Cons: I was charged for two scratches underneath the front bumper. Witch i did not do In the meter of fact i did not checked underneath the car. They charged moor then 770 euro!! I told tham that i have full insurance by your company they gust laugh. I am sure that they did it on purpose. Pleas inform me walt do i have to do in order to get my money back from the insurance ?

I waited for half an hour, called the info lines and phone numbers, tried to return the car — but nobody was there. I couldn’t get through. There was a problem with returning the car.In the end, I went to the airport itself. They told me to leave the keys in a mailbox. This information hadn’t been provided in advance. Pros: Quick checkin and unexpected upgrade was really appreciated

Cons: The female rep skipped us and took the next client! And car did NOT HAVE BLUETOOTH or Apple CarPlay which made GPS navigation very difficult.

Cons: Temps de faire la fille environ 2 heures... J ai réservé 2 voitures et on voulait m en donner que 1.. Car les 2 étaient à mon nom... J ai du discuté pendant 30 minutes de pouvoir avoir les 2. Le problème apparament étaient plutôt qu ils n acceptent pas de louer 2 voitures avec la même carte de crédit... Pourtant c était une Amex platinium avec plus de crédits que la valeur des 2 voitures ensemble....J ai donc donner une 2 ème carte de crédit . J ai finalement été aidé après 2 heures et demi.

Pros: The office was easy to find and the procedures to pick up and deliver the car were relatively fast and straight forward. There was no staff of Sicily by Car that came with us to check the condition of the car when we picked it up. At the drop off, the staff checked the car and asked us about the stains in the seats, to which we responded that they were already there when we picked it up. Fortunately, they did not charge us anything.

Cons: The car, even though brand new, was very dirty including with several stains in the seats. I did not have the car that I wanted (Fiat 500), since all available the available cars had automatic gear, contrary to what was mentioned in the website of Discover Car Hire.
