Pros: Car in good condition.

Cons: Overall, poor experience. Wait time at rental location to get car took over an hour. They didn't have the automatic vehicle I reserved and the prepay fuel charge was excessive.

Pros: Friendly woman. New car.

Cons: We had to wait at the Office in the full sun for 2 hours and 15 minutes…

Cons: The car was not clean inside and outside. Also on the road we had to buy AD BLUE 10L. This one is not refundable by Autovia. So they don’t check the car before you take it. I am so disappointed about ECOVIA SERVICES

Cons: They gave me care with no oil but when I call them told me that I can go to fuel station end then someone fill it

Cons: Car was not given to me, because the desk employee wanted me to take full insurance, which cost +260 EUR. I refused to pay, and rented a car in another company because of that unpleasant situation.

Cons: Pick up and drop off speed is very slow. Having to manually write out information that they should already have. Being almost begged for taking out additional insurance I don't need/want.

Pros: Paper work was fast once meeting the car rental agent.

Cons: I had to fill up AD blue to the car while I still had three days using the car! Now I am waiting for a refund of €25 from Autovia company because the rental agent couldn’t do the refund!

Pros: Terrible service. No one picked up phone in help centre, no one in the office could assist, no one seemed to care that we were waiting for the car pick up for a ridiculous time

Cons: it is totally unacceptable to keep customers waiting for hours when they have given a pick up time. The company next door were able to give us a car and process all paperwork in 10 minutes - start to finish

Pros: best price for best service

Cons: the check in process could be more efficient -eg. customer to introduce the data and upload the docs upfront and rental desk just to verify the data and docs

Cons: The welcome agent was very rude, pushing us to buy an extra insurance, threatening us about possible car damage/theft and not being clear about the needs to clean the car upon delivery

Cons: The requirement of a PHYSICAL CREDIT CARD ON YOUR NAME. While renting a car I've seen multiple people were turned away because of that. In my case: I've accidentally taken a credit card of my wife and I also had my credit cards loaded on my phone. The agent has declined to accept a virtual credit card on my name. The agent has declined my wife's physical credit card. The agent has declined to change the booking to a different person. Because of that the rental price was 70% higher at the end.

Pros: Relatively easy check-out and check-in. Jovial staff.

Cons: Trying to make the smallest scratch on hub cap a dent-issue - not made by me - and impossible to see clearly without glasses as well as in the photo at check-out. Unfair rental description that washing/cleaning wasn’t included, and it would cost 14€ if returned un-washed/vacuumed. Prices way too high - seems like the rental service providers are have cartel-like pricing after covid. Physical street address not mention in voucher. No-printed or emailed check-in-receipt. “You can take a photo”

Pros: Good pickup. Wasnt able to walk there even tho its really nearby. Got everything explained and no extra insurance or so that I just "have" to get. Can be quite classic for italien rentalcompanies to try and scam you for money. But not this time👍

Cons: Slow pickup. Felt a bit understaffed but was efficent once it was our turn. Didnt like the additional cleaning you had to buy for 15 euro. Was renting for 10 days so think that should be included.

Cons: Ecovia cancelled our car because we were more than two hours late (due to cancelled flight) and obliged us to rent the same car again, but 50% more expensive in the agency, even though online the old price was still available. This is simply inacceptable. In addition, when we returned the car, they wanted to charge us money because the car was apparently dirty because of the sand that is everywhere in Sardinia if you go near a beach. Thieves all the way!

Cons: there was a problem with the interior of the car (broken switch) that we didn't see in the dark. Next day we saw it, reported it, and they are charging us a damage fee of 130€.

Cons: No one was there when we arrived. I got a telephonenr that no one answer. I found another phonenr, there one person answered and come and pick up us after a quarter of an hour.

Cons: It's further from the airport then other car rentals and you need to take a shuttle but we rented from same airport before with different company and would use Ecovia again instead of the other closer one.

Cons: The radio was not working, no standard navigation and there was a disturbing ‘beep’ in the car when releasing the gas pedal.

Cons: Wrong address of the office on the contract. Office closed working hours when we were supposed to pick up the car. Slight problems during the return of the car for which the officer may not be responsible. Probably simply be documentation for returning the car is written very poorly and then till date I'm not sure if I received a proper confirmation that I have returned the car because the document is unintelligible.
