Record go at Olbia Airport

Pros: I got a better car than I booked. It could be just a chance but any way it was pleasant. - No requirements to clean up sand from the car. (as some other agency required in Sardinia)

Cons: - It was a long que to pick up cars. (1.5 hours) - The car has a lot of sand on the floor (not an issue for us) - The agent pushed me to purchase additional insurance. - Relatively high deposit for the car + additional deposit for fuel (which wasn't stated on Discover cars web page)

Cons: Rude, disinterested staff. On hour and a half wait time to pick up the car.

Pros: They had the car we made the reservation for and the deposit came back in less than a week

Cons: The car was not very clean from the inside, a lot of dirt from the previous user, but nothing to go crazy about .

Pros: Very bad service. My booking was cancelled last minute, so I had to rent another car at double the price. The next day they gave me a huge SUV, so I had to keep a lower category car even though they made me pay for a higher one (they did have smaller cars available) That same day after parking the car wouldn’t start again. I had to call a tow truck, take many taxis, and return to the airport to replace the car. I lost 3 days, money, and still no refund. Please help me get my refund in RecordGo.

Cons: Kindly help me get my taxi refund. I was told by phone that I would be reimbursed, and when I went directly to the airport agency, they also confirmed it but gave me no refund and didn’t even provide the email. I found it myself and sent all the info with the receipt, but still no reply.

Cons: There was another one deposit payment (for full tank) that was not clearly defined in the offer

Cons: very unfriendly staff, took forever to get the car, and extremely difficult to find the place.

Cons: Very bad service, we were forced to pay for insurance twice, when booking online and 3 times more when we picked up the car. Later in the help center no one could help solve this problem. We paid around 500 euros just for the insurance, even though it was 130 euros when we booked

Cons: Hard to find their office. Car was "similar" and black color which is definitely not so comfortable during 36- 38° outside. Tires were quite used and protector profile was hardly detectable. I think it not safe in mountains during summer or rain.

Cons: Cleanliness was terrible. Dirty front glass from inside, beach sand everywhere. Kind of glue from stickers on the hood and doors.

Cons: The only downside was the driver who transported us to the air terminal. He was extremely rude, wouldn’t let my wife sit in the front yet let someone else from another family sit there. Didn’t help with luggage. Such a shame, not even a smile.

Pros: Nothing. I had to go to another Rent a Car for e new car. btw: After several mails, I'm still waiting for a reply by you (Discovers Cars) to have my advanced payment money back.

Cons: At the branch I was served by Mr Giuseppe, (PARKINGO’ - Via Antonio Melis, 7, 07026 Olbia, SS, Italy) who asked me for my driver's licence, identity card and my debit card. When I handed him my Mastercard (with which I had paid the first part of the charge to Discovers Cars), released by the bank N26 Italia, he told me that they do not accept cards from this bank. I pointed out to him that part of the charge had already been made and that the card belonged to the international Mastercard system

Cons: This experience was absolutely the worst car rental experience of my life (i have rented surely over 60 times a car in my life). The process efficiency of the pickup was a disaster, how can you even make money if you spend 1 hour to insert data that you actually already have? The agent was the worst person for this kind of job. Her goal was to make the life very very unconfurtable for the clients. I was not surprised when I came to the drop off she was screaming and fighting with other clients

Pros: Service of Record Go employee! When dropping off the car he was all alone, during the busiest period in Sardegna (16th of August) He had to deal with a super annoying and bitchy woman before us. I was also almost losing my temper, because we had a plane to catch and had to wait almost 50 min!! But when it was finally our turn he helped us out very kindly! Thanks again for that🙏

Cons: At the airport we couldn’t find the shuttle bus to the rental company. It turned out it was a park& go van instead of a record go van🙈 Dropping off took way too long, we had to rush to the airport, which was not a relaxed way too end our holiday… The guy who worked there was all alone, so he was not to blame. He did a great job!🙏

Cons: I booked for a Jeep but I got an absolutely normal size car… I ask for something similar but nothing could be managed.

Cons: Unfortunately I had to wait more than 1hr with 2x young kids at the pick-up office (luckily with air-con) upon my arrival from the airport to pick up the car. The process was just unbelievably long and exhausting due to `system errors` and whatnot. Despite multiple pc and operators I was stuck with the same agent lady that evidently did not know how to manage a problem with their system nor with customers waiting. They could have give me a discount to say sorry at least.
