Pros: The car was with low mileage ,good transmission ,steering and brakes.

Cons: The car I received was full of sand in the saloon and dirty outside.

Pros: Price was cheap

Cons: Slow and definitely not customer centric.

Pros: They had the best available price for the minibus I wanted. I was worried, regarding the low price, getting an old wreck that could barely get us to our destination, but we were met with the opposite; we got a new, fresh, well-cleaned car with a few miles on the odometer.

Cons: Long queue and when I arrived 9 minutes before my booked time I was asked to go back out and wait the 9 minutes before it was my turn again.

Pros: The service and the car itself everything was good

Cons: When picking up the car at Dinamica Rent, we were met with an unprofessional and unhelpful attitude from the staff member. Although he spoke Portuguese, he refused to assist us in our language. He also tried to intimidate us into buying extra insurance, falsely claiming the car had no coverage, even though basic insurance was included. We both work in the automotive industry, and this kind of approach is unacceptable. The experience was negative and made us feel uncomfortable right from start.

Cons: They gave away my car due to me (and several more of their customers on the same flight I would add) being late in arriving. Our flight arrived slightly late and then there were significant delays in getting through passport control but I assumed that due to me putting my flight details in they would hold my car for me - evidently not! They clearly couldn’t wait to rehire my car to get more money and weren’t very apologetic in delivering the news that my holiday was being ruined!

Pros: The company that i was sent to was Dinamicar. Their office was small and the furthest from the arrival location

Cons: they push and push you to buy their $40euro/day insurance. We were provided with the beat up chinese car with no power. The ignition got locked a few times and we were stranded and they tried to blame existing damage on us. worst rental experience of my life.

Pros: Quick car return as they don’t give a shit about anything

Cons: The shittiest car rental company ever seen. Very slow service officer keeps you waiting outside the office when there is super hot. The car was different then chosen for worse one. The condition of the car was terrible - engine and oil control flashing on the screen while the office refuse to change the car claiming that all is good.

Pros: Ease of pick up and drop off and the staff

Cons: I was unsure about any previous damage as It was in Italian and I cannot speak or read Italian I would like in in English as well as Italian

Cons: cancelled booking due to extending 59 minutes grace period, long waiting time to be served, general carelessness of the staff, no tyre repair kit provided (had to find the staff and ask for it)

Cons: We arrived a couple of hours after the car pick up time. We were told that our car had been given to someone else so had to pay additional €40 per day. So the total was an additional €80 per day. AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY!

Cons: After returning the car in the same condition as when I collected it , I would have appreciated a very clear and simple acknowledgement that they you agree the car is perfect and a signed email etc showing this , when you use a company for the 1st time your always suspicious, this would put my mind and future customers minds at ease.

Cons: Everything, first they didnt offer me car which I was booked, I paid more money for Golf, but they are tried to give me Fiat 500, they try to charged me extra money for insurance.

Cons: We were forced to buy the full coverage (€30/day) because our credit card wouldn't be accepted despite working elsewhere.

Cons: finding the desk was not easy it was not in the document and any instruction where we could find the desk but after finding the desk everything else was peace of cake!

Pros: The basic rental price for an automatic economy car was the cheapest available at the time of booking (€160 / 4 days) . The DINAMICARENT staff seemed friendly and spoke just enough English.

Cons: Company was not Rental4Leisure as advertised but turned out to be DINAMICARENT. Pickup location was not in the terminal as advertised but one of many kiosks in the car rental area, about 10 minutes walk and not easy to find. Worst thing was that they tried to spook me into buying their their own insurance €240 for 4 days, which was an additional 150% of the rental (€160). I declined and took the risk, but barely used the car as a result. Should have prearranged insurance from a trusted company.

Cons: Appauling BULLYING at pick up by Rental for Leisure / Dynamica Rent. Pressurised to add additional €7 per day for additional driver. Tried to refuse my Credit card by saying it did not work when I needed to key in a code and she did not give me the keyboard to do it. NATIONWIDE were stars hanging on whilst she served other customers. Was trying to force me into paying an aditional €40 per day so I didnt need to do a deposit!

Cons: long wait time to pickup car - over an hour. told car was no longer available due to picking up outside window. was unaware of rules for pickup window - would have communicated lateness had it been clearly stated. price doubled at time of pickup to get car.

Pros: It was good but the name was Dynamic car rental. We would never have found them unless we had rung.

Cons: We paid a deposit on a credit card. When it came to take the car the agent would not accept the card and we had to then take another contract at considerable extra cost. I shall be seeking reimbursement as soon as I can.

Cons: We arrived at 1.30pm to collect the car. We were told that we had to pick the car up at 10am and they no longer had the car. That they had rented the Panda we had reserved and we had to pay an extra €20 a day. It cost us double what we were expecting to pay. We were also there for over an hour with a long queue forming behind us and the customer service very poor. I would not recommend to anyone and will not be booking through discovery again.

Cons: Thet convinced me to get additional full coverage on the car, they told me that no mater what happens to the car, I will pay nothing. Now they are telling me that I damaged the car, sent me photos that show nothing wrong. They are trying to con me out of money to fix the non existent damage.

Cons: It forces people not having a credit card (99% of the people owns debit cards!) to pay an enormous amount of money (40 euros per day) for the casco insurance without which the company will NOT rent you any car!

Cons: It was hard to find at airport, the queue was long and slow, the price increased dramatically from advertised price, no support when we had a problem, insurance did not cover all as described by agent.

Pros: Lovely friendly agent when we returned the car. New car, very clean and well presented.

Cons: Agent on pick up was rude and her language when trying to scare us into taking out extra insurance cover was unnecessary. I have an annual waiver insurance as I travel regularly. Also kept us and other customers waiting while chatting to other people. We waited 30 mins behind one couple while she chatted. Thankfully did not see her on car return. Otter agent was charming.

Pros: Agent was very helpful. Location dificult to find as the name on the reservation certificate was different than the office location. Location was not inside terminal, rather outside terminal on a distant parking lot.

Pros: The location is very hard to find. The aircraft was late . We landed in extra 40 minutes. I spent 20 minutes to find and reach this absurd office that was behing a bush. The guy was ready to leave closing the office because he needs to close at a certain time. They do not care if your flight is late, time is money he said. I am glad I am a fast person and I reached the office. The operator asked me extra 35 Euros a day for an extra insurance. I explained him that my contract was full covered.

Cons: The operator started to explaining the insurance I made was with the Broker and in order to be fully covered I need to made a new one. I left the office and I lost the money they already took on my booking. I define them as someone who suddenly impersonated a professional. I left the office and I went to rent a car to a reassuring, honest and professional renter. The best solution ever !!

Cons: THE CAR WAS SLUGGISH AND VERY UNDERPOWERED. THERE WAS NO DISCUSSION ABOUT WHICH CAR WE WERE GETTING. THE REP TALKED US INTO AN EXTRA INSURANCE WHICH I NOW KNOW I DIDN'T NEED. THE OFFICE IS A REALLY DIFFICULT TO FIND FROM THE AIRPORT.
