Pros: Only the car return which was fast

Cons: The pick-up of the car took more than 1,5 hour... No discount was offered for the poor service, nor the booster for the kid was given for free. Basically they stole my time, and my money The office is far from the airport terminal

Cons: There was no window washing liquid in the car; otherwise it was perfect.

Pros: Hard to find them but once found, it was easy to get car. I booked Premium rental and was given BYD Sealion 7. Very nice car and would definitely rent from them again.

Instructions of where to go incorrect so everyone walked all the way to the "office" only to be told they had to walk back to the terminal to do the paperwork. Then on returning to get the car, men absent completely, long wait, then told they were washing the car (it was booked for 11am collection but was 12.15). Also was told that despite taking out full cover at extra cost, any damage/accident would get payable still

Cons: Voucher led to wrong location (far P1); no desk, phones off. Finally found desk inside terminal. On 23-May-25 15:00 agent was rude, hid name, threatened police, demanded imaginary add-on to my valid UA licence and refused car. Wasted hours and had to rent elsewhere at 4× cost. Shocking service.

Pros: We had a few issues with the first car and they quickly fixed it before we left the terminal.

Cons: The service at the desk is quite slow to pick up the car. Luckily we weren’t in a rush but it’s tiring.

Cons: I had a disappointing experience with GaldieriRent at Olbia airport. They offered a toddler seat for my 5-month-old daughter and tried to negotiate a shady deal with another company for a baby seat. They also offered to waive some fees if I rented the seat from this other company. My credit card was not accepted because it didn't have my name printed on it, despite explaining this is common in Mexico for security reasons. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

Pros: Everyone was very nice, accommodating to Canadian customers would recommend!

Pros: Their terms and conditions did not specify that we would require a hard copy of the international drivers license. We had the international license in pdf format on our phone but the agent would not rent to us, saying we needed a hard copy and that even a printed copy wouldn't suffice. This left us to book elsewhere same day at a much higher price.

Pros: We didn’t get a car. When we arrived to collect our car we were told we needed an international drivers license. We rent cars around the world. We have NEVER encountered this before. Terrible customer service.

Pros: Lengthy but acceptable service at pick up When I gave the car back they proposed to charge me 100 euro for a non - damage that pre - existed (scratch of less than one centimeter on the wheel) assuming I had pre - identified him at car pick up with a photo. Obviously fhe scratcu was so minimal it was impossible to be seen. Employee was very unfriendly and clearly had a plan to execute, ie charge the customer additional money in any possible way.

Cons: The car was described as being able to fit two suitcases, but was only big enough for one suitcase in the boot. Additionally the windscreen washer fluid reservoir was empty.

Twice i was promised emails from Galdieri and still until now nothing received to confirm pick up or drop off details confirmation. Greeting on arrival at car rental reception desk was far from friendly and the service confusing, especially as I was told /recommending to buy extra insurance

Cons: No documentation inside the car relating to how/where to drop off. I asked when picking up the car and was assured the information was in the car. It wasn't. This resulted in an anxiety-inducing 1.5 hours spent returning the car before I could get to my flight - only minutes to spare before the gate closed.

Cons: We paid 3 times the prices announced. We booked the car for full days and have been charge for late arrival. WE have never seen that. Also seems that the rules on the UK contract are not the same that the ones where you get the car (In OLbia). I will certainly not recommend it.

Cons: We had a very poor experience with GaldieriRent. We specifically reserved an automatic car and paid a premium for this. When we went to collect the car we were advised that they had no automatic cars available and had known this to be the case since the day before. There were significant delays on collecting the car, it took over 1hour 30mins from looking for the shuttle stop (unmarked in airport car park) to leaving with a car that we didn't reserve. Very poor.

Then they pretended it was my fault, didn’t allow me to repair nor they offered to repair themselves, until it turned into a major glass break so they could charge me for a full glass replacement. Cons: With widespread flight delays, I called up Galdier rent 5 hours in advance to double check they would be ok that my flight was delayed beyond their hours of 8pm. They took my flight details and said they will be open. Upon arriving, I tried to follow the pick up instructions for the shuttle, which were unclear. Despite asking 4 people, I could not locate. I then called Galdier and spoke to a representative who said they were closing right then and wouldn’t help - telling me it’s my fault.
