Cons: They would not rent the vehicle to me because I didn’t have an international license. The other rental companies on site said that it wasn’t necessary.

Pros: As I said, they would not rent to me and suggested I go to Hertz! Hertz did rent a car to me. I would like to be refunded for the two cars I rented for last week

Cons: Pathetic return at Olbia via Viaggiare. Got robbed 50 Euros for a tiny scratch on a hub cap that we all know will never been repaired leaves a bad taste. The Viagiarre unfriendly employee was obviously looking for something. When you inspect that way an entire car body, likely you will find something.

Cons: the service provided by viaggiare it was unprofessional. First of all, we rent a car for 195€ and because our fly was delayed, our rental was cancelled and we had to pay 365€. When we delivered the car, they said that we had to pay the cost of the clean of the car because it was with sand. All the employees were rude and unkind.

Pros: Very quick and easy. They even gave us a better car for the same price.

Cons: The customer service was high quality and very fast. The car was in perfect condition.

Cons: Having not taken their insurance, they tried to put scratches in the car on me upon dropoff. There was no check at pick-up, but a meticulous check at drop-off. My guess is that they still didn't enter the scratches into the damage card, and will try to put them on the next person renting the car.

Pros: Deposit immediately refunded, with confirmation via email. Nice people working there. Car in good condition, no unnecessary hurdles or trying to oversell insurance or finding invisible damages. Perfect experience.

Pros: Drop off was quite efficient. They agreed to provide me with the same car as I had originally requested after trying initially to give me what was a cheaper car at the point of booking.

Cons: Located in obscure parts of airport. Had to have credit card reset a few times - first time may have been my error though other times bank stated it was a merchant error. No flex given on using alternative payments unless I rebooked. Evening wasted and quite stressful. Car was not in great condition. Car service light on for full journey. Left me a little stressed and having to find hotel in darkness.

Pros: The agents were great to deal with both collecting and picking up the car.

Cons: The car was dirty on the inside with a sticky residue from previous user which I had to clean myself.

Cons: Lack of any help on arrival with a delayed flight. We were left stranded without so much as an apology or a small discount the next day.

Cons: The car broke, the assistance didn't work, I lost 40% of my short holiday waiting for assistance and collecting a new car, the Viaggiare team couldn't help with assistance, i wasn't given a refund. It was a terrible service. The team at Viaggiare Olbia were overworked and understaffed.

Cons: Being charged 60 euros when we were waiting for 50 minutes outside the offices is just not at all acceptable!

Pros: The car was in top condition. The only thing that was very odd was that the rubber floor covers and the replacement tire were removed from the car (we realized this after arriving at our hotel). In a beachy destination, the rubber covers save a lot of hassle in keeping the car clean. Fortunately, we didn´t need the replacement tire, otherwise, it would have been very complicated and time-consuming. Lastly, they insisted repeatedly on trying to sell us additional insurance. Avoid this.

Cons: The service staff is not welcoming at all. We arrived earlier and asked to do the paperwork in advance, as no one else was waiting in the office, but they kept us waiting for more than an hour and then spent another 30 minutes doing the paperwork. Very unwelcoming and unserviceable. Very similar to returning the car, they took 30 minutes to do the paperwork and inspect the car.

He made sure we were happy with the car and told us to take a video of the car to make sure when we brought it back if there were any issues about damage we could use the video as a reference. The car was very clean when he gave it to us and in good condition.

Cons: If you are going to be late, make sure that you call to let them know. We booked through discover cars and as we were late, our booking was cancelled and we had to pay extra for the car.

Cons: I kept being told that the office was 'in' the airport, which it is not, it is outside of the actual airport, in a kiosk a short distance away. discover cars sent the address to my email but when i looked for location, google was not able to locate it. i spoke with a rep and he said he would send location to phone and i never received it. when i called again, i was again told their office was 'in' the airport.

Pros: Não gostei do serviço prestado pela Viaggiare, porque fui pressionado a fazer um seguro, tendo eu já feito e pago um seguro com a Discoveryscars.

Cons: No acto de recolha do carro e já com o meu cartão de crédito na posse deles, disseram-me que mesmo que eu tivesse um dano mínimo no carro, ficavam com os 600 euros do depósito e teria de pagar entre 1300 a 1600 euros e só depois é que poderia pedir à Discoveryscars a restituição do dinheiro. Não tendo eu esse dinheiro e por estar num país estranho, não tive outra alternativa senão pagar o valor do seguro. Acresce referir ainda que colocaram em causa o vosso serviço.

Cons: Long wait to get a car, very slow check in and in the middle of the night with the torch you need to check the car conditions (mine was scratched in all sides and had a bump at the back) while recording a video to then be sent via WhatsApp to the rental company to avoid future charges. I was charged 60 euros because my flight was delayed, it costed me more than the actual rental price.

If I would like to rent they would accept by debit but I had to pay an additional $325.32 on top of what I booked with Discover for a 4 day rental. There was no shuttle to the agents desk we had to walk in the hot heat with not directions.

Cons: All of it. No pick up from terminal. Having to look and ask for directions to find the portable building outside. Pressure tactics of not accepting Amex or Debit Cards but yet then selling me and additional contract and charging me $325.32 on top of what I already had paid.
