Pros: The car was in excellent condition and easy to pick up and drop back right next to the airport terminal. Fluent English speaking people at the rental desk.

Cons: Would be good if I could choose insurance options at time of booking instead of when I pick up the car.

Pros: Locauto was a great experience, very new car and very close to the airport. Took us less than 5 mins from the airport & on our way in the car. We booked a panda and received a brand new one with 2400 km. Very nice experience overall

Cons: Pricing charged by discovercars a bit high. In addition, there was a bit of waiting time when dropping off the car but not a big deal.

Cons: My card was charged $43.24 later in the day, after I returned my car at the Olbia airport with the tank full, have it inspected, assured that everything was perfect and my receipt will be emailed to me. The car was fully prepaid when I took it and I shouldn’t have any additional charges…. Just a frivolous charge without a receipt after customer is gone and have no way to dispute it

Pros: It was a fast and easy process to pickup and drop off my car. The assistants were very helpful and pleasant.

Pros: When renting a car, you want quick service, good explanations and no complications and this was exactly what was provided by Locauto. I have no negative remarks, everything went smoothly.

Cons: We were 45 minutes early because our flight got in early and apparently the car wasn’t ready but a more expensive one was.

Cons: Just that the car had a resonance when you reach about 100 k/h in the back rear tire (I think). It would sort of vibrate/resonate. Felt like a crooked axis or a bad bearing. But nothing excessive!

Cons: When you get a reservation for a car you dont even have and you dont raise a flag its a huge issue of trust.

Pros: Our experience in renting with Locauto has been excellent. We picked up a very clean car with absolutely no damage in Sardenia and the process was easy without any snags. The return was handled expeditiously and the contract was closed on site with receipt sent by email. We would certainly recommend this company for your auto rental requirements.

Cons: found the car expensive, would be better to have it be a more affordable price.

Pros: They care about the customer. An old customer was given on the spot first aid and an attendant from the company took good care nd responsibility till the customer was sent to hospital as a precaution.

Cons: I had booked Golf but got Fiat panda. They did give me Tiguan on as an upgrade with small extra charges. It was good finally though I lived driving the car.

Cons: Although we had full insurance covered with discover cars , locauto kept insisting in selling the full insurance. Finally we had to take what they where offering as since it was late we couldn't end up stranded without any car

Pros: They very very helpful and understanding. Offered us a more efficient alternative. There were no complications with pick-up/drop-off. Everything was as it should be.
