Cons: Très déçu par Viaggiare. Réservation : Skoda Kamiq ou similaire, catégorie IDAR/IDAR. On m'a proposé une Toyota Yaris Cross en affirmant qu'elle correspondait à ma réservation. Après discussion, une C-HR m'a été attribuée, mais après plus de 2h d'attente et plusieurs relances. On m'a finalement dit : « Si vous n'êtes pas content, on déchire le contrat. » Très mauvaise expérience humaine.

Your enterprise should have a better working agreement with the car rental companies you make available on your website rather than let customers get threatened/brainwashed by the latter. I dare you to go through the same experience we had and see how it would feel, truly disappointing. Will never use your service again unless you are willing to make up for it.

Rental companies typically provide templates for the size and type of damage that is covered when renting a car, and what the additional coverage covers. Moreover, agents should be polite, not aggressive, and should not imply the threat of charging the renter for any damage, based on the company's subjective determination.

Pros: At pickup, I was charged €120 extra because debit cards weren’t accepted. I had paid €1,000 for a Fiat Panda for one week, and only €150 of the €250 deposit was refunded — with no clear explanation.

When returning the car, the situation was even worse: there was a single line for both pick-ups and drop-offs, with no distinction at all. We had a flight to catch, and after asking where to return the keys, we were told we had to pay €10 for a “Priority” option to skip the line! Unbelievable.

Pros: Quite slow but nice service in the office at the terminal. The rented vehicle was parked quite far from the terminal and the cleanliness in the car left much to be desired. Despite this, the car was quite new and in good technical condition. Overall, I rate it positively.

Cons: the service provided by viaggiare it was unprofessional. First of all, we rent a car for 195€ and because our fly was delayed, our rental was cancelled and we had to pay 365€. When we delivered the car, they said that we had to pay the cost of the clean of the car because it was with sand. All the employees were rude and unkind.

Cons: Having not taken their insurance, they tried to put scratches in the car on me upon dropoff. There was no check at pick-up, but a meticulous check at drop-off. My guess is that they still didn't enter the scratches into the damage card, and will try to put them on the next person renting the car.

No flex given on using alternative payments unless I rebooked. Evening wasted and quite stressful. Car was not in great condition. Car service light on for full journey. Pros: The car was in top condition. The only thing that was very odd was that the rubber floor covers and the replacement tire were removed from the car (we realized this after arriving at our hotel). In a beachy destination, the rubber covers save a lot of hassle in keeping the car clean. Fortunately, we didn´t need the replacement tire, otherwise, it would have been very complicated and time-consuming. Lastly, they insisted repeatedly on trying to sell us additional insurance. Avoid this.

We arrived earlier and asked to do the paperwork in advance, as no one else was waiting in the office, but they kept us waiting for more than an hour and then spent another 30 minutes doing the paperwork. Pros: Não gostei do serviço prestado pela Viaggiare, porque fui pressionado a fazer um seguro, tendo eu já feito e pago um seguro com a Discoveryscars.

Cons: No acto de recolha do carro e já com o meu cartão de crédito na posse deles, disseram-me que mesmo que eu tivesse um dano mínimo no carro, ficavam com os 600 euros do depósito e teria de pagar entre 1300 a 1600 euros e só depois é que poderia pedir à Discoveryscars a restituição do dinheiro. Não tendo eu esse dinheiro e por estar num país estranho, não tive outra alternativa senão pagar o valor do seguro. Acresce referir ainda que colocaram em causa o vosso serviço.

If I would like to rent they would accept by debit but I had to pay an additional $325.32 on top of what I booked with Discover for a 4 day rental. There was no shuttle to the agents desk we had to walk in the hot heat with not directions.
