Cons: The rental process was generally straightforward, but the return experience was disappointing. The staff seemed to look very closely for reasons to charge extra. We were charged a disproportionate cleaning fee because the car wasn't professionally washed and vacuumed, even though we had cleaned it thoroughly ourselves. We've rented cars many times and have never been expected to return a vehicle in a fully valeted condition. This felt unfair and left a negative impression.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and understanding. My flight was delayed and they were very accommodating. The car was easy to drive and similar to what I ordered.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. When we first left a staff member packed all our baggage and a walker into the car which was really helpful.

Cons: We took a photo of the car within minutes after we left the lot. It showed minor damage to a hub cap. We showed the picture when we returned, but RentalPlus still charged us for the damage, even though it was clearly not our fault. Maybe customers need to be warned about the need to photograph the car before leaving RentalPlus.

Cons: Advised on the phone that they would take visa debit card if we bought extra insurance which we said we would. Initial rental was approx €39, & extra insurancewas €78.. When we arrived at the office they decided that they wouldn't take a Revolut debit visa card. They wanted my husband to take out a new rental on his card. We asked how much ot would be and were quoted in excess of €300 for the same car! We went elsewhere. Would never use them in the future. Would never recommend them.

Cons: The car was returned in the exact same condition as it was taken. They said that there was a new scratch on the back - it was so minute I would have never seen it. And the charged me for a stain on the front seat. I paid up front for cleaning - which I found also to be a scam but on top of that they charged for something I don't even know was there. I had to drop it off before they were open - so it just rip to be scammed. And I feel that is exactly what they did.

Cons: They’re not in airport terminal and are not on WhatsApp, so couldn’t call them, therefore had to walk with heavy luggage rather than use their free shuttle. Car was very dirty inside (stains on front passenger seat, inside of windshield had many streaks). Also had LOTS of scratches and scrapes in the paint. Should have demanded a different car. Upon return, was charged €361 for a scuff not visible from the angle of photos/video I’d taken; it clearly was part of an old scrape above.

Cons: I was waiting for them to pick me up at the airport for about 20 minutes, and they said they were coming in 5 minutes.

Cons: They're really shady. Someone might've tried to break into our rental car, because the cover of the keyhole on the driver side door was damaged. The lock was still flawlessly functioning though, and even the guys at the rental place told us we don't have to worry about that tiny damage, as luckily the lock itself was unharmed. A week after returning the car I noticed they deducted over 260 Euros from my card. They didn't call me, didn't send a message, no receipt, invoice, nothing, just took it.

Cons: They gave me a car not in perfect condition, with the light of the tyres on but told me it was ok. After two days, one tyre was down and I Had to have the tyre replaced and to go Back to Olbia to fix it. They put the blame on me but the mechanic they sent me to said there was a small nail into the tyre and the air went out very slowly, that’ s why the light was on. At the end of a big argument they paid for the problem. The ca was also without water for the windscreen. I ruined one day of my hol

Pros: The personel were friendly and helpful. Good value for money, seemed much cheaper than some of the other providers. We got a very nice, near new car.

Cons: We spent sometime trying to figure out where the shuttle service was. Upon arrival we found there was only one member of staff leading out the cars, and several groups waiting, the process was lengthy. When dropping off the car, I stood in the same line only to find out from the same said staff memeber that I should hand the keys in to a guy walking around the car park who will check the car and sign off on it. The process could be streamlined to be much more efficient and less time consuming.

Cons: Explained above. In addition the quality of the car didn’t justify the high price spent. Do not book with Discovery because if your flight is late they will not hold your car if you are not there within 1 hour. They will obviously propose you a very expensive car, the only one left of course and you ll spend double the amount planned. The guy at the counter is super slow, he is by himself and has to answer the phone every 5 Mins. All People arriving call him to request the shuttle service.

Cons: The rental company I was given was very hard to find. Returning the car became very stressful and I almost missed my flight because it was on a side street that was unmarked instead of where all the other rental cars are. I accidentally left my suitcase in the trunk and the rental company was not help to get the suitcase back so I lost it and all my stuff inside.

Cons: When I dropped the care the man was abusive and rude, we swore at us and took pictures and even pushed my elderly mum. I have reported him and I will never use discovery again. When returning the car we could not find the place, I called 4 times for help and he kept hanging up the phone on me which lead to us being 30 mins late and he decided to charge an extra day! I will put the same review all over Google and trip advisor as this is unacceptable and illegal behaviour.

Cons: On return of the car the agent acted quite unprofessionally. Very shortly after I took the car AdBlue warning light came on which indicates that perhaps the cars are not properly checked before being rented out. AdBlue should be done at service of the car

Cons: I paid for insurance on your website. I was told at rentalplus that they do not accept insurance through your site and I had to pay for insurance again. So the car cost me almost double. I hereby ask you to refund the money I paid for the insurance.

Pros: We are very disappointed with this company, I would definitely not recommend their rental to friends or colleagues. We founf this acceptible car on the Internet. Then it was suggested that if you want full insurance it will be more expensive at ~150Eur., then ok, we chose full insurance. After arriving at the place, as the employee said, it turns out that it is not full insurance, and she asked for more than 200 Eur. Ok, we agreed. And finally when returned car they ask + 50Eur for washing?

He informed us about the conditions related to the rental but with special emphasis on the consequences that we would have if there was any damage to the car. when we informed him that we did not want additional insurance, he mentioned all the costs and damage amounts in a way that startled us, almost as if he had been irritated and impatient that we would not agree to take out another insurance that would be more expensive than the rent itself.
