to translace. The officer just said, please sign here, everything is ok. Also two days later I have not received any report yet. Hopefully there will not be any issue

Pros: Efficiant and nice agents. Easy to find them close to airport by walk a few minutes at car rental platform.

Cons: We got a new car ( C3 with 1500 km). The fuel was not full. It was quiet dirty, dirty of hands and legs on wrong places everywhere ( doors, armature...). I made foto pictures as a proof and send them by e-mail ( B-rent). Same people, who rent, are not responsible enought.

Pros: When picking the car agent was very kind.

Cons: They charge you extra for cleaning fee if you dont take their insurance. Even if the car was not clean when we pick up the car. We return the car in the same condition. It took 1hour to pick up the car.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Don't trust the low prices. They even have a sign at the door saying you have to pay the car cleaning separately.

Cons: When I dropped the car, the was making a big complain about the car they were trying to blame me for scratches that the car had before only because I didn't take pictures before. Even if I did take pictures before its impossible to see that scratch underneath the fron of the car.

Cons: Was ripped off on insurance. Very rude operative told me if I didn’t pay their insurance I would not be allowed to take the car and to find another rental company.

Cons: Ivi customer service assistant was verbally rude and aggressive when I rejected a hand held Tom Tom with no suitable having paid for a car with a installed Sat Nav. Brent cars are very poorly maintained with low tyre pressures, no screen wash, dirty windscreens and overdue oil changes

Cons: the car broke and we had to pay for the taxi to get a replacement car. B-rent promised a reimbursement for the taxi because we had the full cover from them. B-rent then lied that we needed a road assistance because we ran out of fuel and we won't get any money back for the taxi. Still trying to recover €160 back.

Cons: I have a brazilian driving license but I don’t have an international one. B-rent didn’t allow me to rent a car with them and I lost my deposit (not much, but still £35). They said it was on the contract, which I didn’t read, my bad, BUT I then went to all other car rentals and ALL of them would allow me to use only my brazilian license. ALL OF THEM. So I rented a car with another agency. The end.

Cons: 2. Didn't honour the contract agreement of full to full fuel policy - the fuel tank was a 1/4 full 3. The car was upgraded so we didn't receive the car we requested i.e. a mini ...this meant that the car we had was larger and more expensive for fuel 4. On the car check, there were 3 issues (dents/scratches) identified by the B-Rent staff - on our check, we found 10 !!

Cons: Still have not had my deposit paid back into my account seven days after return to the U.K

Another issue was that car engine was stalling during rental period, and the rental agency is trying to get us fill out accident report even though we didn't have any accidents

Cons: The car was not cleaned at all inside. They just quick cleaned the outside, but in the inside was totally dirty, spots everywhere. In these times with covid issues, giving a car like this to a customer is totally unacceptable. We had to clean all the surfaces with our sanitized wipes.
